延迟收获对长江中游春玉米农艺性状及机收质量的影响

为探明长江中游玉米籽粒机械直收适宜品种与配套农艺措施，2018—2019年选用不同玉米品种，测定不同机收时间下玉米关键农艺性状、产量及机收质量指标。结果表明，收获时间对春玉米机收产量与机收质量均有显著影响。延迟1周收获后籽粒容重显著增加，机收产量显著提高，2年平均提高9.72%；而延迟2周收获则有降低机收产量的趋势。2年收获时杂质率总体≤3%，而机收籽粒破碎率与损失率均>5%，是该区域春玉米籽粒机收面临的主要问题。籽粒厚度、籽粒含水率和百粒重是影响机收籽粒破碎率的关键性状，三者与机收籽粒破碎率均呈显著的倒二次曲线关系；玉米的倒伏率、穗位高和重心高度是影响机收损失率的关键性状，倒伏率与机收损失率呈显著正相关，而穗位高和重心高度与机收损失率均呈显著的二次曲线关系。延迟收获能显著降低籽粒含水量，从而降低籽粒破碎率，但继续延迟收获有增加倒伏的风险。综上，长江中游春玉米成熟后适时延迟7~10 d收获，可有效降低籽粒含水量与机收籽粒破碎率，提高玉米籽粒机收产量。     

青稞粮草双高新品种藏青27的选育与栽培技术

选育粮草双高型青稞新品种,既是西藏自治区粮食安全保障的要求,也是种植区农户种养结构改善的需要。藏青27以中晚熟高秆大粒丰产型新品种藏青320为母本,用中熟中秆大穗多粒的美国大麦品种做父本杂交,1987年形成杂交组合,2016年通过西藏自治区作物品种审定后推广。该品种在西藏全区多点生产比较示范中,平均产量为326.7 kg/667 m~2,比对照喜拉19号增产15.8%,丰产性较好。本文从选育过程、不同海拔种植地的播种期、播种管理、栽培等方面进行了阐述,以期为该品种的大面积推广提供参考。     

奶牛繁殖疾病的调控

本文综述了奶牛繁殖疾病的发病原因和调控措施，分析认为奶牛的营养状况是影响奶牛繁殖力的重要因素。理想的奶牛管理应做到整个泌乳期始终监测奶牛的体况和奶牛日粮中微量元素的维生素的含量，避免营养素的不平衡而引发的奶牛繁殖障碍，同时应避免奶牛过肥或过瘦。适当补充某些维生素和矿物质十分重要。     

人血栓调节蛋白基因的表达及转基因小鼠的建立

用PCR方法从人的基因组DNA中扩增了人血栓调节蛋白（hTM)基因，将其克隆到带有人EF－1α启动子的pEF-neo哺乳动物表达载体上，得到表达质粒pEF-TM。在转染pEF-TM的COS－1细胞中，hTM得到了瞬时表达，并且正确地定位到细胞膜上。用pEF-TM转染猪内皮细胞（PEC），经G418筛先得到稳定转染的克隆。凝血活性测定结果显示，表达hTM的PEC凝血时间明显延长，表明其抗凝血能力增强。通过显微注射方法，得到了1只F0代hTM转基因小鼠。Southern杂交结果表明，该转基因小鼠整合了9个拷贝的pEF-TM DNA,并能将外源DNA遗传给后代。     

黔西北山区野生兰花资源的分类及开发利用前景

文章通过对黔西北山区春兰、线叶春兰、春剑、蕙兰、送春、建兰、兔耳兰、多花兰、墨兰9个种类的野生兰花资源特征特性和栽培适应性的论述,提出了黔西北山区野生兰花资源的保存途径和开发利用前景.毕节地区从低海拔的赤水河流域到2000m以上的高海拔地区均有兰花生长,花色品种齐全,资源丰富.加强保护与合理开发利用现有野生兰花资源的前景十分广阔.     

The Location Algorithm of QRS Waves Based on Fractal Box Dimensions Detection Methods

We research fractal characteristics of ECG signal, and find that it is logarithmic linear relationship between the boxes number covering signal and box scale. It is shown that ECG signal have some characteristics. Further more, we discover that fractal dimensions at QRS site are higher than others when using a time windows to detect signal. Based on this foundation, we raise a location algorithm of QRS waves which is based on fractal boxes dimension detection methods. The application results of this algorithm show that it can get rid of noise in ECG effectively with high speed, so this algorithm can be used in real time detection of ECG signal.     

影响水产动物药代动力学的因素

对影响水产动物药代动力学的机体因素、药理因素和环境因素进行了综述。影响药动学的因素很多，尤其对于所处环境因素复杂的水产动物来说，除了遗传种属、性别等生理因素和病理、药理等因素外，环境因子尤其是水温能显著影响药代动力学过程。研究不同条件下的药动学，对于合理、正确地使用药物有重要的指导作用。     

兽药使用环节存在的问题及对策

经过对兽药生产厂家和经营企业几年的整治,尤其是新<兽药管理条例>和<兽药标签和说明书管理办法>出台后,又经过GMP认证,兽药生产经营市场秩序和经营行为得到了一定的规范.但兽药使用环节中却存在诸多的问题,如:违法使用人用药品;违法使用禁用兽药;不执行休药期规定;未建立台帐等等.这些问题的存在,直接导致了动物产品的安全性问题.对此,笔者分析了兽药使用环节存在问题的原因,并对解决这些问题提出了个人观点.     

and laminin on adhesion and proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell

AIM:To explore the effects of PMA(phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate, a tumor promoter, mimicking the action of diacylglycerol on PKC)and laminin on the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and provide a new clue to liver cancer treatment.METHODS:Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line(BEL-7402)was used to identify the endogenous laminin and protein kinase C-α(PKC-α) expression, and the effects of laminin and PMA on the adhesion and the proliferation were also investigatedin vitro.RESULTS:By the effect of exogenous laminin, human hepatocellular carcinoma cell (BEL-7402) possessed endogenous laminin expression and increased the adhesion and the proliferation, which was showed the synergistic action by the effect of PMA in combination. By the action of PMA alone, the proliferation and the PKC-α expression increased by exogenous laminin were decreased, and the adhesion and the endogenous laminin expression were increased.CONCLUSIONS:The finding suggested that the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell were closely related to the effects of endogenous or exogenous laminin, which were associated with cPKC-α activity. Therefore, the application of anti-laminin antibody in combination with PKC antagonist might be a new clue to find out the therapy for liver cancer.     

Effect of moxonidine hydrochloride on left ventricular hypertrophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats

AIM:To investate the effect of domestric moxonidine hydrochloride on myocardium fibrosis and coronary artery microvascular structure in left ventricular hypertrophy of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).METHODS:30 male SHR, aged 20 weeks, were divided into group Mox+SHR, Cap+SHR and SHR randomly (10 in each group). 10 age and sex-mached sprauge-dawley rats were designed as normal control(NC). At the end of 13 weeks, left ventricular wight/body weight ratio(LVW/BW), collagen volume fraction(CVF) and standardized perivascular collagen area(PVCA) as well as intramyocardial arterial average medial thickness (AMT) were determined.RESULTS:LVW/BW, CVF, PVCA and AMT in group Mox+SHR were lower significantly than that in group SHR, respectively.CONCLUSION:Long-term antihypertensive treatment with moxonidine hydrochloride reduces myocardium fibrosis and improves impaired coronary artery microvascular structure in left ventricular hypertrophy.
