Polyaluminum silicate is a new type of inorganic macromolecular flocculants, which is developed as a complex product in recent years on the base of polyalumium flocculant and polysilicic acid flocculant. Sodium silicate is diluted to the concentration of 3.0% SiO 2 with distilled water. The solution was adjusted to pH 4.5 with sulphate acid and kept at quiescency for different time to get polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees. Using polysilicic acid prepared and aluminium chloride as materials, a series of polyaluminium silicate chlorides(PASC) with different basicities(B), Al/Si molar ratios and polymerization degree of silicic acid are prepared by copolymerization technique. The Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method is applied to characterize species distribution of PASC and to study its influence factors. The interaction between hydrolyzed aluminum species and polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees in PASC is discussed.The flocculant prepared is applied to the treatment of commercial concrete wastewater. The turbidity removal of commercial concrete wastewater is up to 97% when a PASC, prepared with polysilicic acid of 145 min polymerization degree.  相似文献

The process of actin polymerization and depolymerization have some relation with its function,the activation of such process is compatible to its functions. The polymerization progress is divided into four steps: The first step is the activation of the monomer actin. The nucleation of actin nucleus forms in the second step which limits the polymerization speed. The elongation of the F-actin filaments happens in the following step. In the last step, a steady-state is attained, the length of the filament does not change because the polymerizing rate in the barbed end is the same with the depolymerizing rate in the pointed end. Some factors which affect the polymerizing process, such as nucleotide, actin related proteins are discussed. The aim is to know more about how to assemble the complicated system with biomacromolecule and what to function.  相似文献

魔芋葡甘聚糖接枝共聚物的合成及其抗菌活性   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
考察了一种实验室自制的魔芋葡甘聚糖季铵盐衍生物(KGM-g-DMAE-BC)的合成以及抗菌性能。正交试验优选出的最佳合成条件为:反应温度70℃,单体质量比(mKGM∶mDMAE-BC)1∶5,引发剂用量0.7 mmol/L,反应时间3 h。悬菌定量实验结果表明:KGM-g-DMAE-BC(接枝率为38.5%)对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌有较强的杀菌作用,在振荡作用15 m in后,平均灭杀率分别为99.99%、94.26%和99.99%。  相似文献

本研究以环己烷为连续相,Span 80/Tween 80为分散剂,采用氧化还原引发体系,通过反相悬浮聚合技术,合成疏水缔合阳离子淀粉接枝共聚物。研究了反应温度,引发剂用量,反应时间对接枝性能的影响及溶解性能。并用IR、X衍射对共聚物进行了表征。结果表明:采用氧化还原引发剂可使聚合反应低温快速进行,在m(St)∶m(AM)∶m(DMDACC)∶m(OA)为4∶7.4∶1.5∶0.6时,引发剂用量3.1 mmol/L,30℃反应3 h,单体转化率92.6%,接枝率53.8%,粘均相对分子质量(MV)3.26×106。  相似文献

This study sought to investigate the possible inhibition mechanism of red rice polyphenols (RRP) on pancreatic α-amylase (PA) activity. RRP showed strong inhibition against PA activity and the half-inhibitory concentration (IC50) value was 3.61 μg/mL. The fluorescence quenching of PA by RRP was a combination of static quenching and dynamic quenching. RRP could aggregate with PA and the physiochemical properties of the aggregates were closely related to the concentration of RRP. Kinetic analysis suggested that the inhibition mode of RRP on PA was reversible inhibition, which was a mixing of competitive inhibition and noncompetitive inhibition. Molecular docking speculated that RRP could form hydrogen bonds with PA by binding to the catalytic active sites (ASP197, GLU233 and ASP300) and the microenvironments of TRP58 and TRP59 were altered, thus inhibiting PA activity.  相似文献

A dose-dependent and significant (P<0.01) antiproliferative effect of Goldfussia psilostachys ethanolic extract was observed on K562 cells. The IC(50) is ca. 0.5 microg/ml. The extract markedly increases the proportion of cell in G2/M phases and decreases the population of cells in G0/G1 phases. Moreover, the antimitotic effect is correlated with polymerization of microtubule assembly. These results indicate that G. psilostachys ethanolic extract inhibits the proliferation of K562 cells and disrupts the normal dynamic of microtubules during mitosis.  相似文献

用湿法改性方法将硅烷偶联剂接枝在纳米SiO2表面上,并分析了pH值、反应时间、反应温度及硅烷偶联剂的加入量对接枝效果的影响,继而讨论了接枝后的纳米SiO2在原位乳液聚合过程中的分散稳定性.结果表明,较佳的改性工艺条件为:pH值为3~4,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为120 min,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纳米SiO2重量的10%左右.接枝了硅烷偶联剂的纳米SiO2,能够使乳化剂聚集在其表面上,形成“胶束”区域,从而提高了在乳液聚合体系中的分散性和稳定性.  相似文献
