国内高架桥绿化及研究现状

从高架桥区的生态环境、适生种类的选择以及高架桥绿化的养护管理、景观配置模式四个方面对国内的高架桥绿化及研究现状进行了分析和探讨,指出了存在的问题和解决方法,并对高架桥绿化的前景进行了展望.     

川北地区稻田养殖中华绒螯蟹试验初探

本试验在四川山间湿地利用农田0.62公顷养殖中华绒螯蟹，放养苗种为1272只(135只／667m^2)，个体均重7g／只左右，经160d饲养，捕获绒螯蟹875只，个体均重136．7g／只，回捕率为68.8％，饵料系数为2．45，同时水稻产量3529．7kg(375．5kg／667m^2)，其总收获利润为416元／667m^2。     

Significance of CD117 and CD34 expression in gastrointestinals tromal tumors

AIM:In this article,gastrointestinal tumo r-related historical ar chives of pathology in our hospital were reviewed in order to acknowledge gastro intestinal stromal tumors (GIST).METHODS:These cases were rediagnosed correctly ,these tissues were labeled with some antibodies such as CD117,CD34,α-SMA,S-100,and the ir clinical characteristics were explored.RESULTS:CD117,CD34 were expressed widely in GISTs ,the percen tage of positive expression was CD117 （50/56,89.3%）,CD34 （37/56,66.1% ）,respectively,α-SMA,S-100 were （17/56,30.4%）,（4/56,7.1%）,re spe ctively,desmin was negative in these cases.Among them,29 cases were benign a nd borderline,27 cases were malignant.The percentage of occurring in stomach a nd intestine was 91.1%.CONCLUSION:CD117,CD34 are expressed significantly in GIST,t hese might be assistant markers for GIST diagnosis.GISTs mostly occurred in sto mach and intestine.     

赖氨酸修饰对梯棱羊肚菌黑色素结构和理化特性的影响

为了进一步提高梯棱羊肚菌黑色素的提取率及溶解性,本试验采用单因素、Plackett-Burman试验、响应面试验对纤维素酶-超声波协同提取梯棱羊肚菌黑色素的提取工艺进行优化研究。通过赖氨酸修饰,并对修饰前后的梯棱羊肚菌黑色素进行结构表征、理化性质及稳定性研究。结果表明,在NaOH浓度为1.54 mol/L,纤维素酶添加量为20 mg/g,纤维素酶酶解时间为78.6 min,料液比为1:30,酶解温度为40 ℃,超声时间为80 min条件下提取的梯棱羊肚菌黑色素最优。未修饰的梯棱羊肚菌黑色素不溶于水,色价值为480.24,修饰后的黑色素溶解度为1 016 g/L,色价值为1 771.18,比未修饰的黑色素在溶解性、色价值方面均有所提高。此外,在不同的温度、光照、pH条件下,修饰前后的梯棱羊肚菌黑色素均比较稳定。以上研究结果为梯棱羊肚菌黑色素的高效提取及其产品的开发利用奠定了理论基础。     

Cell proliferation and nestin expression in cortex and SEZ of MCAO rats

AIM:To explore the effect of brain ischemia injury on cell proliferation and nestin expression in cortex and subependymal zone (SEZ).METHODS:Using a local brain ischemia model(MCAO), BrdU positive cells of cortex and subependymal zone (SEZ), also nestin positive cells, were observed by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:BrdU and nestin positive cells in SEZ of MCAO rats were obviously increased. In cortex, only nestin positive cells were observed.CONCLUSION:Neural stem cells in SEZ and cortex were activated after brain ischemia, it may be related with neural recovery after brain ischemia injury.     

塔里木河流域生态环境恶化的水文效应

塔里木河是我国最大的内陆河。 4条源流出山口多年平均天然径流量 2 2 4 .9× 10 8m3 (195 7～ 2 0 0 1年 )。在全球变暖的大背景下 ,塔里木河流域山区气候出现变暖增湿的趋势 ,2 0世纪 90年代径流量达 2 4 1.9× 10 8m3 ,增幅 7.6 %。由于源流区人类开发利用水资源的影响 ,使得补给塔里木河干流的水量不断减少 ,水文条件改变 ,造成干流上、中游段耗水严重 ,导致下游生态与环境急剧退化。自 2 0 0 0年以来 ,实施的从开都河—博斯腾湖向下游绿色走廊应急输水 ,已使下游生态环境开始恢复生机。     

Expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin in scar tissue and its relationship with apoptosis

AIM: To examine the expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin in scar tissue, and observe the phenomenon of apoptosis and its involvement in the process of pathological scarring and the presence of myofibroblasts or absence of cell in the dermis. To investigate the potential role of reparative cell apoptosis in hyperplastic scar formation. METHODS: The samples of scar were obtained from post-burn patients undergoing plastic operation in our burn unit recently, and the samples of control came from skin donor site of the same patient correspondingly. TUNEL assays were performed to evaluate the number of apoptotic cells in scar versus normal skin. In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry staining technique were employed to determine the expression of different dermis cells markers in scar tissue and normal skin. RESULTS: There existed evident difference in apoptotic cells in the dermis between scars tissue and normal human skin. The expression positive cells were much more in hyperplastic scars than that in normal human skin; the apoptotic cells of proliferative stage were slight more than that of mature stage. However, in proliferative stage, the number of apoptotic cells was higher for the combination of hyperplastic scar than normally healed flat scars. But in mature stage, no obviously difference was detected between hyperplastic scar and normally healed flat scar. The monoclonal anti-α smooth muscle actin (ASMA) expression was significantly stronger in proliferative stage than that of mature stage. CONCLUSIONS: With reconstitution of dermal tissue, myofibroblasts containing alpha-SM actin disappear under normal wound healing, probably as a result of apoptosis. The myofibroblast play a critical role in wound closure and in the pathologic sequelae of healing.     

Mariner转座子与小菜蛾抗性关系的研究

以抗溴氰菊酯、杀虫双、杀螟丹小菜蛾种群及其敏感品系为研究对象,借助聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、载体筛选、琼脂糖凝胶电泳等实验技术,检测了小菜蛾4个品系的Mariner转座子的存在及其与抗性的关系。结果表明,在抗溴氰菊酯、杀虫双、杀螟丹以及敏感品系的小菜蛾中都存在两种大约500 bp的Mariner转座子片断,初次证明在小菜蛾4个品系中均含有两种Mariner转座子,并发现一种新的转座子基因片断,但是没有发现Mariner转座子与抗性之间存在直接的联系。研究结果将为利用Mariner转座子标签法在小菜蛾中分离定位基因、转化外源基因、转基因昆虫防治害虫等研究提供理论基础。     

苓桂术甘汤对肉鸡腹水综合征的防治作用

将15日龄艾维茵肉鸡分成5组,一组在常温(21±1)℃下饲养,作为正常对照组(N);其余4组在低温(11±1)℃下饲养以诱发腹水综合征,其中模型对照组(C)不给任何药物,维生素组(V)饮水中添加VC(0.5 g/L)和VE(0.1 g/L),2个试验组(T1和T2)分别给予不同剂量(0.4和0.8 mL/kg bw)的苓桂术甘汤。结果显示,C组的腹水发病率、腹水心脏指数(AHI)、红细胞压积(PCV)、红细胞数、血红蛋白(Hb)及丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(-αHBDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)均显著高于N组;而3种抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]的活性则显著降低;2个试验组及V组的上述检测指数都得到明显改善,表明苓桂术甘汤能增强肉鸡的抗氧化能力,具有防治肉鸡腹水综合征的作用。
