探讨油页岩有机碳矿化分解过程、有机碳组分变化特征以及环境因素作用规律可为评价油页岩在栽培基质中应用的可行性提供科学依据.试验在室内控制温度和水分条件下,分析了洗盐和未洗盐油页岩有机碳矿化动态变化特征.结果表明:油页岩基质在60 d培养期间,温度升高10℃使未洗盐基质总矿化量分别增加2%~28%(100%田间持水量)、2%~22%(80%田间持水量)和1%~15%(60%田间持水量);洗盐基质则分别增加2%~17%(100%田间持水量)、1%~5%(80%田间持水量)和7%~14%(60%田间持水量).将第60 d基质中活性有机碳含量进行回归分析,发现两种不同供试油页岩活性有机碳含量与温度和水分之间均呈正相关关系;未洗盐油页岩活性有机碳含量与温度和水分间相关性不显著,而洗盐后油页岩活性有机碳含量与温度和水分之间相关性显著(P=0.0214).用一级动力学方程拟合油页岩基质有机碳矿化动态得到未洗盐基质分解速率常数最大达1.2×10-3/d,洗盐基质其分解速率常数介于0.5×10-3~0.7×10-3/d.油页岩在长达60 d的培养过程中表现为有机碳持续分解、活性有机碳递增,证实其在基质栽培中的应用将对养分持续供给和维护作物根系生理活性发挥重要作用.  相似文献

广东茂名在油页岩生产过程中共产生废渣2.4×108t,堆放场占地面积8.1 km2,分别堆放在采矿场的南北两地,称为南、北排土场。通过对北排土场裸地、植林5年和南排土场植林16年、天然恢复20年的草地试验区的理化性质、土壤微生物数量及其生化活性进行对比分析,结果表明:北排裸地土壤含水差、贫瘠、酸性强;植林16年多的南排土壤理化性质、微生物、酶活性以及土壤呼吸都明显改善;但植林5年的北排土壤与裸地相差土壤性状变化不大。研究还发现,大叶相思树种对土壤改良的效果比桉树好;废渣场生物修复过程非常缓慢,必须辅以人工措施。  相似文献

湖南造林困难地类总面积达 10 0万hm2 。通过对 5个县 658hm2 试验示范林历时 9年的研究 ,解决了植被恢复技术问题。选出适宜的树、划种有马桑、芦竹、苦槠、牡荆和栓皮栎 5种 ,有发展前景的树种有柏木、铅笔柏和藏柏。选出了林分结构稳定 ,组成种长势好 ,可以肯定的有马桑十墨西哥柏浅层钙质幼年性岩性土等 6个配置模式。并提出和推广了撩壕整地和芦竹下挖上堆 ,施肥促长等造林技术。同时 ,定义了“三岩”造林困难地 ,提出了“三岩”造林困难地的生态环境特点。从土种的水平研究了树种与立地的适应性。  相似文献

以城市污水ANOXIC—OXIC工艺出水为处理对象,在中试规模上研究了新建组合填料潜流湿地的脱氮除磷效能。结果表明,当COD面积负荷率、TN面积负荷率、TP面积负荷率、HRT(水力停留时间)分别为8.7~22.1g/(m^2·d)、7.29~24.28g/(m^·-d)、0.94—1.84g/(m^2·d)、0.48—0.59d时,①湿地启动阶段,COD去除率为30.3%、面积负荷去除率为6.63g/(m^2·d)、反应动力学常数为0.23m/d;SS去除率为45.5%;氨态氮、亚硝态氮和硝态氮的去除率分别为9.3%、40.0%和25.0%;TN去除率为14.9%、面积负荷去除率3.63g/(m^2·-d)、反应动力学常数为0.10m/d;TP去除率为92.4%、面积负荷去除率为0.93g/(m^2·-d),反应动力学常数为O.94m/d。②稳态运行阶段,COD去除率为33.9%,面积负荷去除率为2.98g/(/m^2·d),反应动力学常数为0.24m/d;SS去除率为50.0%;氨氮、亚硝氮和硝氮的去除率分别为50.2%、41.9%和24.7%;TN去除率为29.9%,面积负荷去除率为2.19g/(m^2·d),反应动力学常数为0.18m/d。TP去除率为90.5%、面积负荷去除率为0.89g,/(m^2·d)、反应动力学常数为0.86m/d。③随TN面积负荷增加,TN面积负荷去除率和TN动力学常数均随之线性增加;随TP面积负荷增加,TP面积负荷去除率随之线性增加,而反应动力学常数呈幂函数增加。  相似文献

Production data analysis is an effective method of evaluating gas in place, parameters of reservoir and hydraulic fractures. Current model of production data analysis fails to make sense because of the existence of absorption, multi-fracturing, and stimulated reservoir volume (SRV). Considering the effect of desorption, fracture interacting and closed boundary, the authors calculate the productivity of multi-fractured horizontal well in shale gas by Laplace transform and pressure superposition principle. Then theoretical charts of Agarwal-Gardner production decline curves are presented by employing new definition of dimensionless material balance time and dimensionless production, which is based on asymptotic approximations. The result shows that Agarwal-Gardner curves can be divided into two parts where they are scattered in early transient period, and where their shape was influenced by parameters relevant to adsorption, position of each fracture and reservoir geometry, and then drawn to Arps harmonious decline in pseudo steady state period. Reservoir parameters, hydraulic fracture characteristics and gas in place are evaluated by using the type curve matching with actual production data.  相似文献

Sawdust, coal gangue and paper sludge were chosen as pore-forming agents of sintered shale brick. The pyrolysis behaviors of different forming agents were studied and the influences of the agents on bulk density, compressive strength, porosity, and water absorption properties of the shale brick were also investigated. It is shown that, with the increase of the dosage of sawdust, pore number of the sintered bricks and water-absorption increase, while the volume density and strength fall rapidly. Thus, the dosage of sawdust should be controlled within 6%. Because of poorer plasticity and lower ignition of coal gangue as well as low porosity rate of sintered bricks, the water-absorption of sintered bricks is poor, and decreases of density and strength are not obvious. In practical production, according to the requirements of brick-making heat and plasticity, a moderate amount of coal gangue can be added. The plasticity of the bricks improves as the dosage of paper sludge increases due to its good plasticity. However, excessive dosage of paper sludge will result in large shrinkage of sintered brick, low strength and high water absorption; therefore, the dosage should not exceed 7%.  相似文献

Understanding how climate change and land transformation may impact the distribution and diversity of wildlife species requires landscape-level foundational biodiversity surveys. The Karoo BioGaps Project aims to provide such data and to support the scientific assessment for shale gas development projects in the Karoo basin. In this paper we present the findings of the BioGaps mammal survey, which recorded medium and large mammals across twenty-five 1 km × 1 km sampling sites within the proposed fracking footprint using camera trapping techniques. We use sample rarefaction curves, non-parametric species richness estimators and non-metric multidimensional scaling plots to explore both species richness and community structure. We also used a generalised linear model to investigate how species diversity varies with both site-specific and landscape-level predictors. A total of 38 species were recorded at the majority of sites. Longitude (z = 4.018, p = 0.0005) emerged as the best predictor of species diversity across the study area, which we suggest is linked to the clear east–west aridity gradient. Together these results reveal the cosmopolitan distribution of the mammal taxa in the Karoo and could be used to inform decision-making linked to mining activities in the area.  相似文献

PXWAE Acoustic Emission System is useol to investigate the acoustic emission behavior of shale under four point bending test. In these tests, the maximum bending stress, bending strain, acoustic emission hits, acoustic emission energy and etc., are recorded. The results show that when vertical loads impose on the shale sample which has horizontal stratification planes, Kaiser effect does exist under four point bending tests. Kaiser point can be recognized directly from the stress vs. cumulative AE hits curve. But by the impact of shale’s stratifications and local failure during the tests, strain relaxation occur which makes it difficult to determine the Kaiser point only by the strain vs. acoustic emission curve. An accurate conclusion can be achieved by a comprehensive judgment combing with all test data, as well as the failure mode of rock sample. The research on acoustic emission behavior of rock in the stress state during bending tests to some extend can provide guidance to engineering practice for stability monitoring of mine roof or separation layer with acoustic emission monitoring technology.  相似文献

对湘中紫色页岩区芦竹的生物量和养分分布进行初步研究.结果表明:当年生芦竹杆(含叶)养分含量高于多年生,因此不宜砍伐利用当年生芦竹杆;根茎养分含量较高,是系统中良好的养分贮存库.一年生、二年生、五年生、八年生芦竹的生物量分别为293.00、5258.29、6746.87和480.86 kg.hm-2.  相似文献
