氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂的体外药效学研究(英文)

[目的]为了探明氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂的体外药效学特征。[方法]以氟苯尼考注射液为对照组对氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂进行5种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和耐药突变选择窗(MSW)的测定,对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌进行抗生素后效应(PAE)和抗生素后亚抑菌浓度效应(PASME)的测定。[结果]相对于普通注射液氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂对5种细菌的MIC和MBC无明显变化,但其明显缩小了对5种细菌的MSW(P<0.01),并且明显的延长了对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌PAE和PASME(P<0.01)。[结论]氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂在体外能够减小细菌耐药几率,明显延长抗生素对细菌的后效应时间,从而有效地提高抗菌效果。     

Identification of Streptococcus equi ssp. zooepidemicus surface associated proteins by enzymatic shaving

Streptococcus equi ssp. zooepidemicus (Streptococcus zooepidemicus, SEZ) is responsible for a wide variety of infections in many species. Attempts to control the infection caused by this agent are hampered by a lack of effective vaccines and useful diagnostic kits. Surface proteins of bacterial species are usually involved in interaction with host and hopefully act as biomarkers for serodiagnosis and subunit vaccine components. In this study, the surface proteins of SEZ C55138 strain were systematically identified by surface shaving with trypsin and a total of 20 surface associated proteins were found. Further analysis of five selected novel proteins (SzM, FBP, SAP, CSP and 5'-Nu) revealed that they all expressed in vivo and their recombinant derived proteins could be reactive with convalescent sera. These identified immunogenic surface proteins have potential as SEZ vaccine candidates and diagnostic markers.     

酶法离心处理对甜橙汁及其超滤的影响

探讨了酶法处理对甜橙汁粘度、果胶等成分的影响,考查了酶法离心处理对提高甜橙汁超滤透液通量和减轻膜污染的效果。试验结果表明,甜橙汁中果胶含量及其粘度随果胶酶浓度的增加而减小,但酶浓度达到0．06％以上时则变化较小。经酶法离心处理的甜橙汁,其营养成分变化较小,但在超滤澄清过程中,可大幅度提高透液通量,明显减轻膜的污染,便于膜的清洗。     

白酒丢糟发酵生产蛋白质饲料的菌种筛选

研究了产朊假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母、白地霉、酿酒酵母、绿色木霉、黑曲霉与米曲霉发酵白酒丢糟生产蛋白质饲料的效果.结果表明:白地霉、黑曲霉、绿色木霉和热带假丝酵母效果最好,发酵后白酒丢糟的蛋白质质量分数提高了6.49%以上;对这4种菌进行组合筛选,发现由黑曲霉、绿色木霉和白地霉组合发酵,能将白酒丢糟的蛋白质质量分数提高9.96%.     

基于GSM及单片机的汽车防盗报警系统设计

介绍了一种基于GSM网络和单片机的远距离汽车防盗报警系统.系统以单片机为控制中心,采用红外传感器实时检测防盗报警信号,然后通过GSM网络以短消息方式将汽车安全情况传送到车主的手机上,车主接收到紧急程度较高的报警信息时,可通过GSM网络发送汽车点火控制信号.

近期查处了一起运输依法应当检疫而未经检疫生猪案,本文简述了此案查处的具体情况,从被处罚主体、案由、处罚数额的确定、补检的实施等几方面进行了思考与分析,并提出了一些建议和对策。     

绵羊肌肉生长激素受体基因表达的发育性变化研究(英文)

[Objective] The study aimed to explore the expression of muscular growth hormone receptor gene (GHR) in sheep at the early stage of growth and development. [Method] The GHR mRNA expression levels in longissimus dorsal muscles of male Kazak sheep and Xinjiang fine wool sheep with different ages were quantitatively analyzed by real time PCR. [Result] Sheep GHR mRNA expression level in longissimus dorsal muscle increased firstly followed by decline, and then kept steady until the end of the experiment, with the expression peak appearing on postnatal day 30. The GHR mRNA expression level of Kazak sheep was extremely lower than that of Xingjiang fine wool sheep from 2 to 90 days old (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Both age and breed had great effects on the expression of muscular GHR gene in sheep.
