本文就大气保护制冷行业的关系并从保护臭氧层、大气变暖的角度，论述了空调制冷行业与环保的关系。     

Role of prostatic fluid in cooled canine epididymal sperm

In this study, sperms collected from the right and left cauda epididymis were grouped into having canine prostatic fluid (PF) sensitization or not diluted with egg yolk Tris–fructose citrate extender, and stored at 4°C. The necessity of canine PF in cooled preservation was determined by elucidating the sperm quality after the storage. As a result, while there was no difference among all groups up to 48 hr of storage, after storage for 96 hr and more, a significantly lower sperm motility was observed in the group without being sensitized to PF than the groups with being sensitized to PF (p < .05, p < .01). Although sperm abnormality increased in all groups with increased storage time, the group without being sensitized to PF showed significantly higher sperm abnormality than did the groups with being sensitized to PF after storage for 24 hr and more (p < .01). From these findings, we concluded that PF was necessary for the cooled preservation of the canine sperm because these sperms were protected from any effects of low temperatures by being sensitized to PF.     

Fine Microstructure of Novel Microdistortion Gear Steel

In order to reduce quench deformed of car gear, a new kind of microdistortion gear steel is developed and its fine microstructure is discussed by SEM. The results show that the tested steel can obtain carbide free bainitic ferritic laths with fine microstructure under air-cooling condition. The bainitic ferritic laths, sublaths and subunits are surrounded by retained austenite, which can insure the gear steel possesses high strength and toughness, the impact toughness has increased remarkably. The good mechanical performance of the steel can meet the service demands of the gear.     

Research on Performance of Air-cooled Heat Pump Indoors in Winter Condition

In this paper, the conditions of air - cooled heat pump operation indoors in winter are analyzed. The corresponding performance of air - cooled heat pump operation is gained. The ventilation condition for stable operation of air - cooled heat pump indoors in winter is found. At the same time, the experimental results are approved by the actual operation effect.     

辐照对冷却猪、鸡肉中细菌ATP发光强度的影响

采用ATP发光法检测辐照对冷却猪、鸡肉ATP发光强度的影响,并对其他试验因素是否对样品ATP发光强度产生影响进行了分析。结果表明:ATP标准品的浓度与发光强度呈显著的正相关,ATP标准品发光强度与辐照剂量表现为显著的负相关;辐照冷却肉的细菌ATP发光强度随辐照剂量的变化趋势呈现为倒"S"形特征,其中6.0kGy辐照时发光强度最大,4.0、8.0kGy剂量辐照时强度最小;无菌水、灭菌样品未对ATP发光强度造成干扰,而未辐照大肠杆菌浓度与ATP发光强度之间呈显著线性正相关,相关系数达到0.9437。     

风冷热泵机组的设计选型

阐述了风冷热泵机组的工作原理及设计选型时依具体环境对机组制冷（热）量的修正、冷（热）负荷的选择及安装等方面应该注意的问题,特别是安装在积雪和台风地区时,应采取的防护措施。     

液冷自励式电磁缓速器研究

针对液力缓速器结构复杂、价格高,传统电涡流缓速器制动力矩热衰退严重等问题,提出一种液冷自励式电磁缓速器结构,建立其制动系统以及发电系统分析模型,分析了系统的磁路结构,利用有限元法分别对电磁场模型、制动特性以及温度场进行分析。设计了2 000 N·m样机并进行台架试验,对缓速器制动特性以及发电机特性进行测试,测试结果与有限元分析计算结果的误差在6%以内,在制动功率为180 k W时水道温度为85℃,持续制动时制动力矩热衰退仅为10.4%。在1 500 r/min时制动力矩达到最大值2 000 N·m,而汽车电源只需提供给发电机的励磁功率为720 W。     

增压中冷柴油机EGR排放特性试验研究

以增压中冷柴油机为研究对象，针对其特点设计了废气再循环装置，试验研究了不同EGR率对增压中冷柴油机的动力性、经济性及NOx微粒、烟度、HC、CO等排放物的影响规律。研究结果表明，增压柴油机借助EGR，可大大降低发动机的NOx排放，但随着EGR率的增加，柴油机的微粒、烟度、HC、CO排放也相应增加，同时对柴油机的扭矩和油耗也造成不利影响。因此，在设计增压柴油机EGR系统时，要综合考虑EGR率对发动机性能和排放的影响规律，为各个工况确定最佳EGR率，并采用电控系统保证各个工况的最佳EGR率。     

毛细管气相色谱法对冷却猪肉中挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物含量的测定分析

在对样品的前处理及色谱条件做了优化的前提下,利用配有FID氢火焰检测器的气相色谱仪对冷却猪肉中亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA)含量进行测定。结果显示,在浓度1.0～10.0μg/kg范围内,呈良好线性(r=0.999),平均回收率为85%。

本文对空调冷媒的毒性及对人体的危害进行了分析，并阐述了应如何保证其安全性。
