煤矸石合成P型分子筛的研究

以除铁以后的煤矸石为主要原料,经煅烧和碱熔后,再配料进行水热晶化,得到了P型分子筛。运用正交试验,获得了最优工艺条件为：n（SiO2）/n（Al2O3）=3.3,n（Na2O）/n（SiO2）=1.3,n（H2O）/n（Na2O）=60,在60℃老化3 h、93℃晶化7 h。产物经XRD及SEM检测,为纯净的P型分子筛。     

氟尼辛葡甲胺结晶工艺探讨

为了优化氟尼辛葡甲胺的结晶工艺,提高晶体的内在质量和收率,提高生产操作安全性,选用纯化水替代有机溶媒作为结晶溶剂.试验结果表明,以水作结晶溶剂是可行的,并且结晶液质量浓度在25％时,同样可以得到纯度高,杂质少,收率稳定的晶体.改善了生产环境,提升了生产和用药安全.     

冰淇淋混合料液的老化

阐述了冰淇淋混合料液老化过程的条件控制及混合料在老化过程中发生的主要变化。经过老化过程,混合料液的黏度显著增加,有助于凝冻过程中的搅打起泡,使冰淇淋产品的质构更加细腻,抗融性和贮藏稳定性更好。     

延胡索酸泰妙菌素成盐结晶工艺优化

水洗后的泰妙碱4-甲基-2-戊酮(MIBK)溶液通过降膜浓缩,使MIBK与水形成的二元共沸物在减压条件下蒸发,脱去水分,代替向泰妙碱溶液加入无水硫酸钠吸水的生产工艺。提高成盐结晶溶剂甲醇的加入比例,对结晶过程的搅拌速度分段控制,严格控制析晶过程各项参数。将延胡索酸泰妙菌素晶体干粉溶于甲醇,重结晶析出的纯净的针形晶体干燥后磨细作为晶种。这些措施优化了延胡索酸泰妙菌素成盐结晶工艺流程,降低了生产成本,提高了结晶收率和产品质量。     

一种EGCG单体纯化新工艺

以粗酯型儿茶素为原料,研究采用大孔吸附树脂和结晶纯化儿茶素单体EGCG的制备工艺。通过比较4种大孔吸附树脂对EGCG的吸附和解吸能力,筛选出最优树脂AB-8,并考察乙醇梯度洗脱等特性,再经过结晶析出EGCG晶体。结果表明:AB-8大孔吸附树脂对EGCG具有较好的吸附选择性,通过10%乙醇洗脱,EGCG产品纯度从54.41%提高到了92.65%,得率达93.38%,结晶后得纯度达98%以上的EGCG单体。     

蛋白结晶技术在病毒学中的应用

病毒及其亚单位蛋白的三维结构 (3 D)解析是认识病毒蛋白功能的有力手段。对病毒结构的认识正经历着病毒粒子电镜结构、纳米水平的精细结构及病毒组成蛋白原子水平 3 D结构的变化。晶体的 X射线衍射技术可在原子水平上认识病毒蛋白的结构。这为从结构生物学的角度认识病毒复制、病毒粒子的装配、病毒的致病与免疫机理及抗病毒药物设计提供了技术平台     

Quantitative study on solid slag film’s crystallinity of mould fluxes by using DSC method

The method to determine the crystallinity of solid slag film is established by analyzing the DSC curve of solid slag film and corresponding quenched slag. The accuracy of the method is investigated by measurements of prepared samples whose crystallinity is given. In addition, the solid slag films of mold slags used to cast medium carbon steel and low carbon steel are obtained by heat flux simulator in laboratory, and the crystallinity of the two kinds of slag film are also measured by DSC method. Experimental results indicates that the crystallinity of solid slag film can be determined by comparing the crystallization enthalpy of solid slag film and corresponding quenched slag during heating process, and the relative error is within 5.03%. For medium carbon steel, the crystalline fraction of solid slag film is 88.6%, while the crystalline fraction of solid slag film corresponding to low carbon steel is 55.0%. The results are consistent with actual structure of solid slag films.     

含蜡热油管道稳态与瞬态的温降计算

含蜡热油管道在设计及实际运行过程中,油品密度、粘度、比热容沿程随温度变化,沿线流型与流态也不断变化,这些都是计算管道温降必须考虑的因素.从能量方程出发,计入析蜡潜热的影响,推导出管道沿线流量变化不大时的瞬态温度方程,并利用三特征线方法进行求解,提高了含蜡热油管道的计算精度,并为其设计计算及仿真软件的开发提供了理论依据.     

响应曲面法建立超临界CO2萃取结晶穿心莲内酯工艺模型

以穿心莲内酯含量为30%的穿心莲浸膏为试验原料，采用响应曲面分析法(Response Surface Methodology，RSM)建立了超临界CO₂萃取结晶穿心莲内酯结晶率的二次多项数学模型，验证了数学模型的有效性，并探讨了萃取结晶压力、温度、时间对结晶率的作用规律。根据该模型进行了工艺参数的优选，以结晶率为指标，试验所得穿心莲内酯超临界CO₂萃取结晶优化工艺条件为：压力20.88 MPa，温度50.27℃，时间97.02 min，该条件下结晶率高达74.77%。     

Dyserythropoeisis, sideroblasts/siderocytes and hemoglobin crystallization in a dog

Dyserythropoiesis characterized by enhanced intramedullary destruction, pathologic sideroblasts and siderocytes, and hemoglobin crystallization was detected in a female Cocker Spaniel presented for poor exercise tolerance. Examination of peripheral blood revealed intraerythrocytic crystals, granulation of erythrocytes, nucleated erythroid cells, reticulocytosis and marked variation in erythrocyte morphology in the absence of anemia. Bone marrow examination revealed sideroblasts, a low M:E ratio and evidence of enhanced intramedullary destruction of erythroid cells. Electron microscopy of peripheral blood and bone marrow confirmed pathologic mitochondrial iron accumulation in erythroid cells and the presence of intraerythrocytic hemoglobin crystals. A cause for the hematologic changes was not identified. After the animal became clinically normal, siderocytes disappeared from peripheral blood but intraerythrocytic crystals and reticulocytosis persisted.
