It is difficult to treat landfill leachate in China.Traditional biologic method and physical method always have high expenses,or cann''t reach the discharge standards.The authors use a new biologic method to treat landfill leachate,which is the Wood_microbial System from Japan.The system to be digested by 3 aeration tanks and 1 reaction tank.The comparison combine processed wool_dust broken pieces with the certain grain degree size were throw in the tanks.Dirty and organic matter are in the digest tanks through the aeration reaction and aneration reaction repeatedly.In this experiment the speed of wastewater discharge and oxygen supply has been changed, and the change of biologic system and the effect of pollutant are removed. The optimal treatment condition can be found.The experiment shows that the system has a good result,special for nitrogenous.The BOD is average to do away with the rate to amount to 90%,almost reach the second class or third class for leachate standard.But BOD loading should be not beyond 4 kg/(m 3.d),othrwise,the system will not operate in normally. 相似文献

Information integrating is the most important key to CIMS,which is the base of the function integrating and all others.Because of so many kinds,so complicated structure,so many different sources and uses that the information in CIMS has,it is necessary to build a popular Information Integrating Model. The model of information integrating in the thesis bases on the enterprise model,which is presented by ISO(International Organization for Standardization).According to the object-oriented method,the process of modeling begins with classifying the information,and then describes the definition of the attributes and the structural relation of those objects. By means of the idea of Encapsulation and Inheritance,the destination of information integrating can be arrive and the model of information integrating can be set up. The model which is based on the share information is helpful to finish the function integrating and the whole CIMS' construction. In the past, the criterion for calibration has almost invariably been the stellar oriented ballistic camera,the method is a point to point comparison on the identical coordinate system. Deficiencies is follows: The request of weather is severe(cloudless night); The period is often long; the measure equipment of high precision can't be calibrated. While EMBET methods is used in calibration, it does not need criterion and it demands only that the measure elements is larger than 3,and the trajectory and many system errors of the measure elements can be simultaneously calculated with the measure data sequences. Fingerprint classification can provide an important indexing mechanism in a fingerprint database. An accurate and consistent classification can greatly reduce fingerprint matching time for large database. In the paper, by combining genetic algorithm and neural network is presented a fingerprint classification algorithm which is able to achieve an accurate classification. By inputting the global feature represented by directional image to three layer neural network trained by genetic algorithm, the fingerprints were classified into six categories: whorl, right loop, left loop, arch, double loop and undiscerning type successfully. 相似文献

According to a new trend of telerobot control, some key techniues are researched to solve the Internet telerobotics , such as distributed intelligent computation on the Internet, human-computer interface,and Internet-robot interface etc.The current development status of the Internet telerobotics is reviewed. Based on the new directions of the network software development, the authors discuss that the middleware technique CORBA plays an important role in solving the problems of the Internet telerobotics,and it is an effective way to use Java language to control the telerobot and improve its system performance. 首次报道了黑鲷口服土霉素的药物代谢动力学特征,用高效液相色谱法测定组织中的药物含量,药物在肌肉,血液,肝脏中的平均回归率分别为85.61%,85.38%,82.005,该方法的检测限可达0.01μg/g,黑鲷1次口服剂量为75mg/kg的土壤素后,其血液药物浓度-时间数据符合一室开放动力学模型,吸收速率常数(ka)为0.296/h,达峰时间(Tamx)为10.635h,峰浓度(Cmax)为1.398μg/ml, 分布半衰期(T1/2a)为2.339h ,消除半衰期(T1/20β)为46.663h,药时曲线下面积(AUC)为110.25mg/L.h,黑绸口服药物0.5h后在血液,肥肉,肝脏,肾脏4种组织中就可以检测到药物的存在,药物在16h的采样点浓度达最高,分别为1.68μg/ml,1.68,2.52,6.77μg/g。 相似文献

为研究YS型小麦温敏雄性不育系的育性转换机制,在不同育性条件下,测定了YS型小麦温敏不育系A3314及其原同型保持系TSP3314不同发育时期叶片和幼穗中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明,两种育性条件下,A3314幼穗中酶的变化较叶片对其育性影响大;同一发育时期SOD、POD、CAT活性基本呈现不育条件下比可育条件下低的趋势,特别是在减数分裂期后表现更加明显.MDA含量与SOD、POD、CAT活性变化趋势相反.这些结果说明YS型小麦温敏不育系中酶活性与花粉育性密切相关. 相似文献

利用自行研制的小型单螺杆挤压膨化机对全脂大豆进行膨化加工试验,将大豆物料含水率、螺杆转速、膨化温度作为试验因素,经过单因素试验和二次回归正交旋转组合试验,找出其对大豆膨化加工性能(度电产量、生产率、膨化压力)的影响规律,并经优化设计得出最佳参数组合。利用扫描电子显微镜观察和分析膨化及未膨化大豆的微观结构变化,对大豆膨化机理进行了初步探讨,并通过膨化和未膨化大豆的营养成分对照测试分析,证实了挤压膨化能够改善大豆的理化性状和营养成分,有利于动物的消化和吸收。 相似文献
