番茄褪绿病毒在湖南省首次发生 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
2016年7月在湖南省蔬菜病害调查中发现,4种茄科蔬菜表现出叶脉间褪绿、叶片黄化等症状,疑似被番茄褪绿病毒(Tomato chlorosis virus,To CV)感染,同时叶片背面聚集了大量烟粉虱。采用To CV热激蛋白(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)序列的特异性引物对采集的番茄、茄子、辣椒、马铃薯样品和烟粉虱样品进行RT-PCR检测,均扩增出目标条带,且扩增序列与北京番茄To CV分离物(KC887999.1)部分序列相似度为99.0%,确认采集样品被To CV感染。4种茄科蔬菜To CV的感染率达70%~100%;发病叶片上烟粉虱的带毒率为66.7%~87.5%;鉴定出烟粉虱的生物类型为MED烟粉虱。这是湖南省首次确认该病毒,需要引起关注和加强防范。 相似文献

The effects of growth and leaf temperature on photosynthesis were evaluated in sweet orange seedlings ( Citrus sinensis cv. Pera) infected with Xylella fastidiosa (the bacterium that causes citrus variegated chlorosis, CVC). Measurements of leaf gas exchange and chlorophyll a fluorescence were taken at leaf temperatures of 25, 30, 35 and 40°C in healthy and infected (without visible symptoms) seedlings submitted to two temperature regimes (25/20 or 35/20°C, day/night), not simultaneously. The CO2 assimilation rates ( A ) and stomatal conductance ( g s ) were higher in healthy plants in both temperature regimes. Values for A and g s of infected and healthy plants were higher in the 35/20°C regime, decreasing with leaf temperature increase. In addition, differences between healthy and infected plants were higher at 35/20°C, while no differences in chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters were observed except for potential quantum efficiency of photosystem II, which was higher in infected plants. Low A values in infected plants were caused by low g s and probably by biochemical damage to photosynthesis. The high alternative electron sink of infected plants was another effect of reduced A . Both high growth and high leaf temperatures increased differences in A between healthy and infected plants. Therefore this feature may be partially responsible for lower growth and/or productivity of CVC-affected plants in regions with high air temperature. 相似文献

通过实地考查、土培试验,对水稻“黄化病”与铁锰平衡的关系、铁锰平衡失调对水稻生长发育的影响及其调控措施进行了探讨.结果表明;水稻“黄化病”是由于土壤中过量的锰及有效铁锰比低,使水稻积累过多的标而降低活性铁含量水平,使水稻受到生理缺铁胁迫和铁锰营养平衡失调,而诱发的生理病害;铁锰平衡失调使水稻生长发育严重受阻、产量极显著降低;施用硅酸盐、石灰或叶面喷施铁后,均有利于改善水稻铁锰营养平衡,促进水稻生长发育. 相似文献

Maize (Zea mays L.) and sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) grown on a calcareous soil showed poor growth and/or were chlorotic in spite of abundant Fe in the roots. It has been
hypothesized that microbial siderophores chelate Fe (III) in the soil, and that in this form Fe is transported towards the
root apoplast. On the calcareous soil, total and apoplastic root Fe concentrations were high, probably because of a high apoplastic
pH depressing Fe (III)-reductase activity and thus the Fe2+ supply to the cytoplasm. On the acidic soil, total and apoplastic root Fe concentrations were low, probably because of a
low apoplastic pH favouring Fe (III) reduction, hence plants showed no Fe-deficiency symptoms. The main objective of the present
work was to investigate the role of microbial soil activity in plant Fe acquisition. For this purpose, plants were grown under
sterile and non-sterile conditions on a loess loam soil. Plants cultivated under non-sterile conditions grew well, showed
no Fe-deficiency symptoms and had fairly high Fe concentrations in the roots in contrast to plants grown in the sterile medium.
Low root and leaf Fe concentrations in the axenic treatments indicated that the production of microbial siderophores was totally
suppressed. Accordingly, sunflowers were severely chlorotic and this was associated with very poor growth, whereas in maize
only growth was drastically reduced. In maize under sterile conditions, root apoplastic and total Fe concentrations were not
as low as in sunflowers, which may have indicated that phytosiderophores produced in maize partly sustained Fe acquisition,
but due to poor growth were not as efficient in supplying Fe as microbial activity under natural conditions. It may be therefore
assumed that in natural habitats soil microbial activity is of pivotal importance for plant Fe acquisition.

Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV) is a plant virus that is mainly propagated by Bemisia tabaci in a semi-persistent and non-circulative manner.It has a wide range of host plants,and has been reported in many countries,causing serious economic losses in vegetable production.In 2019,we investigated about 10 fields,one ha each in Shouguang,Shandong province (China),and in each field we observed symptoms of interveinal chlorosis on lower leaves of the Solanum torvum Swartz,and a large number of B.tabaci gathered on the back of its leaves.To determine the presence of ToCV,total RNA of S.torvum was extracted followed by RT-PCR.The 1 074 (GenBank accessions number MN545620) and 466 bp (GenBank accessions number MN545621) fragments were gel purified and sequenced.The sequences shared 99.44% and 99.57% similarity with ToCV reference sequence tomato chlorosis virus segment RNA1 (AY903447) and RNA2 (AY903448).The results of insect transmission test confirmed that ToCV can spread from S. torvum to tomato.This study confirms S.torvum as a newly reported host of ToCV. 相似文献

拟南芥黄化突变体k60是从甲基磺酸乙脂诱变的拟南芥突变体库中筛选得到的。该突变体表现为叶色发黄,生长迟缓,叶绿素含量降低。遗传分析发现其为单基因控制的隐性突变。利用遗传作图的方法将突变基因定位于拟南芥5号染色体上CH5-6.0到CH5-6.24两个分子标记之间的231 kb区间内。本项工作的研究结果为该突变基因的鉴定奠定了前期基础,并且为研究拟南芥黄化基因的功能提供了新的实验材料。 相似文献

为明确化学防治对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控效果,通过田间试验和室内PCR检测,评价应用化学杀虫剂防治Q型烟粉虱对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控作用,并研究病毒抑制剂对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控效果。试验结果表明,喷施杀虫剂防控Q型烟粉虱后日光温室番茄植株带毒率可降至3.00%。病毒抑制剂20%盐酸吗啉胍可湿性粉剂、0.5%葡聚烯糖可溶粉剂、30%毒氟磷可湿性粉剂在试验条件下对番茄褪绿病毒病的防治效果为44.08%~52.63%,可在一定程度上减轻番茄褪绿病毒病的危害。 相似文献

黑杂-1号普通白菜(香青菜)是利用不结球白菜Ogura雄性不育源黑不育1和自交系太黑香青菜配制而成的一代杂种。黑不育1的不育率、不育度均为100%,苗期和低温条件下不黄化,蜜腺发育正常,自然状态下能正常结实。黑杂-1号植株半直立,株型松散,株高30~35 cm,开展度50 cm,叶片椭圆形、深绿色、有光泽、全缘,叶面起皱不平,叶脉明显,叶柄绿白色、扁平,单株质量500 g左右,炒食香味浓郁;对病毒病、霜霉病和菌核病的抗性强于黑叶香青菜;每667 m2成株产量2 000 kg左右,小菜产量1 000 kg左右,适合江苏、上海、浙江、河北、安徽、山东、辽宁、四川等地推广种植。 相似文献

本试验研究了紫色土pH值对枳砧、红桔砧和香橙砧伏令夏橙吸收Fe、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性以及植株生长的影响。结果表明,香橙砧最耐碱;红桔砧其次;枳砧最不耐碱;而耐酸性无大差异。其最适pH依次为6.2、5.7、5.7,pH8时的生长量相当最适pH时的84、50、38%。香橙很有希望在四川作pH>6.5的紫色土柑桔园的砧木。pH4时的生长量依次相当最适pH时的74、71、67%,枳仍是酸性土壤的最优砧木。 相似文献
