水产类上市公司经营绩效评价及影响因素分析——基于DEA-Tobit模型

2012年以来水产类上市公司经营面临困局.该研究根据11家水产类上市公司2012～2014年的面板数据,首先运用DEA模型进行生产效率的评价,研究发现水产类上市公司的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率3年平均值都较高,但2014年整体绩效有走低的趋势;然后运用Tobit模型,分析经营绩效的影响因素,发现公司总资产周转率和高等教育人员比例与技术效率正相关,而研发人员比例与技术效率不相关.最后,从资产整合、加强营销、重视人才和发展休闲渔业等方面提出了提高水产类上市公司经营绩效的对策建议.     

营运资本与公司综合治理对公司价值影响研究

拓展Faulkender 和Wang(2006)模型，引入公司综合治理水平变量，分析了公司综合治理水平和营运资本对公司价值的影响.运用我国A股市场2008~2013年数据进行实证，证实公司综合治理水平与营运资本对企业价值影响显著；边际营运资本价值小于边际现金价值，企业在现有营运资本水平下增加营运资本投资，将降低企业超额收益率，减少企业投资价值；商业性企业比工业性企业、高治理效率企业比低治理效率企业、受融资约束企业比不受融资约束企业具有更高的边际营运资本价值.

中国上市公司MBO效应分析

采用事件分析法从财富变化效应和公司绩效2个方面对中国上市公司管理层收购(MBO)进行了全样本的分析。通过对我国上市公司累计异常收益、每股收益、净资产收益率、净利润等指标的计量分析,发现上市公司实施MBO以后并未提高公司绩效,股东财富效应亦不显著,从而得出上市公司缓行MBO的结论。
