安徽省鸡常见病毒性肿瘤病的检测与调查

应用已建立的鸡肿瘤病快速鉴别诊断技术对源自安徽省5个不同地区的46个鸡群的肿瘤病、抑制病疑似病、死鸡305羽进行检测。结果表明,马立克氏病的阳性率为39．34%(120/305),禽网状内皮组织增生征阳性率为8．52%(26/305),禽白血病阳性率为2．624%(8/305)；另对17群未进行MD免疫的肉鸡进行随机抽样检测,其中5个鸡群检测出马立克氏病病毒强毒,阳性率为29．41%(5/17),阳性群的平均检出率为24 %。     

Inland commercial fisheries management in France

The French fisheries management regime is based on public and private ownership of fishing waters associated with a complex multilevel management system. A total of 730 operational commercial inland fisheries were examined by analysis of thematic interviews and questionnaires. Commercial fishermen are beginning to understand the nature of their own activity and its relationship to the concept of sustainable management. Nevertheless, fishermen have to face two major problems: first, they are poorly represented on decision making bodies where anglers are dominant, and secondly their activities are governed by two separate ministries. Opportunities for future development may lie in decision making at the catchment level.

Observations of Phytophthora spp. in Water Recirculation Systems in Commercial Hardy Ornamental Nursery Stock

Samples of water and sediment were taken from drains, reservoirs and wells from four commercial hardy ornamental nurseries with water recirculation systems. The samples were taken on seven different dates throughout a single year from August 1994 to July 1995. The samples were screened for Phytophthora species using five different methods: direct plating, three bait tests (using lupin seedlings, apples and Rhododendron leaves) and a DAS-ELISA (double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent-assay) with two antisera. In the nurseries with old water recirculation systems, Phytophthora species were detected in the drains and in the reservoirs. In the nursery with a new recirculation system, the pathogens were only present in the drains. None of the water samples from wells in any of the nurseries were contaminated. Phytophthora species were present in the water as well as in the sediment samples from drains and reservoirs. They were detected in the water recirculation systems irrespective of the season. The number of isolates increased about sevenfold between late summer and spring. At least 12 different Phytophthora species were identified: some isolates were previously unrecorded species. The epidemiology of the pathogens in outdoor water recirculation systems as well as the importance of the results for commercial nurseries is discussed.     

商品肉猪胴体性状的测定及其相关性分析

引进丹麦先进仪器FAT—O—MEAT’ER(肉脂仪)对中国鲁梅克斯食品总公司名山县屠宰场中5821头猪进行了现场测定，测量性状为最后一根肋骨处离背中线4～5cm处的膘厚(P2)和倒数第三、四根肋骨之间，离背中线4—5cm处的膘厚(RF)以及眼肌厚度(RM)，并估测出瘦肉率。对所测胴体各性状的均数和相关性分析，表明本地商品肉猪胴体质量低于国外水平。     

SALTIRSOIL: a simulation model for the mid to long‐term prediction of soil salinity in irrigated agriculture

The SALTIRSOIL model predicts soil salinity, sodicity and alkalinity in irrigated land using basic information on soil, climate, crop, irrigation management and water quality. It extends the concept of the WATSUIT model to include irrigation and crop management practices, advances in the calculation of evapotranspiration and new algorithms for the water stress coefficient and calculation of electrical conductivity. SALTIRSOIL calculates the soil water balance and soil solution concentration over the year. A second module, SALSOLCHEM, calculates the inorganic ion composition of the soil solution at equilibrium with soil calcite and gypsum at the soil’s CO₂ partial pressure. Results from comparing predicted and experimentally determined concentrations, observations and predictions of pH, alkalinity and calcium concentration in calcite‐saturated solutions agree to the second significant figure; in gypsum‐saturated solutions the standard difference between observations and predictions is <3% in absolute values. The algorithms in SALTIRSOIL have been verified and SALSOLCHEM validated for the reliable calculation of soil salinity, sodicity and alkalinity at water saturation in well‐drained irrigated lands. In simulations for horticultural crops in southeast Spain, soil solution concentration factors at water saturation, quotients of electrical conductivity (EC₂₅) at saturation to electrical conductivity in the irrigation water, and quotients of sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) are very similar to average measured values for the area.     

非洲猪瘟病毒核酸定性检测方法比对

为提升兽医实验室非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测能力和质量控制水平,积累检测经验,以更好地开展非洲猪瘟检测,2020年7月,参加了北京市农业农村局组织的“非洲猪瘟实验室检测能力比对”项目。本次比对同时选用《非洲猪瘟检疫技术规范》(SNT 1559—2010标准)中的普通PCR方法、荧光定量PCR方法以及商品化试剂盒,对5份验证样品开展非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测和结果比对。比对发现,3种检测方法结果一致,样品检测结果与预期一致,结果满意。此次比对确认了实验室现有检测方法能够满足非洲猪瘟病毒核酸的日常检测需求,同时提升了实验室人员的检测能力,积累了检测经验,可为非洲猪瘟防控提供有力的技术支撑。

菜豆采后贮藏期间的生理变化

菜豆采后在贮藏期间失水严重,硬度迅速下降;呼吸速率缓慢上升,跃变高峰出现在第8d;果肉细胞膜透性在采后初期变化缓慢,后期急剧上升;果实叶绿素、蛋白质、维生素C和有机酸的含量一直呈下降趋势,而果实总糖的含量先升后降,室温贮藏8d后菜豆的商业品质迅速下降.
