基于森林健康理念的森林康养产业发展研究

阐述了森林健康理念和森林康养的基本概念,介绍了森林健康理念和森林康养的发展现状,分析了森林健康与森林康养产业之间的关系。结果表明:森林康养产业的理论基础就是基于森林健康理念继承发展来的,必然会促进森林健康产业的发展。运用森林健康理念指导森林康养产业发展是森林康养产业可持续发展的有效途径,森林健康理念在中国会不断完善和发展,也更有利于中国森林康养产业的发展。展望康养产业,会形成一种新的经济形态,成为国民福祉。     

论中国引进判例机制的理论基础

成文法有其局限性 ,这种局限性是其本身固有而又是它自身无法克服的。判例制度正是克服了这一局限性的有效形式。     

Deforestation patterns and their effects on forest patches

Five identifiable patterns of deforestation are recognized - internal, indentation, cropping, fragmentation, and removal - and each has a distinct effect on habitat quality of forest patches in the eastern United States. By overlaying land use maps from 1973 and 1981 for three counties in the State of Maryland (Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, and Wicomico), changes in the interior core area and edge length of individual patches were measured. Forest interior declined by 23.8 km² in Anne Arundel, 16.3 km² in Prince Georges, and 8.4 km² in Wicomico. Within Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Counties, deforestation increased edge length by 52.1 km and 31.2 km, respectively, whereas, within Wicomico, it decreased edge length by 8.7 km. Differences among counties resulted from current land use patterns, percentage of forest cover, and the dominant deforestation pattern.     

一种基于Summary的改进型BLASTN算法

BLASTN是生物信息学实验中常用的局部相似性搜索软件。为此,提出了一种以BloomFilter为基础的算法,用于对BLASTN中的SeedFinding进行改进,以提高BLASTN的整体效率。该算法对原数据库文件制作Summary,在搜索过程中通过查询Summary以回避大量无效的匹配工作,并对算法的各方面进行分析,给出测试结果。     

Ⅰ型边缘单裂缝的计算机模拟

对素混凝土构件以及具有钢筋强化的混凝土构件在线弹性范围内Ⅰ型边缘单一裂缝的开口进行了模拟。通过模拟发现,在混凝土材料的基体内配置钢筋,使得裂缝的开口位移明显减小。为此,分析了在素混凝土材料的基体内垂直于裂缝的不同位置配置钢筋对构件裂缝开口位移的影响。

民勤绿洲边缘 ,光照丰富、温差大 ,有利于农产品质量的提高。但是水资源缺乏 ,地下水位急剧下降和土地沙化是民勤绿洲农业生产的首要问题。如何充分利用现有生态资源 ,并充分提高其利用率是摆在我们面前的一个主要课题。只有通过引进优良品种 ,调整农业种植结构 ,大力推广节水灌溉技术 ,才是解决上述问题的有效途径

廊道景观边缘效应研究

运用景观生态学原理,依据绿色廊道的生态功能,对长沙市廊道景观边缘和内部的主要植物种类及其重要值进行了调查和分析。结果表明:在同一条件下,廊道景观边缘植物种类多于内部植物种类。这可为长沙市廊道景观的生态建设提供参考依据。     

Chinese Rural Comprehensive Reform: Theoretical Innovation,Key Contradictions and Countermeasures

As a systematic project,Chinese rural comprehensive reform(hereinafter referred to as "the reform") involved multiple dimensions such as rural governance,economy,culture,society and ecology,which laid a solid foundation for the overall reform in China.Western rural development theory had been proved to be insufficient to support Chinese rural reform.Therefore,theoretical innovation became urgent in the fields of rural governance,government functions,public finance and rural-urban integration etc.In recent years,Chinese rural comprehensive reform had been adjusting itself to the requirements of the "new normal".And during the process of agricultural modernization,the bottlenecks included the contradictory relationships between reform,development and overall stability,agricultural simplification and industrial diversification,economic development and environmental protection,rapid development of urban areas and slow progress of rural areas,grassroots governance and democratic supervision etc.Proper countermeasures would help to settle the above contradictions.
