为客观评价壮筋补骨丸促进骨折愈合的作用,选用30只雄性新西兰兔造成右侧桡骨3 mm完全缺损的骨折模型,随机分为模型组、伤科组和壮筋组,分别给予生理盐水、伤科接骨片和壮筋补骨丸灌胃,连续4周.各组动物每周处死3只,取样进行HE染色、Masson染色和PAS染色观察,并于术后28 d取右侧桡骨(骨折骨)进行扫描电镜观察.结果表明,壮筋组较模型组及伤科组提前1周PAS和Masson染色呈阳性,于2周后观察到胶原纤维大量出现,成骨过程明显快于模型组.电镜观察显示模型组术后4周骨痂生长,胶原纤维交错排列,未出现成熟的骨细胞,而伤科组及壮筋组术后4周胶原纤维平行簇状排列,出现了板质骨和骨细胞,与模型组比较差异明显,表明壮筋补骨丸能促进新西兰兔骨折愈合.  相似文献

AIM:To study the effects of Zuogui pill(ZG)-medicated serum on the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells via ERK/TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway. METHODS:Using Premarin(conjugated estrogens tablets) as a positive control, the SD female rats were fed with high-, medium- or low-dose of ZG suspension. ZG-medicated serum was separated from abdominal aortic blood 7 d after feeding of ZG. MTT assay was applied to test the effect of ZG-medicated serum on the viability of MC3T3-E1 cells. The production of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) was detected by a modified calcium and cobalt dyeing method. The calcified nodules were observed by the method of alizarin red staining. The levels of core binding factor α1(Cbfα1) and collagen type I(Col I) protein were analyzed by Western blotting. The mRNA expression of TGF-β1, Smad4 and Smad2 was measured by real-time RT-PCR. RESULTS:ZG-medicated serum promoted the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Compared with other groups, treatment with 15% ZG(low dose) for 48 h increased the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells significantly. The protein levels of ALP, Cbfα1 and Col I,the calcified nodules, and the mRNA expression of TGF-β1, Smad4 and Smad2 in MC3T3-E1 cells were all significantly increased after treatment with ZG-medicated serum. After the addition of PD98059(a specific blocker of ERK1/2 signaling pathway), all those were down-regulated except for mRNA expression of TGF-β1. CONCLUSION:ZG regulates MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation and differentiation via the intervention of ERK/TGF-β/Smads signaling cascade, which may be one of the mechanisms that ZG effectively prevents and treats osteoporosis.  相似文献

Seven sampling sites in each of three biomes (Western Ghats, foothills of Western Ghats and west coast) of south-western India were investigated to study the distribution, abundance and ecology of pill millipedes (Arthrosphaera)and associated fauna in relation to edaphic features. Abundance and biomass of Arthrosphaera and other millipedes were the highest in Western Ghats, while earthworms were in foothills. Arthrosphaera magna and Arthrosphaera spp. were common in Western Ghats and foothills respectively, while no Arthrosphaera were found in the west coast. None of the sampling sites consisted of more than one species of Arthrosphaera. Biomass of Arthrosphaera, other millipedes and earthworms significantly differed in Western Ghats (P =9.48 × 10−7) and foothills (P =1.35 × 10−8), as did the biomass of species of Arthrosphaera (P =2.76 × 10−7) between Western Ghats and foothills. Correlation analysis revealed that biomass of Arthrosphaera was significantly (P =0.01, r =0.45) correlated with soil organic carbon rather than other edaphic features (pH, phosphate, calcium and magnesium). Distribution pattern, abundance, biomass and ecology of Arthrosphaera of Western Ghats in relation to soil qualities were compared with millipedes of other regions of the world.  相似文献

[目的]为复方三七丸建立合适的微生物限度检查方法。[方法]用常规法、培养基稀释法、离心沉淀法和薄膜过滤法检测复方三七丸对细菌、酵母菌和霉菌的回收率。[结果]常规检验发现白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的回收率都在70%以上 培养基稀释法检测到金黄色葡萄球菌试验组的回收率在70%以上 离心沉淀法+培养基稀释法检测出大肠埃希氏菌的回收率为84% 离心沉淀法+薄膜过滤法检测出枯草芽孢杆菌的回收率为87%。此外,大肠埃希氏菌、大肠菌群和沙门菌3种控制菌在常规法检测中都表现出专一性。[结论]复方三七丸的微生物限度检查法确立为:酵母菌和霉菌的检测采用常规法 革兰氏阳性菌的检测采用培养基稀释法 革兰氏阴性菌的检测采用离心沉淀法+培养基稀释法 枯草芽孢杆菌检测采用离心沉淀法+薄膜过滤法。控制菌采用常规法即可正确检出。  相似文献

种子丸衣化可以提高种子的发芽率以及提高豆科植物的共生固氮作用,对改良退化草地,促进农业可持续发展的起着重要意义。实验选用中苜一号、美国(ML323)、准葛尔和20号4种紫花苜蓿作为实验材料,比较了苜蓿接种根瘤菌的效果。结果表明:在接种“先科”菌剂的比较试验中,美国(ML323)在其接瘤率、瘤重,及产量等方面均有较好的效果。  相似文献

采用湿法、干法处理同一厂家生产的不同剂型的六味地黄丸,并分别用原子吸收分光光度法测其Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ca等微量元素的含量。结果表明,2种六味地黄丸中都含有丰富的Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ca元素,浓缩丸所含尤为丰富。不同剂型的六味地黄丸,其所含的微量元素也不同。  相似文献

目的 系统评价桂枝茯苓丸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 计算机检索中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和万方数据库(wanfang)、Web of Science、Medline及PubMed。检索时间均为从该数据库最早收录时间至2017年2月,手工检索作为辅助,收集桂枝茯苓丸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床随机对照试验(RCT)和半随机对照试验(quasi-RCT),依据Cochrane协作网系统评价方法进行评价,使用Revman 5.3进行Meta分析。结果 经筛选纳入6篇文献,共451例。Meta分析结果显示:桂枝茯苓丸组临床有效率[RR=1.16,95% CI(1.06,1.26),P=0.000 7],2个采用NIHSS评估神经功能缺损试验(107例)结果显示[WMD=0.55,95% Cl(-0.69,1.79),P=0.39]。描述性分析结果显示不良反应发生率低,复发率低。结论 桂枝茯苓丸联合常规治疗具有一定疗效,且不良反应少,安全性较高,然而对神经功能缺损症状改善未见显著疗效。但由于现有研究数量和质量限制,今后仍需要进行更多高质量的随机对照试验研究以提供更可靠的循证医学证据。  相似文献

渔用氟苯尼考缓释药丸的制备及性能测定   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以聚乳酸和淀粉(20 ∶1,质量比)为载体基材,以抗生素氟苯尼考为载药对象,制备了具有缓释作用的渔用氟苯尼考聚乳酸药丸。采用电镜扫描、红外光谱、紫外-分光光度仪及高效液相色谱对该药丸的物理形貌、缓释性能及药理性质等进行了检测分析。结果表明:所制备药丸内具有均匀分布的多孔结构,孔与孔之间连通性良好,孔隙率为72.5%±1.2%;在海水中漂浮和浸没两种状态下,96 h后的释放值分别为0.28±0.02和0.42±0.03 mg/L,缓释效果明显。在浙江宁波象山港大黄鱼养殖场,采用每条体重约500 g的大黄鱼进行了载体聚乳酸的毒性试验、药丸的缓释效果及氟苯尼考残留检测等实际应用探索,结果证明该药丸无明显毒副作用,在鱼体内具有缓释作用。  相似文献

Dynamics of the pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the suspended particulates in the field water and soil and its pollution-reducing potential are investigated in the rice plant returning-green stage using deep application technique of urea pill with the application depth of 3, 7 and 11 cm (expressed as t-3, t-7 and t-11, respectively) based on the micro-zone simulation field experiments. Results show that nitrogen content in the field water gradually decreases within 5~7 d after deep allocation of urea, and reaches the low level after the seventh day. NO-3-N concentration is higher than NH+4-N, but there is little difference between treatments. As the pollution source is concerned, NO-3-N in the field water should be considered. There isn’t any correlation between nitrogen content in the water and urea application depth in the field. By contrast with blank treatment(expressed as t-c), NO-3-N, NH+4-N and TN contents in the field water with deep application of urea pill decrease 29%~47%, 64%~89% and 79%~97%, respectively. The TP and DP are in the high level in the field water with t-3 and t-7. The TP, DP and SS concentration in the field water with t-11 decrease 32%~73%, 92%~99% and 50%~80%, suggesting that deep application of urea pill into 11 cm layer of the field should have a significant pollution-reducing potential and become one of effective measures to control non-point source pollution of agricultural system.  相似文献
