Abattoir condemnation of pigs and its economic implications in Singapore

Losses due to mortality and rejection of carcases and viscera in a population of 2,959,607 pigs admitted for slaughter in Singapore abattoirs between 1984 and 1986 were studied. Mortality losses were 2822 pigs (9.5 per 10,000 admissions) while 3039 whole carcases (10.3 per 10,000 admissions) were condemned at post-mortem examination. The main reason for rejection of carcases was pyaemia (30.3%). Kidneys and livers were the two main organs of economic value rejected. Rejection of kidneys was primarily due to nephritis (54.8%) while liver condemnation was mainly due to cirrhosis (38.6%). The financial loss from abattoir rejection was S$5.27 millions or S$1.78 per pig admitted. The value of abattoir condemnation data as a tool in preventive medicine is discussed.     

沼肥对苹果生物性状的试验初报

笔者对苹果施用沼肥后的生物性状进行了长达4a的对比试验研究，采取对比设计法，在叶、枝、花、果等器官的相关指标取得了极为明显的效果，在果业生产上有极好的推广价值。     

甘肃连城自然保护区的生态旅游资源及其评价

位于兰州市西北部的甘肃连城自然保护区,是一个具备丰厚的自然及人文旅游资源的国家级自然保护区.经多方位多层次的调查,在获取该保护区生态旅游资源完备材料的前提下,对其生态旅游资源作了分类描述;在作单项评价后,运用层次分析法对连城自然保护区的生态旅游资源进行了综合评价,据此提出了开发建议.     

分泌抗鸡Ig单抗杂交瘤细胞系的建立与单抗生物学特性的鉴定

从传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）杂交瘤细胞系１Ｄ１０、１Ｇ１中得到了３株能稳定分泌抗鸡免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ）ＭｃＡｂ的杂交瘤细胞系１Ｂ７、１Ｄ７、３Ｇ６。其抗体类和亚类均属ＩｇＧ２ｂ，腹水的ＥＬＩＳＡ效价≥１∶２５６００，琼扩效价为１∶８～１∶１６。３株ＭｃＡｂ能与鸡血清中的Ｉｇ出现沉淀反应，琼扩在２４ｈ以内出现清晰的沉淀线，而不能和鸭、鸽、鹌鹑等禽类及异种动物血清出现沉淀线。纯化的鸡ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ后，分别用纯化并经辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＰＲ）标记的１Ｂ７、１Ｄ７、３Ｇ６单抗酶结合物进行免疫印迹试验证明，３株单抗识别的均为ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ分子的轻链     

猪血浆转铁蛋白与部分经济性状关系的研究——Ⅰ. 多态性与产仔数和日增重的关系

用经改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳铁染法,测定了二花脸猪血浆转铁蛋白多态类型,分析了其基因型频率和基因频率,并探讨了猪血浆转铁蛋白多态性与产仔性能和增重速度的相关性。     

莫能菌素浓度对混合瘤胃微生物体外发酵的影响

本试验研究了莫能菌素对混合瘤胃微生物体外发酵的影响 ,以期确定莫能菌素在瘤胃内容物中的适宜添加浓度。混合瘤胃微生物由饲喂花生秧基础日粮的阉公牛瘤胃内容物和瘤胃液制备 ,用简易人工瘤胃装置测定莫能菌素浓度对产气量、瘤胃乙丙酸比例、粗纤维降解率和真蛋白产量的影响。结果表明 ,莫能菌素浓度强烈地抑制产气量 ,两者呈线性负相关(P<0.05);粗纤维降解率开始时随莫能菌素浓度的升高而增加 ,在浓度为0.078mg/L时达到最大值 ,两者呈二次幂函数关系 ;添加莫能菌素降低了瘤胃乙丙酸比例 ,但瘤胃乙丙酸比例随莫能菌素浓度的提高有逐渐增加的趋势 ;在莫能菌素浓度为0.1～2.0mg/L的范围内 ,添加莫能菌素对蛋白质的产量没有明显影响     

广东南岭国家级自然保护区大东山昆虫名录（Ⅳ）

本文报道广东南岭国家级自然保护区大东山管理站所辖林区广翅目1科2属2种，脉翅目3科8属10种，长翅目1科1属1种，鳞翅目（蛾类）27科213属299种的昆虫名录。     

Biochemical Changes in Freshwater Prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii During Larval Development

Abstract.— Quantitative changes in the protein, lipid and carbohydrate were studied in the early larval stages of developing freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii reared under fed and starved conditions to understand the relative importance of these nutrients in energy metabolism of the growing larvae. Larvae obtained from several females were stocked into three 250-L tanks at a density of 30 larvae/L. The feeding regime consisted of newly hatched Artemia nauplii. Protein was always the major organic constituent followed by lipids and then carbohydrates of both fed and starved larvae. Protein levels of both fed and starved larvae increased during development, suggesting an important role in morphogenesis. The decline of lipid during the larval growth that was more rapid for starved larvae, suggests a probable utilization of lipid as the major metabolic source of energy. Carbohydrates formed less than 5 and 2.4% of the larval dry weight of fed and starved larvae, respectively, suggesting their limited role in larval metabolism.     

室内型胶合板天然耐久性的初步研究

作为一项反映材料优劣的重要的评价指标,天然耐久性直接决定了材料的使用寿命.笔者通过对胶合板胶合强度性能连续14年的跟踪测定,讨论和分析了胶合板的天然耐久性.最后总结出了胶合板在使用过程中随时间迁移其胶合强度性能随外界变化的规律,以期为胶合板的生产制备、生产工艺的改进及其应用领域的拓宽等方面起到一定的指导作用.
