阔叶树种的研究现状与江西研究的发展方向

通过对阔叶树种在我国及江西省的研究状况的论述，初步总结了阔叶树种的研究水平及研究方向，指出了江西省阔叶树种研究存在的问题，探讨了江西省今后阔叶树种研究的方向。     

The mechanism of apoptosis induced by homoharringtonine in HL-60 cells

AIM: To study the signal transduction pathway of apoptosis initiation induced by homoharringtonine in HL-60 cells. METHODS: After establishing the model of apoptosis initiation induced by homoharringtonine in HL-60 cells, at the point of apoptosis initiation, molecular caspase-3, Bcl-2, Bax and Fas/FasL were measured with flow cytometry and transmission electron microscope. ERK2 and P38 expression in HL-60 cells were detected by using immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The model of apoptosis initiation induced by homoharringtonine was established in HL-60 cells. At the point of apoptosis initiation, upregulation of caspase-3 and decrease in Bcl-2/Bax were observed. However, the expression of Fas/FasL did not significantly change. ERK2 expression decreased and P38 expression increased. CONCLUSIONS: Caspase-3, Bcl-2, Bax and mitogen activated protein kinase pathways were involved in signal transduction of apoptosis initiation induced by homoharringtonine in HL-60 cells.

三种基因型羽衣甘蓝筛选适合叶绿体转化材料

以3种不同基因型的羽衣甘蓝品种"皱叶红心"、"白鸥"和"红鸥"为试材,以MS培养基为基础培养基,分别添加不同质量浓度的6-BA、NAA、IBA激素,筛选不同品种真叶叶片不定芽的诱导频率,同时确定不同材料对除草剂双丙氨膦和抗生素壮观霉素的致死临界质量浓度,为羽衣甘蓝的叶绿体转化研究筛选受体材料。结果表明:影响羽衣甘蓝叶片诱导不定芽因素中,激素质量浓度的影响比品种的影响更大;当诱导培养基中的6-BA质量浓度为1.0mg/L、NAA质量浓度为0.1mg/L时,诱导效果最佳,是3个品种的最适培养基;按照由高到低的顺序排列,3个品种的不定芽诱导率依次为"红鸥"、"白鸥"和"皱叶红心",因此择优利用品种"红鸥"作为后续转基因研究的受体材料;分别利用双丙氨膦和壮观霉素的不同质量浓度梯度进行筛选,研究二者对"红鸥"品种叶片分化的影响,发现双丙氨膦和壮观霉素的最低抑制质量浓度分别为4mg/L和50mg/L。该研究结果对今后利用叶绿体遗传转化技术改良羽衣甘蓝品种提供了技术支持。     

Transmission Congestion Management Based on Power Influence Coefficient

Basing eliminating on the idea that the generator who has the most influence on the power flow of line is mostly in favor of transmission congestion, the model of congestion management with the object of minimizing adjustments of bufions varied with generation outputs is proposed. It can eliminate the congestion effectively by judging the generators who should be adjusted and the amounts of adjustment. The test on IEEE-RTS24 buses system and other practical systems show that the proposed method is effective.     

Requirement Model Based on UML 2.0 for Equipment MIS

This paper introduces the modeling of Unified Modeling Language with use case diagram and active diagram based on Rational Unified Process for Equipment Managemet Information System. It discusses the modeling mechanism and character of UML and develops the Computer Equipment management Information System Based Web using Rational Rose of UML CASE Tool. First, it is describe the authors how to analyze the structure of organize and build the model of structure organize. Second, they abstract the workflow of main operation in organize and build workflow model by active diagram. Finally, they abstract actor, use case with case diagram and finish the requirement model.     

Power Frequency Electric Field Caused by EHV Lines and Its Effect

Mathematical model of power frequency electric field is established based on Charge Simulation Method(CSM) to analyze power frequency electric field caused by EHV lines with overhead ground wires and its effect, which are entering the megalopolis. Calculative method on the electric field under the transmission lines is analyzed and validated. According to the criterion of environmental evaluation, the distributing characteristic of electric field is summarized, in case of various arrangement manners of lines. At last, some advice and methods of eliminating electric field under the transmission lines entering the megalopolis is proposed with regard to protecting environment.     

接触二甲苯实验人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析

目的:研究二甲苯对实验人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的影响.方法:外周血培养制备染色体标本,分析外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变.结果:二甲苯接触组的染色体数目畸变细胞率(11.3%)高于对照组(6.8%)(P＜0.05);结构畸变细胞率(包括裂隙)(3.57%)高于对照组(2.6%)(P＜0.05)并且呈剂量效应关系;接触组的未成熟着丝粒分离细胞率(1.85%)与对照组(1.34%)相比无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:二甲苯接触导致外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变增加;二甲苯接触是否诱导未成熟着丝粒分离有待进一步深入研究.     

EMS诱变NC 55突变体库的创建及高钾突变材料的筛选

为了获得不同类型的烟草突变体库,用0.6%的EMS诱变处理NC 55,对诱变后的M 1代的大田性状进行调查分析,并从中筛选高钾突变材料。EMSNC 55 M 1代植物学性状和农艺性状变异类型丰富,突变率为11.88%,主要为多头突变、株型突变、叶片突变等;通过大田筛选和烟叶化验,筛选到钾含量高于对照NC 55的突变材料74份,其中钾含量超过1.50%的35份,以EMSNC 55-5501烟叶钾含量最高,为2.03%。EMSNC 55 M 1代单株留种606份,为进一步筛选各种类型突变体和选育新品种创建了很好的突变体库。     

抽屉式生物滤器在漠斑牙鲆循环水养殖中的效果研究

采用自行设计的抽屉式生物滤器应用于漠斑牙鲆(Paralichthys lethostigma)闭合循环水养殖系统,研究其对循环养殖水的处理效果及漠斑牙鲆的增重和饲料利用率的影响。结果表明:经过60 d的循环水养殖,漠斑牙鲆从初始时的(225.4±11.9)g增加到结束时的(337.5±10.3)g,增重率49.97%;试验饲料系数1.06,养殖密度24.1 kg/m3,成活率100%;抽屉式生物滤器对于NH4+-N、NO2--N和COD去除率分别为(10.61±1.88)%、(14.90±3.06)%和(16.11±1.70)%,可满足漠斑牙鲆养殖水体的水质要求。
