收集了原油装船VOCs的估算方法,认为原油装船时VOCs排放量为0.012%,VOCs浓度为0.1kg/m3。采用SCREEN3对其环境影响进行分了析,结果表明:下风向最大浓度出现在400m 处,浓度值7.99mg/m3,直到2700m处,浓度值才小于1mg/m3,直到10000m处,浓度值仍为0.14mg/m3,原油装船VOCs的大气环境影响较大。 相似文献

International air cargo hubbing broadly involves two types of operations. Firstly, goods may be brought to a hub in one aircraft to be transhipped onto another aircraft bound for the destination with little storage involved. In the second case, goods which are brought in are stored as inventories in warehouses at the hub and are sent to the markets when the need arises. Over the past two decades, these hubbing activities have evolved with new developments in logistics management by the manufacturing firms, freight forwarders and airlines. This paper examines the intricacies involved in international air cargo hubbing, using Singapore as a case study. It is shown that the rapid growth in air cargo traffic handled in Singapore has come about largely due to careful planning on the part of aviation authorities in terms of identifying and responding to these developments in logistics management. The paper concludes with a discussion of the opportunities and challenges facing Singapore in its attempts to sustain its position as a major air hub in the Asia-Pacific region. 相似文献

Given the high unit value of live American lobsters (Homarus americanus), a non‐destructive field method to assess physiological state is desirable during out‐of‐water transport conditions. This study compared an Uricon® specific gravity refractometer, with a commercial veterinary blood analyser (Vet‐Test), as a method for determining the blood total protein concentration in live, out‐of‐water individuals. Regression analysis of R2 = 0.8641 (n = 64) was observed in determination of blood total protein concentration, y = 0.0036x + 1.0163 where x is the protein concentration in mg dL?1 in Vet‐Test. Our results (R2 = 0.864, SE ± 0.003) support the results (R2 = 0.985) of the previous study conducted by Leavitt & Bayer (1977 ) in which serum total protein was compared with the refractometric method. We therefore confirm that the refractometric method can be used as a reliable method to indicate health of a lobster by measuring the blood total protein concentration. The results show good correlation between the protein concentrations observed using the refractometric method and a Vet‐Test blood chemistry analyser. anova analysis was significant between the protein refractometer and the Vet‐Test (P < 0.05). Although protein concentration units obtained from both methods were different the results followed the same trends. Refractometry as a method is reliable to determine blood total protein concentrations in the American lobster. Consequently, a refractometric method can be used directly by commercial growers and distributors to assess responses to holding facility conditions and to feeding regimes. Whole blood protein concentrations may provide more information than serum protein concentrations as measured in the study of Leavitt & Bayer (1977 ). 相似文献

Three cooling rates of 1.26±0.09°C h?1 within 8 h (slow, T1), 2.52±0.18°C h?1 within 4 h (moderate, T2) and 5.04±0.36°C h?1 within 2 h (fast, T3) were tested to cold‐anaesthetize farm raised Macrobrachium rosenbergii (De Man) (45–52 g) in each case from 25°C down to 15±1°C in a refrigerated chilling tank, provided with aeration. The cold‐anaesthetized prawns subjected to each chilling rate were packed in an insulated cardboard box (triplicate) between two layers of moist and chilled (2–3°C) sawdust, and kept inside a chilled storage cabinet at 15±1°C, for set durations of 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 h. Survival was determined by revitalizing the prawns in aerated water with an initial temperature of 20°C, which was raised to 29±1°C within 3 h. The experiment was repeated using berried females acclimated to brackishwater of 12 g L?1 salinity and the percentage survival recorded after live storage for durations ranging from 6 to 24 h at intervals of 3 h. Statistically valid safe durations for obtaining 100% survival of the cold anaesthetized and live stored prawns were determined using probit analysis at the three chilling rates tested, and were found to be 7.39, 6.98 and 4.54 h in the case of adult prawns, and 7.87, 8.17 and 6.43 h for berried females for T1, T2 and T3 respectively. For practical purposes, the durations that yielded 95% survival rates were computed to be 16.47, 12.14 and 8.35 h in the case of adult prawns and 18.49, 19.02 and 11.11 h for berried females for T1, T2, and T3 respectively. The berried prawns revitalized after live storage were incubated in tanks and the zoea larvae reared up to postlarvae (PL‐5), and compared against a control. No significant difference was found in larval hatch fecundity, survival rate and the production of PL L?1 between the treatment and control, indicating that the method of cold anaesthetization and live storage of berried prawns could be used for successful transportation of broodstock. 相似文献
