A series of superabsorbents based on acrylic acid (AA), sodium acrylate, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulphonic acid, N,N′-methylene bis-acrylamide (MBA) were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization. These hydrogels were further crosslinked on the surface with polyethylene glycol-600 (PEG-600). The water absorbency or swelling behaviors for these xerogels in water and 0.9% saline solutions, both under free condition and under load were investigated. Absorption characteristics of these hydrogels were found to depend on nature and concentration of crosslinker in the system. It was also found that the saline absorption was significantly improved as the incorporation of AMPS in the polymer was increased. The surface crosslinking introduced in the polymers was found to improve the absorption under load characteristics without lowering the free water absorption capacities of the polymer to a considerable extent.  相似文献

分别采用氢氧化钠(NaOH)、三乙胺(Triethylamine,TEA)和咪唑(Imidazole,iMz)中和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid,AMPS)水溶液,再以N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide,MBAm)为交联剂,以过硫酸铵(Ammonium persulphate,APS)为引发剂,以丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide,AM)为共聚单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了poly(AMPS-Na-co-AM)、poly(AMPS-TEAco-AM)以及poly(AMPS-iMz-co-AM)凝胶,并对这3种凝胶的溶胀性能进行了研究.结果表明,poly(AMPSNa-co-AM)凝胶吸水352 g/g,不吸收有机溶剂;poly(AMPS-TEA-co-AM)凝胶吸水218 g/g,对丁胺、乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和二甲亚砜等多种有机溶剂具有吸收作用;poly(AMPS-iMz-co-AM)凝胶吸水186 g/g,吸收二甲亚砜267 g/g,但不吸收其它有机溶剂.  相似文献

With 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS)and acrylamide (AM)as raw materials, a water-soluble AM/AMPS copolymer is prepared. The factors effecting flocculation, such as the ratio of monomers, the amount of initiator, reaction temperature and reaction time have been investigated to obtain optimal polymerization condition. The optimal synthetic condition to flocculation is that reaction time is 7 h, m(AM)∶m(AMPS)equals 7∶3, reaction temperature is 45℃, the mass fraction of the reaction initiator, i.e. ammonium persulfate is 0.02% and pH is 6~8. The results show that the copolymer flocculant has good performance in resisting heat and salt.  相似文献

用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, AMPS)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(Dimethyl diaUyl ammonium chloride, DMDAAC)作为单体,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,制备了智能型AMPS/DMDAAC水凝胶.对样品水凝胶的离子强度敏感性和pH值敏感性,以及在外加直流电场刺激下的消溶胀动力学和非接触电场刺激下的偏转行为进行了考察.结果表明,合成的水凝胶具有明显的离子强度和pH值敏感性,NaCl含量在质量分数0.5%时,可能是离子强度影响AMPS/DMDAAC共聚水凝胶平衡溶胀的临界值.在接触电压刺激下,随着电压的增大,水凝胶的质量保持率依次减小,但变化较小,该水凝胶具有一定的电压耐受性.在不同含量的NaCl溶液中,凝胶在电场中的偏转方向和角度不同,当NaCl的含量小于质量分数0.2%时,凝胶向负极弯曲,并且在NaCl含量为质量分数0.06%时,出现峰值;当NaCl含量大于质量分数0.4%时,凝胶向正极弯曲.  相似文献

以水为溶剂,马来酸酐为原料,钨酸钠为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,发生还化反应生成环氧琥珀酸,在引发剂过硫酸铵作用下,进一步与2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸发生共聚,生成ESA/AMPS二元共聚物。采用静态实验法评价共聚物阻磷酸钙垢和碳酸钙垢的性能,探讨了单体配比、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对共聚物阻垢性能的影响。  相似文献
