为了能够自动快速准确的识别泄流激励下水工闸门的模态参数,解决系统稳态图自动化定阶困难和真实模态筛选的问题,该研究提出了一种改进的势能聚类(Potential-based Hierarchical Agglomerative,PHA)的协方差驱动随机子空间(Covariance-driven Stochastic Subspace Identification,COV-SSI)水工闸门自动模态参数识别方法。首先采用小波阈值的方法对采集信号进行去噪处理。再通过奇异值加权判断指标(Singular-value Weighted Index,SWI)进行系统阶次及稳态图最大阶次的自动化确定,剔除稳态图中的噪声模态,进一步使用势能聚类方法实现结构模态参数的自动化识别。将该方法应用于泄流激励下弧形闸门试验模型中,并与锤击法测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明,所提识别方法在无需人工激励条件下,能够实现系统阶次和稳态图最大阶次的自动化确定,剔除稳定图中虚假极点。通过与试验对比,该方法平均相对误差为3.5%,可用于泄流激励下水工闸门结构运行模态参数的自动智能化识别。  相似文献

Developing tolerant genotypes is crucial for stabilizing maize productivity under drought stress conditions as it is one of the most important abiotic stresses affecting crop yields. Twenty seven genotypes of maize (Zea mays L.) were evaluated for drought tolerance for three seasons under well watered and water stressed conditions to identify interactions amongst various tolerance traits and grain yield as well as their association with SSR markers. The study revealed considerable genetic diversity and significant variations for genotypes, environment and genotype × environment interactions for all the traits. The ranking of genotypes based on drought susceptibility index for morpho-physiological traits was similar to that based on grain yield and principal component analysis. Analysis of trait – trait and trait – yield associations indicated significant positive correlations amongst the water relations traits of relative water content (RWC), leaf water potential and osmotic potential as well as of RWC with grain yield under water stressed condition. Molecular analysis using 40 SSRs revealed 32 as polymorphic and 62 unique alleles were detected across 27 genotypes. Cluster analysis resulted in categorization of the genotypes into five distinct groups which was similar to that using principal component analysis. Based on overall performance across seasons tolerant and susceptible genotypes were identified for eventual utilization in breeding programs as well as for QTL identification. The marker-trait association analysis revealed significant associations between few SSR markers with water relations as well as yield contributing traits under water stressed conditions. These associations highlight the importance of functional mechanisms of intrinsic tolerance and cumulative traits for drought tolerance in maize.  相似文献

Camptothecin (CPT), 9-methoxycamptothecin (9-MeO-CPT), and 10-hydroxycamptothecin (10-OH-CPT) are potent antineoplastic metabolites. We analyzed these metabolites in Camptotheca acuminata sampled from Germany and China, using LC-MS/MS and LC-ESI-HRMS/MS, coupled with chemometrics. Multivariate analysis revealed that fresh stems of C. acuminata from China had the highest comprehensive metabolite load. Significant positive correlations of CPT with 9-MeO-CPT and 10-OH-CPT were observed by Kruskal's multidimensional scaling and principal component analysis. Linear discriminant analysis and hierarchical agglomerative cluster analysis revealed that C. acuminata from China was separated from others. These positive correlations indicate that these metabolites are biosynthesized similarly and operate synergistically in planta.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to compare the yield response of several present day winter wheat cultivars of different origin with the aim of broadening breeders' information from multi-year/location tests by using an appropriate cluster procedure. Yield response of 18 cultivars was analysed using data from two series of official yield performance tests in Germany. Similarity of yield response between two cultivars is defined by a positive correlation coefficient (nearly one) for the yields over all test environments. A hierarchical agglomerative procedure was used to establish clusters of similarly responding cultivars. The smallest distances in yield response were established between closely related cultivars of equal maturity. Clusters of cultivars with distinct maturity and also the groups of East and West German cultivars tested exhibited clear differences in yield response.  相似文献
