甘蔗叶鞘剥离过程弹性齿运动分析与试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对弹性齿运动状态的分析阐述了弹性齿在叶鞘撕裂和剥离过程中的作用机理,采用ADAMS软件对弹性齿与甘蔗茎秆的接触过程进行仿真分析,确定剥叶滚筒中心距及弹性齿与甘蔗茎秆之间的相对速度变化对叶鞘撕裂和剥离产生的影响。利用物理样机进行剥叶滚筒中心距单因素试验和剥叶滚筒转速单因素试验对运动分析结果进行验证,并通过高速摄影对仿真的结果进行验证。结果表明,剥叶滚筒中心距为310 mm,弹性齿与甘蔗茎秆接触时刻,y轴方向的线速度差为3.91~5.87 m/s时,弹性齿可沿茎秆表面向下滑动,有利于叶鞘沿着纤维方向撕裂,x轴方向的线速度差为4.61~7.54 m/s时,弹性齿在甘蔗轴线方向可以持续滑动,有利于对叶鞘造成刮擦脱离,综合剥叶效果为含杂率低于7%、茎秆折断率低于15%。弹性齿与茎秆分离时刻,由于弹性恢复产生线速度突变,相对速度差增大4~5倍,有利于将叶鞘从茎秆上撕扯脱落。  相似文献

Understanding the factors that drive successful re-creation and restoration of lowland heaths is crucially important for achieving the long-term conservation of this threatened habitat type. In this study we investigated the changes in soil chemistry, plant community and interactions between Calluna vulgaris and symbiotic ericoid mycorrhizas (ERM) that occurred when improved pasture was subjected to one of three treatments (i) acidification with elemental sulphur (ii) acidification with ferrous sulphur (iii) removal of the topsoil. We found that the soil stripping treatment produced the greatest reduction in available phosphate but did not decrease soil pH. Conversely, acidification with elemental sulphur decreased pH but increased availability of phosphate and potentially toxic cations. The elemental sulphur treatment produced plant communities that most closely resembled those on surrounding heaths and acid grasslands. The most important driver was low pH and concomitant increased availability of potentially toxic cations. Plant community development was found to be little related to levels of available soil phosphate, particularly at low pH. The elemental sulphur treatment also produced the best germination and growth of C. vulgaris over 4-5 years. However, this treatment was found to inhibit the development of symbiotic relationships between C. vulgaris and ERM. This may affect the long-term persistence of re-created vegetation and its interactions with other components of heathland communities.  相似文献

以水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂为主要研究方向,在水基高分子物制备中采用聚乙烯醇、改性淀粉、胶乳等与助剂共混制成主剂,再与异氰酸酯交联制成胶粘剂。试验结果表明,用此种无醛胶粘剂压制的三层实木复合地板的物理力学性能完全达到国家检测标准;在生产中可操作性强,完全满足现有的工艺要求;无甲醛公害;其原料成本为诺贝尔胶的一半,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate effects of partial replacement of fish meal with soybean meal on digestibility in Atlantic cod and effects of biotechnological processing of soybean meal. Other objectives were to find out if apparent digestibility in cod was affected by age, temperature and/or faecal sampling methods, and to map digestion and absorption patterns along the intestinal tract for different age classes and diets. A control diet with fish meal as the main protein source (FM), a diet with 24% of crude protein from conventional extracted soybean meal (SBM), and a diet with 24% of crude protein from a bioprocessed soybean meal (BP-SBM) were used. Yttrium oxide was added as an inert marker for digestibility determination. The diets were fed to duplicate groups of 534 g (1-year-old) and 1750 g (2-year-old) cod in seawater. Faeces were stripped from the distal-most section (distal chamber) of the intestine after 48 and 84 days of feeding. In addition, intestinal contents were removed by dissection after 84 days. The dissected intestine was divided into 5 sections and contents were analysed separately. Dietary soy did not alter the viscosity of the digesta. The replacement of fish meal protein with soybean protein reduced the apparent digestibility of crude protein, fat, energy and almost all amino acids, independent of type of soybean meal processing. Larger fish had higher digestibility of starch, ash and several amino acids than smaller fish. A temperature decrease from 9.1 °C at feeding day 48 to 6.8 °C at day 84 resulted in lower digestibility of starch, ash and several amino acids. Absorption of amino acids was quantitatively terminated in the distal part of the mid intestine when feeding the soy-containing diets, but continued into the distal chamber when feeding the FM diet. Absorption of fat was completed in the proximal part of the mid intestine when feeding the soy-containing diets, but continued into the middle part of the mid intestine when feeding the FM diet. Soy did not affect absorption pattern of starch along the intestinal tract. Faecal sampling by dissection resulted in higher apparent digestibility of macronutrients than stripping in the 2-year-old cod, and higher apparent digestibility of protein in the 1-year olds.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the stripping application of the reactive dyes using different recipes set up with different reducing agents and working parameters. We tried to develop alternative stripping methods using two kinds of thioureadioxide because of several disadvantages of sodium dithionite. The pretreated woven fabrics were dyed at 0.25%, 1%, 4% owf% using five commercial reactive dyes by exhaust method. Totally, 180 specimens were dyed. Then, these specimens were stripped using alternative recipes. In these recipes, we investigated the effects of types of the reducing agents, the concentration of the reducing agents and caustic, process temperature and the presence of leveling agent on the stripping efficiency. In order to examine the efficiency of the stripping processes, we measured the colorimetric values (L*, ΔL, ΔE) of pretreated, dyed and the stripped samples using commercial spectrophotometer and international measurement method. The experimental results were statistically evaluated using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with significance level ofα=0.05. According to the measured and calculated spectral results, we achieved to develop alternative methods using thioureadioxide instead of sodium dithionite. In terms of ANOVA, we found out that only concentration of caustic itself did not have significant effects on the efficiency of stripping.  相似文献

This paper presents an artificial neural network (ANN) modeling by Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm for predicting the colorimetric values of the stripped cotton fabrics dyed using commercial reactive dyes. Achieving the expected efficiency in the application of stripping process is a very important aspect for the success of the reproduction. In the study, the predictions of L* and ΔE colorimetric values of stripped cotton samples for different stripping applications by artificial neural network are reported. We set up different network structures with different number of nodes in the hidden layer, the number of inputs and MSE of results as stopping criteria in order to get the best fitting model. According to the result of the best neural network models predicting L* and ΔE, we achieved 97 % of R for both of them. We are able to predict the L* value of the stripped samples using some working parameters as inputs with only 1.2 % error. We think that our results are very promising and the predictions of L* and ΔE values of stripped samples before applying any process are possible using the ANN model set up in the study, especially for L*.  相似文献

弹性齿对甘蔗茎秆的动态打击力与叶鞘剥离机理研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为研究弹性齿式剥叶元件的叶鞘剥离机理,进行了弹性齿对甘蔗茎秆的动态打击力试验。设计专用试验台固定甘蔗茎秆的两端,并在固定组件的3个方向安装单向压电型冲击力传感器,剥叶滚筒带动弹性齿在茎秆中部施加打击力,传感器测得纵向、横向和切向动态打击力并得出最大值Fxmax、Fymax和Fzmax。对剥叶滚筒转速、弹性齿与甘蔗茎秆交错深度、侧偏距离和弹性齿材料等4个变量进行单因素试验。分析各因素对打击力的影响规律,得出在样机剥叶试验的最优参数组合下三向动态打击力的最大值。结合叶鞘材料力学特性和剥离准则模型,推导叶鞘的最大破坏力公式,建立叶鞘剥离的力学模型。结果表明,滚筒转速达到700 r/min、交错深度为30 mm、侧偏距离为20 mm、弹性齿材料为聚氨酯(85 HA)时,弹性齿在x和y方向最大打击力Fxmax、Fymax分别为93.87 N和138.26 N,同时大于叶鞘在相应方向的最大破坏力76.40 N和53.53 N,实现叶鞘剥离。  相似文献

The yield of cultures of Emiliania huxleyi, a coccolithophore marine micro-alga species, in natural seawater and in seawater previously exposed to elutriates of ZEBEN-06 and ZESTEC-56, two zeolitic-nature products (ZNPs) (supernatant of 2.0 g l−1 of ZNP in natural seawater, stirred for 30 min) was evaluated. Total concentrations of dissolved trace metals and organic ligands (and respective conditional stability constants) in the initial media and at 7th day cultures were determined, by anodic and cathodic striping voltammetry. The changes introduced by the ZNPs in the media significantly enhanced E. huxleyi growth yield, the effect being more extent in the ZESTEC-56 elutriate. It was observed that both the ZNPs enriched the seawater with trace and not toxic quantities of Mn. In addiction, ZEBEN-06 removed small fractions of Cu and Zn from the media. The ZEBEN-06 elutriate stimulated the cell exudation but that of ZESTEC-56 inhibited exudation. Algae were also incubated in a culture medium with 0.05 g l−1 ZESTEC-56 in situ, and the growth yield was similar to that of the control culture. ZEBEN-06 was not studied in situ because it was hard to distinguish its particles from the cells, during cells counting. The ZESTEC-56 in situ enriched the medium in Mn, Cu, Pb and Cd, but impoverished it in Zn. The cell exudation was about four times higher in the presence of the ZNP in situ. Liberation/adsorption of micro-nutrients at the surface of the zeolites seems to be the cause of the observed changes in the biological response of the algae. The yield of the algal growth has economic relevance in aquaculture. On the other hand, ZNP are cheap, only small amounts (few mg l−1) are required and the addition of some nicro-nutrients may be omitted. Therefore, the inclusion of zeolites in algal cultures in aquaculture may be economically advantageous. However, it is recommendable an previous investigation, in order to select the zeolitic characteristics and concentration that will maximise the algal yield in each particular case (alga nature and seawater trace metal contents).  相似文献
