Pharmacologic effects and detection methods of methylated analogs of fentanyl in horses

Pharmacologic effects of alpha-methylfentanyl and 3-methylfentanyl, analogs of fentanyl, were investigated in mares. The ability of an 125I-labeled fentanyl radioimmunoassay (125I-RIA) to detect these methylated fentanyl analogs in individual and pooled urine samples from horses was evaluated. Also, the ability of 7 fentanyl antibodies to react with fentanyl and fentanyl derivatives (sufentanil, alfentanil, and carfentanil) was investigated. Mares were studied in a locomotor test to determine the amount of stimulation methylated fentanyl analogs might induce. Two mares each were given alpha-methylfentanyl at 1, 2, 4, 8, or 13 micrograms/kg of body weight, IV, or 3-methylfentanyl at 0.4, 0.7, or 1 microgram/kg IV. The cross-reactivity of sufentanil, alfentanil, carfentanil, alpha-methylfentanyl, and 3-methylfentanyl with 7 fentanyl antibodies was studied, using the 125I-RIA. All fentanyl analogs, with the exception of alfentanil, cross-reacted well with a C1 antibody raised to fentanyl. Less satisfactory cross-reactivity was determined with 6 other antibodies raised to fentanyl derivatives. When the C1 antibody was combined with an iodinated analog to fentanyl, good detectability of alpha-methylfentanyl and 3-methylfentanyl, in terms of fentanyl equivalents, was obtained from urine samples of dosed mares. The ability of the 125I-RIA to detect methylated fentanyl analogs in forensic urine samples pooled in groups of up to 20 samples was evaluated. When these methylated analogs were administered to mares in doses that induced measurable locomotor stimulation, the analog's presence was readily detected in individual or pooled samples.     

槲皮素对苎麻、涤纶的吸附性能初步研究

本文以生物黄酮配基槲皮素为分散染料,对苎麻分别在77℃乙醇染浴中和在93℃水染浴中进行了染色实验,并与合成纤维涤纶进行对比,为苎麻和涤纶用天然染料进行染色的工艺选择提出了初步方案。结果表明槲皮素是一种理想的环保天然分散染料。     

木霉T-115D发酵条件的研究

研究了木霉菌株T-115D的发酵条件,旨在用于木霉生防制剂的工业化生产.结果表明:适宜木霉菌T-115D代谢物质产生的培养液为GPF培养液;适宜的碳、氮源分别为葡萄糖和酒石酸铵;适宜pH为4～7、温度为20～25℃、摇床转速为200 r.min-1.     

小白及无菌播种组培快繁技术研究

为探索小白及快速繁育技术,以小白及蒴果为外植体材料,在大棚自然条件下,建立小白及无菌播种组织培养技术体系.研究结果表明:胚龄为15周的小白及蒴果为最佳的外植体材料,消毒灭菌成功率高,在培养基1/2 MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖3%上的萌发率达到90%;最佳的分化培养基为:MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L+2-iP 0.8 mg/L+蔗糖3%,分化率为94.5%;最佳的生根培养基为:1/2 MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+香蕉10%+糖3%,培养60 d后组培苗假鳞茎大,植株健壮,生根率达100%.在昆明地区,大棚自然光条件下培养的小白及组培苗进行大田移栽后,成活率高达95%,长势良好,具有广阔的发展前途.

四川桤木优株扦插繁育技术初报

引种栽培四川桤木4年后进行优株选择,在此基础上取优株1年生健壮穗条,采用不同浓度的GGR生根剂处理,在相同立地条件和培管措施下,分2、3、5、9月四个季节进行扦插育苗对比试验,结果表明:扦插季节对育苗成苗率有较大影响,运用200×10-6浓度的GGR处理穗条30 m in,成活率为91.33%,成苗效果最佳。     

利用重组自交系群体定位水稻柱头外露率QTL

水稻的柱头外露率影响异交结实率,不育系的柱头外露率则直接影响制种产量。本研究利用高柱头外露率的两系籼稻不育系1892S和低柱头外露率的籼稻品种‘扬稻6号选’构建的重组自交系群体(RILs),考查了F6和F7世代的柱头单外露率(SSE)、柱头双外露率(DSE)、柱头总外露率(TSE);采用基因分型测序技术(GBS)构建遗传连锁图谱,用复合区间作图法(CIM)共检测到了16个柱头外露率相关的QTLs,包括7个控制柱头单外露率的QTLs、4个控制柱头双外露率的QTLs、5个控制柱头总外露率的QTLs。这些QTLs分别位于第1、2、4、5、7和8染色体上,贡献率介于4.70%～18.00%。其中位于第1和4染色体上的QTLs在两年的试验中均被重复的检测到。这些检测到的QTLs为分子标记辅助选择培育高柱头外露率的不育系提供了基因资源。     

高淀粉马铃薯新品种天薯10号的选育

天薯10号是由以庄薯3号为母本,郑薯1号为父本的杂交后代优选而成的高淀粉新品种。从播种至块茎成熟126 d（天）左右,属晚熟品种。薯块扁圆形、皮色黄、薯肉黄色、芽眼浅。单株块茎数4.9个,平均单薯质量132 g,大中薯率89.8 %。甘肃的天水、临夏、定西、平凉等地均可种植。     

越野汽车机械自动变速器换挡规律的自适应控制

针对越野汽车载荷变化大、路况复杂而又要具有机动灵活的特点,利用自适应控制技术所建立的自适应控制器,对实际行车状况的油门、车速和冲击度进行在线估计。根据得到的实际的车辆负荷度,按照已经建立的最小和最大负荷度下的机械自动变速器换挡控制规律,通过线性插值法,建立适应实际行车状况的换挡规律,实现换挡规律的自适应控制。     

鱼类血液基因组DNA提取方法优化

The genomic DNA extracted from frozen whole blood of rainbow trout with methods of chloroform-potassium acetate, rapid genomic DNA extraction （RGDE） , improved RGDE, traditional phenol-chloroform and DNA reagent kit respectively, and detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that mothode of improved RGDE can obtain better genomie DNA of fish. Then, the effect of extracting with improved RGDE methods were compared by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method with other mothods such as traditional phenol-chloroform from blood or muscle and DNA reagent kit from blood. The results showed that the average concentration of DNA extracted with method improved RGDE was 1 050 ng/μL, and was very significant higher than that by DNA kit or by phenol- chloroform, and the average output of DNA was 1 575μg/mL, and the rate of A260/A280 was between 1.65 - 1.97. It only spent 2 hours to extract DNA with the method of improved RGDE, and there were many obvious merits such as quick speed, low cost, no pollution and no using specific installations and so on, and to amplify by random primers, the rusuhs was stable,and the electrophoresis banding was clear.
