Cuticular protein gene LmACP8 is involved in wing morphogenesis in the migratory locust,Locusta migratoria

Cuticular proteins(CPs) are major components of the insect cuticle-associated organs such as integument and wings, although the importance of CPs for wing development and function in hemimetabolous insects remains understudied. In the present study, a wing cuticular protein LmACP8 was identified from Locusta migratoria, which belongs to the RR-2 subfamily of cuticular protein RR consensus(CPR) chitin-binding proteins. LmACP8 was mainly expressed in the wing pads and showed high expression levels before ecdysis of third-, fourth-, and fifth-instar nymphs, with its encoded protein located in the procuticle of wing pads and adult wings. Depletion of LmACP8 by RNA interference markedly reduced the amount of its protein, which consequently caused abnormal wing morphogenesis in the transition from nymph to adult of L. migratoria. We further demonstrated that the abnormal morphogenesis was caused by severe damage of the endocuticle in the wings. LmACP8 was suppressed by 20-hydroxyecdysone(20 E) in vivo, however, its expression was significantly up-regulated after knocking down the hormone receptor gene LmHR39. Thus, the LmACP8 that is negatively regulated by the LmHR39-mediated 20 E signaling pathway is involved in wing development during the nymph to adult transition.     

混凝土结构表面蜂窝麻面成因及其防治措施

随着建筑业的飞速发展和科技水平的不断提高,工程对混凝土的各种性能要求越来越高,不仅要求混凝土工作性能好、强度指标高、耐久性好等,而且还要求混凝土结构表面无蜂窝麻面光洁如镜的外观,尤其是清水混凝土结构要求更为严格,为此我们必须加以防范,给予重视。     

一种新型微生态保健品在兽医临床中的应用研究

利用一种微生态保健品和3种抗菌素药物，即氟哌酸、氯霉素、庆大霉素在兽医临床上用于治疗仔猪黄白痢，断奶猪的应激性腹泻，肥猪及母猪的腹泻作了对比试验，结果表明：微生态保健品对仔猪黄痢的治愈率为93％，对仔猪白痢的治愈率为95％，对断奶仔猪的应激性腹泻治愈率为94％，对肥猪及母猪的腹泻治愈率为100％。与氟哌酸、庆大霉素的疗效比较，差异显著（P＜0．05）；与氯霉素比较差异极显著（P＜0．01）．     

霉形体膜蛋白溶解及含量测定方法研究

本文选择双蒸水；０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ；１．０ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ；４％ＤＯＣ和１％ＳＤＳ条件分别对猪肺炎霉形体膜制剂作增溶处理，使膜蛋白溶解，然后采用Ｌｏｗｒｙ法进行蛋白质含量的测定．测定结果表明：０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ溶解效果较好，所测得膜蛋白含量达６８．８％左右。，数据更为接近实际含量．     

国内雏鸭病毒性肝炎的研究进展

本文就国内雏鸭病毒性肝炎的病原特性、疾病诊断和防制等做一简要综述并提出了该病今后的研究方向。     

催干剂对氨基环氧树脂阴极电泳漆的影响

以氨基环氧树脂为基体树脂，Co^2 ,Pb^2 盐为催干剂合成了阴极电泳漆，并对膜性能进行考察，结果表明，所合成的阴极电泳涂料在PH值为6－7、电泳时间2min的条件下。加入不同的催干剂，在不同的烘干温度下，得到性能不同的漆膜。经过膝膜综合性能试验，结果表明，加入钴和铅复合催化剂，在160℃左右烘干20min，可得到完全固化，硬度较高、耐潮、耐盐、耐酸碱性较好的漆膜。     

西杂牛连续埋植“畜大壮”效果观察

本试验对甘肃河西地区西杂１－２岁和周岁以下的犊牛连续用促生长剂“畜大壮”分阶段进行耳根埋植,试验结果表明,４－６月龄犊牛全期１８０天,试验组增重和平均日增重分别为５．５ｋｇ和３０８．３３ｇ,试验组比对照组提高３７．２５ｋｇ和２０６．９４ｇ（Ｐ〈０．０１）,１－２岁牛全期１８０天,试验组平均增重和日增重分别为５６．４３ｋｇ和３１４．４９ｇ,试验缄比对照组分别提高３０．０３ｋｇ和１６６．８２ｇ差异显著     

Chemical control of Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on dwarf snap beans

Two sprays of vinclozolin (0.5 kg a.i. ha^–1) or procymidone (0.5 kg a.i. ha^–1), the first at the beginning of flowering and the second two weeks later, gave the best control ofBotrytis cinerea on dwarf snap beans (Phaseolus vulgaris). Good results were also obtained with iprodione and with thiophanate-methyl. Vinclozolin and procymidone at the same program were the most active fungicides againstSclerotinia sclerotiorum. Treatments with the latter two fungicides resulted in increased yields of pods and had no influence on colour and quality of the pods. Residue levels were below the tolerances.Samenvatting Twee bespuitingen met vinchlozolin (0,5 kg a.i. ha^–1) of procymidon (0,5 kg a.i. ha^–1), de eerste in het stadium begin bloei en de tweede 14 dagen later tijdens de peulzetting, waren voldoende omB. cinerea in stamslabonen te bestrijden. Tevens werden goede resultaten verkregen met iprodion en thiofanaat-methyl. Vinchlozolin en procymidon gaven volgens hetzelfde schema toegepast ook de beste werking tegenS. sclerotiorum. Toepassingen van deze laatste twee fungiciden leverden een hogere peulopbrengst en hadden geen invloed op de kleur en de kwaliteit van de peulen. 富贵竹室内加工技术研究

 设杀菌剂瑞毒霉锰锌、营养液爱多收和促根剂吲哚丁酸不同浓度9个处理组合, 研究其对富贵竹去叶植株修口、顶侧芽生长及生根的影响。结果表明, 瑞毒霉锰锌3水平间修口效果、爱多收3水平间顶侧芽生长、吲哚丁酸3水平间根系生长的差异均极显著; 最佳处理组合, 小竹为0. 8 g/L^-1瑞毒霉锰锌+ 0. 15 mL/L^-1爱多收+ 30 mg/L^-1吲哚丁酸, 大竹为0. 8 g/L^-1瑞毒霉锰锌+ 0. 30 mL/L^-1爱多收+ 30 mg/L^-1吲哚丁酸。
