In this paper,the flow velocity fields,suspended solids concentration fields and flow-through curves in rectangular sedimentation tanks with different reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio are simulated in detail using a developed mathematical model given in Reference 2.According to the numerical results,the influence of different reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio on the operating efficiency is analyzed.Finally,the rational reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio are presented.  相似文献

选择质粒保有率高及最适合发酵的TOP10菌株,在传统的煮沸裂解法提取质粒的基础上进行了提取方法的改进,使用恒流泵和热交换螺旋管,使菌体在流动过程中完成热裂解,释放质粒DNA。改进后的方法裂解温度可降到70",提取工艺流程简单,缩短了提取时间,提高了质粒DNA的提取效率。利用本方法提取的质粒大小正确、纯度合格,每升发酵液得率平均为100mg质粒DNA。  相似文献

Eight growth trials of juvenile B. areolata at different water depths (20 and 50 cm) and water flow durations (6, 12, 18, and 24 h) were conducted in a flow-through culture system over 5 months. One-way ANOVA performed on each growth data set showed that there were significant differences among water depth (WD) and water flow duration (WFD) treatments (P < 0.05). The highest weight gain (6.29 g /snail) was found in snails reared in the treatment of WD50 /WFD24, followed by those from WD50 /WFD18 (6.15 g/snail), WD50/WFD12 (5.90 g/snail), WD50 /WFD6 (5.83 g/snail), WD20 /WFD24 (5.86 g/snail), and WD20 /WFD18 (5.87 g /snail), while the lowest one was found in WD20 /WFD6 (5.52 g/snail) and WD20 /WFD12 (5.57 g/snail). The relative weight gain (RWG) and individual weight gain (IWG) of the snails showed similar trends as the weight gain. Final survival exceeded 95% for all treatments. Based on all criteria, the best growth performances of juvenile spotted babylon were found in the WD50 /WFD18 and WD50 /WFD24 treatments, followed by the treatments of WD50/WFD12, WD50 /WFD6, WD20 /WFD24, and WD20 /WFD18; the lowest growth was found in WD20 /WFD6 and WD20 /WFD12.  相似文献

甲酸乙酯对三种主要仓储害虫的熏蒸作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确甲酸乙酯对仓储害虫的实际控制效果,避免二氧化碳对熏蒸作用的影响,该研究利用循环熏蒸系统(FTFS),测定甲酸乙酯对米象、赤拟谷盗、谷蠹三种主要仓储害虫混合虫态的熏蒸作用.结果表明:在25℃、70%RH条件下,甲酸乙酯43.34、80.72、99.08、117.74、146.49mg/L 熏蒸处理6 h,对赤拟谷盗和谷蠹混合虫态有很好的控制作用,死亡率大于95.96%;甲酸乙酯80.72、99.08、117.74、146.49mg/L处理对米象混合虫态的杀虫效果较好.甲酸乙酯对米象蛹的杀虫效果较差.  相似文献

This article examines the economic considerations involved in the production of spotted babylon (Babylonia areolata) in Thailand. A financial analysis of the construction and operating costs of a pilot commercial production of spotted babylon of marketable sizes is provided, based upon proven practical techniques and production data for a flow‐through growout system. The investment required for a spotted babylon growout hatchery producing 990 kg per year is estimated to be US$4528.8. The annual cost of operating such a hatchery is estimated to be US$4624.1. The cost of producing 990 kg of marketable‐size spotted bablyon with a survival rate of 95% is estimated to be US$4.91 per kg of snails produced. Cash flow analysis showed that a constant selling price of US$5.8 kg?1 results in positive cash flow by year 4. The proposed enterprise is marginally feasible if cost can be considerably reduced by targeting production and integrating hatchery and growout operations.  相似文献

In this paper, the performance of flow-through systems with constant flow rate, alternating open-closed systems, and monophase oxystats for determination of aquatic respiration rates are compared based on computer simulations at steady-state and non steady-state conditions. In most situations, monophase oxystats offer several advantages compared to the other, more frequently used respiratory systems. Monophase oxystats always operates at steady-state dissolved oxygen concentrations and therefore, this principle is less sensitive to noise on oxygen measurements since changes in dissolved oxygen concentration do not need to be measured in order to obtain accurate respiration rates. Furthermore, in monophase oxystats, experiments can be carried out under more precisely defined conditions and experimental animals are allowed better options to adapt to the experimental conditions compared to other respiratory systems. Based on recent mining rates and the exhaustion of global phosphorus(P)reserves,there is a need to mobilize P already stored in soils,and its recovery from secondary resources such as Ca-and Fe-phosphates is important.The Ca-phosphate hydroxyapatite forms a good fertilizer source,while vivianite is formed in waterlogged soils and sediments.During sludge treatment,the formation of vivianite has been identified,being mainly Fe-phosphate.Long-term P release from both hydroxyapatite and vivianite was studied using different inorganic(CaCl2 and CaSO4)and organic(citric and humic acid)reagents during batch experiments.Reagents CaCl2 and CaSO4 represent the soil solution,while citric and humic acids as organic constituents affect P availability in the rhizosphere and during the process of humification.Additionally,the flow-through reactor(FTR)technique with an infinite sink was used to study the long-term P release kinetics.The cumulative P release was higher by organic acids than by inorganic compounds.The cumulative P release rates were higher in the FTR with CaCl2 as compared to the batch technique.The infinite sink application caused a continuously high concentration gradient between the solid and liquid phases,leading to higher desorption rates as compared to the batch technique.The predominant amount of the total P released over time was available for a short term.While inorganic anion exchange occurred at easily available binding sites,organic acids affected the more heavily available binding sites,which could be embedded within the mineral structure.The results showed that organic compounds,especially citric acid,play a superior role as compared to the inorganic constituents of the soil solution during the recovery of already stored P from the tertiary phosphates vivianite and hydroxyapatite.  相似文献

Extract

Since a rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration is expected to lead to global warming, it is important to quantify the global carbon circulation. The CO2 evolution rate from soil has usually been measured by one of three methods: 1) CO2 absorption (Anderson 1982), where the evolved CO2 is absorbed in an alkali solution and the content subsequently determined, 2) closed chamber (Rolston 1986) in which the CO2 evolution rate is calculated from the increase of the CO2 concentration in a closed chamber covering the soil surface, and 3) flow-through chamber (Rolston 1986) in which a fixed rate of ambient air is pumped through an open chamber and the difference in the. CO2 concentration between the inlet and the outlet is measured. Although the CO2 absorption method is very simple in terms of apparatus and procedure, the determined CO2 evolution rate tends to be underestimated in cases where the evolved CO2 is not fully absorbed in the alkali solution (Ewel et al. 1987; Sakamoto and Yoshida 1988), or overestimated in cases where the CO2 concentration in the chamber is too low to stimulate microbial activity (Koizumi et al. 1991; Nakadai et al. 1993), In the closed chamber method, when the gas concentration in the chamber is higher than that of the ambient air, gas diffusion from the soil to the atmosphere is restricted (Denmead 1978). At this point, the flow-through chamber method seems to be most suitable for measuring the CO2 evolution rate, because the rate is determined under nearly natural conditions. However, this method has a disadvantage in that the apparatus is composed of an infra-red CO2 analyzer, air pumps, mass flow meters, a recorder, and other items, which are too large, heavy, and complex to use in the field (Freijer and Bouten 1991). Hence, in spite of the above limitations, most of the studies on CO2 evolution in situ have been carried out using the CO2 absorption method (Kowalenko et al. 1978; Seto et al. 1978a, b; Ewel et al 1981, 1987; Gupta and Singh 1981; Reinke et al. 1981; Edwards and Ros-Todd 1983; Grahammer et al. 1991) or the closed chamber method (Naganawa et al. 1989; Mariko et al. 1994). The flow-through chamber method has been used only at sites where electric power supply and other types of equipment were available (Mathes and Schriefer 1985; Ewel et al. 1987; Nakadai et al. 1993). In the present report a flow-through chamber method using a portable CO2 analyzer system was examined, for the determination of CO2 evolution from soil without an electric power supply or other special equipment.  相似文献

Two trials were conducted with two sizes, grow‐out (80.0 mg b.w.) and fattening (5.0 g b.w.), of Penaeus semisulcatus to compare the production and yield of shrimp cultured at different stocking densities within an indoor running‐seawater system. In the first experiment, postlarvae were cultured at 50, 100, 150 and 200 m?3 for 68 days, while in the second experiment, juveniles were cultured at 24, 50, 74 and 100 m?3 for 126 days. The results of the two experiments showed significant decrease in weight of shrimp as the stocking density increased. During the grow‐out stage, no statistical differences were observed on survival rates among the shrimp stocked at different densities. Thus, as the primary factor to consider at this stage is the number of shrimp produced, it is recommended to use a density of 200 shrimp m?3. During the fattening stage, the survival rate at the highest density was statistically lower than the other three densities. The mean yield was 437.02, 869.16, 1217.62 and 1446.78 g m?3 for shrimp stocked at 24, 50, 74 and 100 m?3 respectively. Although the average harvest size of juveniles at the lowest stocking density was statistically higher than those stocked at the highest stocking density, both sizes (18.12 and 16.67 g) will be classified as one size group in the market, i.e. medium. As the yield significantly increases as the stocking density is increased, it is therefore recommended that the stocking density for the fattening stage be 100 shrimp m?3.  相似文献

A monoclonal antibody-based flow-through immunoassay (FTA) was developed using a nitrocellulose membrane placed on the top of adsorbent pads enclosed in a plastic cassette with a test zone at the center. The FTA could be completed within 10 min. Clear purple dots against a white background indicated the presence of Aphanomyces (A.) invadans. The FTA limit of detection was 7 µg/mL for A. invadans compared to 56 µg/mL for the immunodot. FTA and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) could detect A. invadans in fish tissue homogenates at a 10-11 dilution compared to a 10-8 dilution by immunodot. In fish suffering from natural cases of epizootic ulcerative syndrome (EUS) collected from Mangalore, India, FTA and PCR could detect A. invadans in 100% of the samples compared to 89.04% detected by immunodot. FTA reagents were stable and produced expected results for 4 months when stored at 4~8℃. This rapid test could serve as simple and cost-effective on-site screening tool to detect A. invadans in fish from EUS outbreak areas and in ports during the shipment of live or frozen fish.  相似文献
