转基因三倍体毛白杨抗盐试验研究

试验设计4～11 g·kg-1 8个NaCl浓度梯度,对转PLD/AtNHXI基因抗盐碱三倍体毛白杨进行组培苗抗盐分化试验,设计2～10 g·kg-19个NaCl浓度梯度进行组培苗抗盐生根试验,设计3～12 g·kg-1 10个NaCl浓度梯度对1年生盆栽苗进行抗盐试验,结果表明:在NaCl浓度达8 g·kg-1时,转基因三倍体毛白杨分化培养37 d后,组培苗的叶色、分化芽数及新稍长度开始受到影响,随着NaCl浓度的增大将抑制组培苗分化生长,甚至枯萎死亡;在含NaCl 7 g·kg-1的生根培养基中,培养20 d后,虽然叶色没有受到盐太大的影响,但生根和新稍的生长都开始受到抑制,根系明显的减少;在含NaCl 7 g·kg-1的土壤条件下,盆栽苗培养32 d后,开始表现出盐害症状.

Research on Characteristics, Problem and Improvement Suggestions of Traffic for Chinese Old People

Trend of aging has raised new requirements for Chinese city transportation system. Based on the sum-up of trip characteristics of elderly people, some adaptability problems of current transportation system were pointed out, concerning accessibility, transit reliability and comfort, walking environment, and barrier -free facility. Then, according to experience of foreign countries, some improvement suggestions were raised here, such as development of transit, construction of barrier - free facility, improvement of walking environment, and traffic safety education.

Use of management strategy comparison scatterplots to identify clusters of high‐performing strategies

Abstract A management simulation model was developed to test quota, trip limits and reduced longline hook numbers as alternatives to yearly seasonal (November) closure in South Australian snapper fisheries. Population dynamics equations and maximum‐likelihood parameter estimates were supplied by an age‐ and length‐based stock assessment model. The relative performance of tested management strategies was quantified by comparing change in egg production vs change in average catch, to optimise the trade‐off between reproductive sustainability and catch foregone. Clusters of better‐performing strategies were visually identifiable in management strategy scatterplots. These scatterplots display percentage change from the status quo in egg‐production‐per‐female‐recruit (y‐axis) vs percentage change in catch‐per‐recruit (x‐axis). Evaluated strategies fell into three distinct performance clusters. The best performing strategy extended November closure by 2 weeks. Strategies that retained the November closure performed uniformly better than those that removed it. Further simulation showed this resulted from non‐closure strategies regulating only the commercial sector.
