1990-1991年分析了农垦58S及其转育的光(温)敏核不育系相互杂交的F1,F2,F3等植株在武汉自然长光照或遮光短日照条件下的育性表现,结果表明,粳型光敏核不育系7001S,1514S,31111S和33001S的光敏不育基因均来源于农垦58S,相互间还存在着微效修饰基因的差异,但灿型核不良系W6154S和W7415S的不育基因座位可能不相同,W7415S的光敏不育基因来源于农垦58S,W6  相似文献

Russian wheat aphid (RWA), Diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov), is a serious pest of small grains in many countries. A previous study screened 70 genotypes, collected from different parts of Iran, for RWA resistance. Four crosses were made between two resistant lines (Shz.W-102 and Shz.W-104) and two susceptible lines (Shz.W-101 and Shz.W-103). Parents, F1, F2, and BCF1 seedlings were screened for RWA resistance in the greenhouse by artificial infection. To determine allelism, the two resistant lines were intercrossed and F1, and F2 seedlings were evaluated. Resistance in Shz.W-102 and Shz.W-104, when crossed with Shz.W-101, was controlled by one dominant gene. However, resistance in Shz.W-102 and Shz.W-104, when crossed with Shz.W-103, was controlled by two dominant genes. Genes in two resistant lines segregated independently of each other. A three-gene system was proposed to govern resistance in the lines under study . This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

中国的甘蓝型油莱高芥酸品种芥酸含量比外国的高芥酸品种高6~10%。本研究用两个中国高芥酸品种与一个加拿大和一个日本高芥酸品种杂交,其Fl与低芥酸品种测交。F2代和测交后代的分离结果表明,这些材料中的芥酸基因是等位的,也无明显的证据表明它们是复等位基因,因而很可能是同一的。这两类品种芥酸含量的差异可能与遗传背景或修饰基因有关。  相似文献

为了对红米红宝石实现三系配套,回交转育了红宝石A,并对红宝石A进行了以下分析:不同细胞质来源的野败型不育系珍汕97A、印尼水田谷型不育系Ⅱ-32A、D型不育系D62A、G型不育系G46A、红宝石A(来源于D62A)育性基因具有等位性.而Bg1639、R527、R881、250(CDR22/Bg403)具有的恢复这几个不育系的恢复基因等位.通过考种分析,发现在每产量上红宝石A的F1杂种显著大于常规稻红宝石,最大每公顷能增产2 392.5kg,证明了红宝石A具有强的配合力和杂种优势,具有生产利用价值.  相似文献

The inheritance of the virgata pattern of partly colored seed coats found in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Early Giant (EG) was studied by a series of test crosses with line 5-593 and genetic stocks developed by backcrossing selected genes into the recurrent parent 5-593, a Florida dry bean breeding line with a self-colored, black seed coat with genotype T Z Bip P [C r] J G B V Rk. Analysis of the F2 from the cross EG × 5-593 led to the hypothesis that the virgata pattern of EG has genotype t z bipvgt, where vgt stands for virgata. The test cross EG × t z virgarcus BC3 5-593 confirmed the hypothesis that EG carries t z from data recorded in F1, F2, and 27 F3 progenies from randomly selected F2 plants. The F3 segregation was also consistent with the hypothesis that a single recessive gene converts virgarcus into virgata. The test cross EG × t z bip bipunctata BC3 5-593 failed to show genetic complementation in F1 progeny, and the F2 segregated 3:1 for the parental phenotypes virgata and bipunctata, respectively. Including previously published data, all possible crosses were made among bipunctata, virgata, and virgarcus parents, supporting a multiple allelic series at Bip. We propose the gene symbol bipvgt for the new allele at Bip, where the allelic series has the order of gene dominance Bip > bipvgt > bip. Based on test crosses, the complete seed-coat color and pattern genotype of EG is tz bipvgt P [C r] J G B vlae rkd.  相似文献

Longitudinal striping of the fruit exterioris a common trait in Cucurbita pepo(pumpkin, squash, gourd). Striping occursas ten pairs of alternating dark and lightstripes that are regularly situated inaccordance with the ten sub-epidermalcarpellary vein tracts. Usually, the darkstripes occur in the central areas betweenthe vein tracts, with the light stripesoccupying the remainder of the fruitsurface. A new phenotype is described inwhich dark spots or streaks occur in thecentral areas between the vein tracts;these are usually accompanied by darkstreaks or stripes that occur adjacent toand over part or all of the length of someor all of the ten carpellary vein tracts. The inheritance of this irregular stripingpattern was studied by crossing anaccession that bred true for this phenotypewith a near-isogenic line havinglight-colored fruits. The resultsindicated that irregular striping isdominant to light coloration and isconferred by a single gene. Testcrossesfor allelism with regular striping wereprepared by crossing the irregularlystriped accession with near-isogenic lineshaving broad stripes, l-1 BSt/l-1 BSt, and narrowstripes, l-1 St/l-1 St. The testcross results revealed thatirregular striping is conferred by anallele at the l-1 locus, designatedl-1 iSt. The l-1 iStallele is dominant to light-colored (l-1), recessive to dark-colored (L-1), and can be co-dominant or recessiveto broad-striped (l-1 BSt) andnarrow-striped (l-1 St),depending on whether or not it is fullyexpressed. Dominance relationships at thel-1 locus can, therefore, berepresented as L-1 > (l-1 BSt > l-1 St) l-1 iSt > l-1.  相似文献

油菜多室角果是一种高产相关性状,本研究对桑日白油菜(srb)多室性状的遗传调控机制进行研究。性状分析表明,该突变体具有稳定的多室角果表型,单株多室角果比例为94.7%~100.0%,每角果平均3.5个心皮。遗传上srb突变体中的多室性状受1对隐性核基因控制。比较测序分析发现, srb中BrCLV3基因的CLE motif中存在一种新的单核苷酸突变(C/G),可导致其保守结构域的第12位组氨酸突变为天冬氨酸,将该位点命名为Brclv3Asp12。利用SNP标记进行分离群体的鉴定,证实Brclv3Asp12中的C/G单核苷酸变异与多室表型共分离。转基因互补测验和体外多肽的处理试验进一步证实,该材料中控制多室性状位点Brclv3Asp12突变导致了CLV3多肽活性的减弱,是形成多室角果性状的原因。本研究初步阐明了白菜型油菜srb多室性状形成的机制。  相似文献

Pollen characteristics, inheritance and allelism of 23 genetic male-sterile (ms) mutants of rice (Oryza sativa L.) were investigated. Ten of the mutants were induced by ethyl methane sulfonate, one induced by ethyleneimine, seven induced by gamma rays, one induced by streptomycin, one derived from tissue culture and three were spontaneous mutants found in the field. Four pollen abortion types were observed among these ms mutants: 3 no-pollen (NP) type, 6 complete pollen abortion (CPA) type, 13 partial pollen abortion (PPA) type, and 1 stainable pollen abortion (SPA) type. Progeny tests over two years indicated that each of the mutants was inherited as a monogenic recessive. A partial diallel cross among the 23 ms mutants indicated that mutant E2 was allelic to G4, E5 was allelic to E9, N2 was allelic to N3, and that three other mutants, E3, G6 and T1, shared the same ms locus. Gene symbols ms-46 (t) through ms-63 (t) were assigned to these mutants.  相似文献

The Chinese native rice cultivar ‘Maowangu’ expresses a high level of resistance to many races of rice blast (Pyricularia grisea) collected from North China and Japan. ‘Maowangu’ was crossed with 10 Japanese differential cultivars and the susceptible Chinese cultivar ‘Lijiangxintuanheigu’ (LTH). Allelism tests were conducted in the F2 populations with rice blast races. The resistance of ‘Maowangu’ was governed by two dominant genes which were non-allelic to the resistance genes at seven loci: Pi-a, Pi-i, Pi-k, Pi-z, Pi-ta, Pi-b, and Pi-t. To identify the two resistance genes, two F3 lines of ‘Shin 2/Maowangu’ segregating 3R:1S were selected for linkage tests in 1994. One was linked to marker genes C and Amp-3 on chromosome 6 with recombination frequencies of 35.8 ± 6.4% and 42.1 ± 6.2%, respectively, and the other to Amp-1 on chromosome 2 with a recombination frequency of 37.6 ± 6.0%. To confirm these results, two F3 lines of ‘LTH/Maowangu’ were selected for linkage tests in 1995. The one was linked to Amp-3, and other was linked to Amp-1, with recombination frequencies of 36.9 ± 3.1% and 34.3 ± 3.2%, respectively. The two genes on chromosomes 6 and 2 were designated Pi13(t) and Pi14(t), respectively.  相似文献
