To identify the possible role of very low density lipoprotein receptor (VLDLR) and apolipoprotein E receptor 2 (ApoER2) genes in duck muscles, the developmental changes of VLDLR and ApoER2 mRNA level in breast muscle, leg muscle and cardiac muscle during duck early growth stages were investigated using Real-time fluorescent quantity PCR. The results showed that VLDLR and ApoER2 mRNA expression level was different in different muscle tissues from 1 to 8 week in duck and had tissue-dependent. Three expression patterns of VLDLR mRNA during growth were found: Fluctuating expression as up-down (breast muscle), as down-up-down-up (leg muscle) and as down-up-down (cardiac muscle). For ApoER2 mRNA expression level, in breast muscle, the mRNA expression level was the highest (P<0.01) in 3 week old duck. In leg muscle, the mRNA expression level kept a low level in the first 6 weeks, then had a significant increase in 7 and 8 weeks, which was significantly higher than that of other weeks (P<0.01). During the cardiac tissue development, the mRNA expression level presented as up-down with growing, and had a higher expression level in the first 2 weeks (P<0.01). In the same week VLDLR and ApoER2 mRNA expression level had tissue-dependent in muscles of three different sites in duck. Our results indicated that VLDLR and ApoER2 genes could play an important role in intramuscular fat accumulation with spatial and temporal specificity during duck early growth stages.  相似文献

鹅GnIH受体基因的克隆及组织表达特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确促性腺激素抑制激素(GnIH)及其受体RF酰胺相关肽受体(RFRPR)和神经肽FF受体(NPFFR)在鹅不同组织的表达,探讨GnIH及其受体与鹅繁殖调控间的关系,研究通过逆转录PCR方法获取各基因的cDNA序列,采用实时荧光定量PCR分析GnIH、RFRPR和NPFFR在产蛋期母鹅的卵巢、输卵管、肾脏、肾上腺、眼球、脊髓、延髓、嗅球、视神经叶、大脑、小脑、垂体、下丘脑共13个组织中的mRNA表达水平。序列分析发现,鹅GnIH的2个受体RFRPR和NPFFR高度同源,氨基酸序列相似性达65.35%,具有相似的跨膜结构。荧光定量PCR结果显示,GnIH前体mRNA的主要表达部位是在下丘脑,且在延髓、脊髓、肾上腺、输卵管和卵巢中也有一定的表达。RFRPR和NPFFR两个受体在有GnIH表达的组织中基本都有表达。结果表明,在鹅中,RFRPR更符合GnIH受体的特征,GnIH及其受体可能从下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的多个环节对鹅的繁殖行为进行调控。  相似文献
