Supercritical CO(2) fluid extraction (SFE-CO(2)) was used to extract the sapogenins after acid hydrolysis from Smilax china tubers. The influence of extraction variables, such as modifier, pressure, temperature and extraction time, were studied. SFE-CO(2) was found to produce higher yield than conventional solvent extraction. The highest yield (0.454%) of sapogenins, mostly containing diosgenin, was obtained using 35 MPa pressure, 65 degrees C and 95% EtOH as a modifier for 180 min, higher than that obtained with conventional extraction methods (0.385%). 相似文献

The occurrence of the two new cis-fused A/B rings furostanol saponins (25S)-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5β-furostan-1β,3β,22α,26-tetraol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and (25S)-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5β-furostan-1β,2β,3β,5β,22α,26-hexaol and the known compounds (25S)-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5β-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and (25S)-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5β-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, trans-resveratrol, (+) catechin and (−) epicatechin in the rhizomes of Smilax aspera is reported. All saponins have been isolated as their 22-OMe derivatives, which were further subjected to extensive spectroscopic analysis. The isolated furostanol saponins were evaluated for cytotoxic activity against human normal amniotic and human lung carcinoma cell lines using neutral red and MTT assays. In vitro experiments showed significant cytotoxicity in a dose dependent manner with IC50 values in the range of 32.98-94.53 µM. 相似文献

为了实现黑刺菝葜高效持续利用,对其次生代谢产物的分布规律进行了研究,结果表明:植株不同器官中有效成分的种类及含量是有差异的,除果肉和果核中不含甾体皂苷、香豆素和内酯类化合物,果核中含有油脂,果肉中含有强心苷等化合物外,植物体中普遍含有糖类、酚类、鞣质、氨基酸、蛋白质、生物碱、皂苷、黄酮、蒽醌、香豆素、甾体、内酯等化学成分;有效成分含量大小顺序为,黄酮类化合物:须根>果肉>块根>叶>茎>根茎>茎卷须>果核;甾体皂苷类化合物:叶>茎>茎卷须>块根>根茎>须根。 相似文献

报道了采自江西省寻乌县的1种新记录植物——菱叶菝葜(Smilax hayatae T.Koyama)。该植物于2011年5月21日采自江西省寻乌县项山镇项山村项山甑,生于海拔1 300 m的常绿阔叶林下,为林下主要植物。标本存放于华南农业大学林学院植物标本室(CANT)。 相似文献

[目的]更好地开发利用菝葜。[方法]以菝葜幼嫩茎段为外植体,以MS1、/2 MS1、/4 MS为基本培养基,研究不同植物激素组合对菝葜组织培养快速繁殖的影响。[结果]外植体的最佳消毒方式为0.1%升汞消毒9 min。1/2 MS1、/4 MS培养基更有利于菝葜芽的诱导、增殖及生根,6-BA对芽丛的增殖培养具有关键作用。最佳启动培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。最佳增殖培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。最佳生根培养基为1/4 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 1.5 mg/L+活性炭1 000 mg/L,生根率最高,达75%。[结论]该研究建立了菝葜的组织培养繁殖体系,增加了菝葜的繁殖系数。 相似文献
