One new olean-13(18)-ene-3,12,19-trione (1), and two known oleanene triterpenes δ-amyrone (2), and δ-amyrine acetate (3) were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction from an alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Sedum linear Thunb. The new compound was characterized by means of spectroscopic methods including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI–MS, and was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The known ones were established on the basis of comparing their NMR data with those of the corresponding compounds in the literature. In addition, the inhibitory effects of the compounds isolated on the TNF-α and NO production were examined in vitro. 相似文献

通过对5种景天科地被植物干旱胁迫处理后的丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性总糖含量、相对含水量等指标的观察测定,评定了5种地被植物的抗旱性。结果表明:5种景天科地被植物均有一定的抗旱性,但抗旱性强弱不同,其中胭脂红景天抗旱性最强,其余抗旱性较弱。 相似文献

摘要:以景天科植物佛甲草、垂盆草、红景天和黄景天为主要实验对象,通过4a多的屋顶栽培实验发现,混合群落的抗病性、抗虫性、抗草性、耐寒性以及群落的冬季覆盖率等较之于单一群落都有不同程度的提高。植物的侵略性方面,垂盆草的侵略性最强,红景天的抗侵略性最强。在利用这些不同颜色的景天科植物进行色彩搭配制作色块或图案的实验中发现,黄景天的单一群落不能安全越冬,不能用来做单色色块,但其在混合群落中能够安全越冬;可用红景天单独作色块,或在各色块之间用红景天种植带来抗阻佛甲草和垂盆草等侵略性强的植物从而保证屋顶草皮色块形状的持续保留。 相似文献

The most common technique for establishment of thin extensive green roofs in Sweden has been using prefabricated vegetation mats. Our study investigated (1) how the establishment of green roofs in Sweden was influenced by the establishment method (prefabricated vegetation mat, plug-plant, shoot), substrate composition and species mixture, and (2) whether on-site construction was a possible alternative. The establishment of the vegetation, which in all cases consisted of succulent species, was recorded using the quadrate point intercept method in fixed plots and the success measured as frequency cover.Prefabricated vegetation mats had higher succulent plant cover than on-site constructed roofs. There was no difference in succulent plant cover between plots established using plug-plants compared to shoots. Shoot-established plots had more moss than the other establishment methods. The commercial substrate ‘Roof soil’ had significantly higher succulent plant cover than the other substrates, which might be related to a higher nutrient content. The organic content of the non-commercial substrates was rapidly decomposed. The standard species mixture produced a higher cover than both the mix developed for northern conditions and the mix with an increased proportion of big leaved species. The total cover of the plots was mainly dependent on the cover of two species: Sedum album (L.) and Sedum acre (L.). Few species managed to establish spontaneously but the establishment of woody species highlighted the need for proper maintenance. 相似文献

Calpains are calcium-dependent proteases that cleave a variety of intracellular substrates. The overactivation of mu-calpain is associated with a wide range of disease conditions. To search for calpain inhibitors from natural products, the phytochemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of the whole plant of Orostachys japonicus (Crassulaceae) were studied. The various chromatographic separation of this fraction led to the isolation of a new tannin, (-)-epicatechin 5-gallate (1) along with 9 known compounds. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical analyses. Among them, (-)-epicatechin 5-gallate (1) and kaempferol (9) exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against mu-calpain with IC(50) values of 18.0+/-2.9 and 15.4+/-2.0 microg/ml, respectively. 相似文献
