氮钾浓度对烤烟苗期生长特性的影响

探究氮钾浓度对烟苗生理生化特性的影响,为烟叶苗期氮钾营养平衡提供参考依据.采用水培法,利用基础Hoagland营养液,设置5个不同氮钾浓度处理,分析处理间烟苗的生理生化指标差异.结果表明,氮浓度对烟苗干物质、叶绿素的积累有显著影响,在相同钾浓度下,随着氮浓度的增加,烟苗干物质、叶绿素含量、根系活力显著增加.不同氮水平下,低钾处理间的根系MDA含量、叶片GS活性差异显著.K+对烟苗叶绿素的合成、根系活力、GS活性有一定的促进作用.高氮水平下,高浓度K+会使根系活力、叶片可溶性蛋白含量下降.     

水稻畦式好气栽培法试验

以传统栽培为对照,研究畦式好气栽培对水稻根系、群体消长、产量构成因素及产量的影响。结果表明,畦式好气栽培显著提高了整个生育期水稻根系的生物量,与传统栽培相比,增幅达5.46%－11.18%;显著增加了抽穗后10cm以下土层的根系比例和根系活力,提高了根冠比,促进了水稻分蘖的发生,显著提高了水稻有效穗数、结实率和产量,每公顷可比传统栽培增产稻谷637.5kg,增产9.48%。     

Ⅰ型边缘单裂缝的计算机模拟

对素混凝土构件以及具有钢筋强化的混凝土构件在线弹性范围内Ⅰ型边缘单一裂缝的开口进行了模拟。通过模拟发现,在混凝土材料的基体内配置钢筋,使得裂缝的开口位移明显减小。为此,分析了在素混凝土材料的基体内垂直于裂缝的不同位置配置钢筋对构件裂缝开口位移的影响。     

凸轮运动参数设计

根据被驱动件在两个运动范围内的速度不得小于1.84m/s这一要求,设计了一个凸轮。因考虑到二阶可导,故采用3次样条插值法。使用软件MATLAB6.5进行计算,并绘出凸轮行程、速度、加速度随时间的变化曲线。经验证,该凸轮满足设计要求。     

鲜食玉米设施栽培

针对近年来甜糯等鲜食玉米在我市种植面积迅速扩大的现状，本文根据田间试验点总结出鲜食玉米超早熟设施栽培技术。旨在为广大农民实际生产应用提供参考依据。     

柑橘抗CTV转基因与分子标记研究进展

综述了柑橘抗衰退病基因工程中两方面的研究进展。介绍多种来源于柑橘衰退病毒(Citrustriztezavirus,CTV)核酸序列的转基因柑橘和抗性种质资源中抗性基因的分子标记,以及所涉及的方法和遇到的问题。目前研究表明,虽然已成功实现对病毒衣壳蛋白(CP)等基因的转化和Ctv等抗性基因的标记,但尚未获得对CTV有高度抗性的转基因柑橘,而抗性基因亦不能实现定点克隆和转化。因此上述两方面研究还有待深入。     

Effect of Yigu capsule drug-containing serum on apoptosis and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase secretion in rat osteoclasts

AIM:The effects of Yigu capsule on tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) secretion and apoptosis in rat osteoclasts were investigated in order to further explore its mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis.METHODS:(1) Twenty-month-old Sprague-daweley rats were randomly divided into two groups(Yigu capsule group and saline group), and the drug-containing serum and control serum were prepared. (2) The newborn Sprague-daweley rat osteoclasts were cultured with different concentrations of Yigu capsule drug-containing serum. At different time point, TRAP activity was measured and the survival osteoclast was counted under reverse microscope.The percentage of osteoclast apoptosis was observed under fluorescence microscope after acridine orange staining.RESULTS:TRAP activity was lower and the percentage of osteoclast apoptosis was higher in drug-containing serum group than in control group at 24, 48 and 72 h(P<0.01), respectively, and the survival osteoclasts were less in drug-containing serum group than in control groups at 24, 48 and 72 h(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:These data suggest that Yigu capsule drug-containing serum induces apoptosis and inhibits TRAP activity in osteoclasts, which may be one of the mechanisms of Yigu capsule preventing and treating osteoporosis.     

体尺细分法在竞赛用伊犁马选择上的应用研究

本文采用体尺细分法 ,测定了乌鲁木齐马术俱乐部 2 4匹伊犁马 1 9个细分体尺及 1 0 0 0m速度成绩。分析细分体尺与速度的相关性 ,结果为 :颈长、肩长、肱骨长、股骨长、胫骨长、肩倾角、股骨倾角、髋骨倾角与速度呈显著 (P <0 0 5)或极显著 (P <0 0 1 )相关     

The molecular mechanism of inhibition of murine Lewis lung carcinoma metastasis by weimaining in vivo

AIM: To investigate the anti-metastasis effect of weimaining, extracted from fragopyrum cymosum meissn, a Chinese medicine, on murine Lewis lung carcinoma (3LL). METHODS: The anti-metastasis effect of weimaining in vivo was detected in the grafting lung metastasis model of murine Lewis lung carcinoma. The effects of the drug on the expression of CD34 and E-cadherin were investigated by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR. RESULTS: Weimaining effectively inhibited the lung metastasis of 3LL at a concentration of 250 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, significantly suppressed the expression of CD34 and increased the expression levels of E-cadherin protein and mRNA in 3LL cells. CONCLUSIONS: Weimaining inhibits the metastasis of murine Lewis lung carcinoma (3LL) in vivo via increasing the expression of E-cadherin and decreasing microvessel density of tumor tissue.     

Effect of YIGU capsule on IGF-I mRNA and protein expression in rat osteoblasts in vitro

AIM: The effects of YIGU capsule on proliferation and IGF-I mRNA protein expressions in osteoblasts were studied. METHODS: (1) Forty 12-month old Sprague-Dawley female rats were divided randomly into four groups (YIGU capsule high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group; saline group), the drug-containing serum and control serum were prepared. (2) The new-born Sprague-Dawley rat osteoblasts were cultured with different YIGU capsule drug-containing serum at different concentrations and different exposure time. MTT method was used to observe proliferation of osteoblasts. (3) RT-PCR method was used to measure the relative IGF-I mRNA levels and ELISA method was used to measure IGF-I secretion at different exposure time. (4) ELISA method was used to measure IGF-I secretion at different exposure time. RESULTS: (1) Proliferation of osteoblasts was more than the control groups after 48, 72 and 96 h, respectively (P<0.01); (2) The relative IGF-I mRNA levels and IGF-I protein expression were higher than those in control group after 48, 72 and 96 h, respectively (P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: It was suggested that YIGU capsule drug-containing serum promoted proliferation, IGF-I mRNA and protein expression. These results may be parts of the mechanisms of YIGU capsule to prevent and treat osteoporosis.
