对七十年代初吉林省三道白河水电坝中采用渣油混凝土防渗心墙结构工程,为我国北部高寒地区利用大庆油田副产品--渣油作为防渗材料使用的初步尝试。经多年的运行检测表明,此工程参结构无论在菜和渗漏方面均满足工程的使用要求,实属北方高寒地区采用沥青渣油混凝土防渗结构的成本实例,对此笔者建议广泛使用。  相似文献

According to an experimental dataset on the softening points of 30 bitumen samples under different resistances and temperatures, the support vector regression (SVR) approach combined with particle swarm optimization (PSO) for its parameter optimization is proposed to conduct leave-one-out cross validation (LOOCV) for modeling and predicting the softening point of bitumen, and its prediction result is compared with that of multivariate linear regression (MLR). The maximum error 2.1 ℃ predicted by SVR is much less than 7.9 ℃ which is calculated by MLR modeling. The statistical results reveal that the root mean square error (RMSE=0.75 ℃), mean absolute error (MAE=0.32 ℃) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE=0.28%) achieved by SVR-LOOCV are all less than those (RMSE=3.3 ℃,MAE=2.6 ℃ and MAPE=2.34%) calculated via MLR model. This study suggests that the softening point of bitumen can be forecasted timely by SVR to provide an accurate guidance for producing of high-quality bitumen.  相似文献

To improve the performance of asphalt rubber mixture under high temperature, an optimal proposal was put forward which selected asphalt rubber mortar and aggregate gradation as the main objects. According to experimental tests, the anti rutting factors and phase angles of asphalt mortar was studied with different rations of filler bitumen. And then, with the characteristics of asphalt rubber, the optimal gradation was presented by means of the adjustment of aggregate gradation which chose dynamic stability and relative deformation as value indexes. The results shew that asphalt rubber mixtures would show an optimal high temperature performance if the following measures can be taken: (1) making an adjustment of ratio of filler bitumen to about 1.2; (2) replacing mineral powder with cement; (3) making an adjustment of aggregate gradation and lower the proportion of mineral powder based on SMA.  相似文献

在降雨时进行的现场实测中,采用虹吸式自记雨量计记录次降雨的降雨开始时间及停止时间、次降雨各时段的降雨量并由此计算出累计降雨量,由试验者目测产流开始时间及停止时间,用体积法实测降雨过程中各时段产流量并结合降雨量观测数据推算出产流过程损失量,结合上述数据进行分析计算城市沥青道路路面降雨量与产流量的关系、产流时间与产流前平均雨强的关系,初步得出了沥青道路路面的产流规律.针对在降雨过程中降雨损失强度变化的这一特点采用了极值法来计算径流系数ψ,对影响道路产流的因素进行了初步分析总结.  相似文献

利用青川天然岩沥青作改性剂,通过对不同掺量的岩沥青改性沥青的性能试验,探讨了岩沥青对沥青流变性能的影响;根据各检测性能指标,从高温、低温和耐久性能方面,分析讨论了岩沥青作为改性剂对基质沥青的影响行为和程度。结果表明,经岩沥青改性后的沥青,其高温性能大为提高,感温性得到改善,抗老化能力和稳定性有所加强,低温性能有所下降,但只要适当控制岩沥青掺量,不是在极端的低温条件下,其低温性能仍能满足路用要求。  相似文献

Based on the latest research, we introduce asphalt foaming principles and their characteristics and analyze the influencing factors from macro and micro perspectives. The methods of designing foamed bitumen mixture, the optimum mixing water content, the influence of curing conditions, laboratory testing methods, mechanical characteristics, and the influencing factors of foamed bitumen mixture are discussed. We outline some new asphalt foaming technologies used in warm mix asphalt. Viewpoints regarding the development of foamed bitumen are put forward by analyzing the design and the evaluation methods of foamed bitumen mixture, the development and the selection of asphalt foaming additive, the improvement of the manufacture techniques of foamed asphalt, and the technology of modified asphalt foaming.  相似文献
