Selecting Bid with Reasonably Low Price Without Bottom Price Based On Sector Estimate

For raveling out the main shortage of tendering which is the reasonable sector is unreasonable of making the bid evaluation uncertain. In order to eliminate subjective factor, this paper quantificationally analyses the price in bidding and establishes the sector selecting bid model based on the sector estimate idea, which tries to provide a new method and academic basic for determining the reasonable sector. Finally, the article gives an example to prove that the model is feasible and effective and it tries to ensure the bidding assessment public, equitable and just.     

Management System of the Tender and Bidding for Power Projects with a Valuation Based on the Bill of Quantities

Valuation based on the bill of quantifies will change the existing valuation mode of tender and bidding. For the standardized management of tender and bidding for power projects and the inteUigentized information management of power enterprises, it is an inevitable trend of reform to apply the valuation mode based on the bill of quantifies. According to the characteristics of power projects, this paper expounds the working process of the valuation mode based on the bill of quantities and analyzes the goal and function need of the tender and bidding management system. Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Therefore it is of great significance to spread the new management mode of project costing with a valuation based on the bill of quantities.     

柳叶沙棘的无性繁殖技术研究

柳叶沙棘果实品质好，植株无刺或少刺，是栽培和育种的好材料。采用嫩枝扦插，全光喷雾繁殖柳叶沙棘可获62％～95％的生根率。生根时间较其他种类沙棘晚10～15d。植物生长调节剂萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸能提高生根率10％～20％。     

嫩板栗脱蒲试验台的设计与试验

基于国内板栗脱蒲机,针对六至八成熟的嫩板栗存在的机器脱蒲分离率低、适应性差、容易损伤及嫩板栗成熟周期短等问题,设计了一种嫩板栗脱蒲试验台。该试验台选用柔性挤压的脱蒲方法,利用旋转的脱蒲滚子与栅栏挤压杆相互揉搓挤压作用对嫩板栗进行脱蒲。该试验台的脱蒲滚子及栅栏挤压杆均可更换。通过试验对比,可以分析出不同类型的脱蒲滚子与挤压杆对板栗脱蒲的影响。此外,本试验台配备了变频器,可以在不更换电动机的前提下,将电动机的转速进行随意调节。测试结果表明:该试验台不同的脱蒲滚子、栅栏挤压杆及主轴的旋转速度都会对嫩板栗的脱蒲造成不同的影响,根据不同的数据可以为嫩板栗脱蒲机械提供不同的改善方案及理论依据。     

刺嫩芽有性繁殖试验初报

刺嫩芽是近几年来市场上倍受人们青睐的1种森林蔬菜。在刺嫩芽野转家栽培过程中,由于种子自然萌发能力较弱,苗木供应不足,阻碍了其野转家栽培的进程。湖北省林业科学研究院鹤峰森林药材研究所经过2 a时间的研究,其结果表明:经过用醋处理了的刺嫩芽种子出苗量最多,为35株/m2,而未处理的仅为5株/m2。这一研究成果保证了刺嫩芽野转家栽培的苗木来源。     

甜瓜嫩果皮颜色遗传规律研究

为探究甜瓜嫩果皮颜色的遗传规律,以甜瓜嫩果皮颜色为深绿色的S26和青色的S28为亲本材料,通过构建BC1群体,利用卡方测验,分析回交群体BC1的深绿色嫩果皮和青色嫩果皮的分离比例,开展甜瓜嫩果皮的遗传规律分析,以对嫩果皮颜色基因进行初步定位。结果表明：BC1群体表型表现为深绿色和青色2种,且群体比例为1∶1,从而确定颜色性状为单基因控制且深绿色为显性性状。通过分离群体分组分析法（BSA）和混池测序结果可以看出,控制甜瓜嫩果皮颜色的基因位于chr04的端部位置,这为后续基因的精细定位以及克隆提供了研究基础。     

单叶铁线莲Clematis henryi愈伤组织诱导与植株再生

以单叶铁线莲老枝、嫩茎、叶片和叶柄为外植体,在附加各种激素的MS培养基上进行诱导培养,以探讨愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的条件。结果表明,嫩茎为最佳外植体,适用于愈伤组织的诱导,在MS+1.2 mg·L -1 6-BA+0.35 mg·L -1 NAA培养基中,嫩茎的出愈率为88.6%;MS+4.0 mg·L -1 KT+0.4 mg·L -1 NAA为最佳不定芽诱导培养基,不定芽发生率为90.0%;MS+0.04 mg·L -1 NAA为最佳生根培养基,生根率达95.0%。

马尾松穗条不同发育阶段的形态结构、营养成份与嫁接效果

应用嫁接技术建立无性系种子园,是马尾松良种繁育的主要手段之一。通过十多年来的摸索和实践,利用嫩枝接穗嫁接不论是小范围试验还是大面积生产,均表现出质量高、效果好的优良特点。广东韶关地区林科所应用嫩枝嫁接,平均成活率达84.1％以上,比老枝嫁接高2～3倍。广西贵县覃塘林场连续4年分别不同季节进行嫁接对比试验,嫩枝嫁接成活率达84.5％～100％,而老枝嫁接仅有10％～21.4％。浙江省淳安县姥山林场与开化
