海贝柱自动晾晒设备设计

针对当前传统人工晾晒海贝柱效率低下、容易造成污染等问题。设计了海贝柱自动晾晒机械,采用阶梯式晾晒生产线对湿海贝柱分级晾晒,多条晾晒生产线分时、高效的工作,机器上方设有遮板以保证晾晒作业不被污染而且不受天气条件的影响。整机采用stm32单片机、传感器等技术实现自动化作业,机器控制系统监测到生产线发生故障或海贝柱出现堆积时会立即停止工作以便于检查故障、减少损失。试验结果表明:机械晾晒不会造成海贝柱内的营养成分的流失,机械晾晒海贝柱的干基含水率达到30%仅需12h,机械晾晒海贝柱能节省大量的干燥时间,显著的提高了晾晒效率,避免了人工晾晒过程导致的二次污染和损失。该研究为海贝柱自动晾晒机械的研制提供了技术参考。     

Effect of bFGF on glucose regulated protein 78 expression and apoptosis in human ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells

AIM: To evaluate the effect of bFGF on the apoptosis and the expression of glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells.METHODS: Starvation induced cell apoptosis was conducted. After treatment with bFGF, the cell cycle and apoptosis were determined by FACS analysis and Annexin V/PI staining, respectively. The expression of protein kinase B (PKB) and GRP78 were detected by Western blotting and RT-PCR. RESULTS: Compared to starvation group, the cells treated with bFGF were still viable and increased activation of PKB and high expression of GRP78 were observed, which were prevented by PKB inhibitor wortmannin effectively (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: bFGF plays a critical role in anti-apoptosis and proliferation in human ovarian cancer through PKB signal transduction pathway, partly by upregulating the expression of GRP78.

Study on Site-specific Nutrient Management in Cotton Field

The study on the characteristics of spatial variability of soil nutrients and fertilizer recommendations in cotton field under certain conditions of agricultural management was conducted with GIS and systematic approach for soil nutrient constrains. The results showed that of the spatial variability of soil nutrient was greatly related to the management condition of previous crops. Grid sampling and variable rate application technology (VRAT) were the tools that would hopefully increase fertilizer efficiency. The fertilizers were applied where they were needed and at proper rate. Balance fertilization demonstration showed that fertilizer recommendations according to the available nutrient level in soil could decrease fertilizer cost with 657.4 yuan / ha and increase seed cotton yield by 19.8%. A net profit of the balanced fertilization was 5314.9 yuan / ha higher than that of local fertilization practice.     

中药骨疏康对笼养蛋鸡生产性能的影响

54羽 2 0周龄伊莎蛋鸡分为 2组 ,A组为正常组 (2 7羽 ) ,B组为已发生骨质疏松组 (2 7羽 )。每组又随机分为 3组 ,每组 9只 ,分别喂骨疏康 1号、骨疏康 2号和对照组。试验期间 ,每天记录产蛋情况 ,定期测定骨矿含量、雌激素水平。结果表明 :骨疏康 1号能显著提高产蛋率 (P <0 0 5) ;骨疏康 2号在B组能显著提高产蛋率 ,在A组差异不显著 ,骨疏康 1号、 2号之间差异不显著。骨疏康 2号能显著提高蛋壳强度。中药对骨矿影响不显著。VitD3能显著提高产蛋率 ,改善蛋壳品质     

农机安全管理体制的变革和构想

结合《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》有关规定和黑龙江省农机安全管理的实践,总结了农机安全管理体制焦点问题和体制的变革,并对实施道路交通安全法提出设想和建议。     

Effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats

AIM:To investigate the effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats. METHODS:Using the gastric ulcer model induced by hemorrhagic shock, restraint water-immersion stress and pylorus-ligature, the protective effect of lansoprazole (iv) on gastric ulceration was observed. RESULTS:Pretreatment with lansoprazole (7.5-60 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the formation of gastric ulcer in the three models in a dose-dependent manner. The autiulcer efficacy of lansoprazole was similar to that of omeprazole in the equal dose, but stronger than that of omeprazole for ulcer induced by water-immersion stress.CONCLUSION:The intravenously administered lansoprazole inhibited formation of experimental gastric ulcer in rats.     

赖氨酸采食量对早期断奶仔猪生长发育及胰腺内分泌机能的影响

将55头21日龄断奶的雄性仔猪随机分为5组，各组仔猪饲喂赖氨酸含量为0．60％、0．80％、1．00％、1．20％和1．40％的试验日粮21d。42日龄结束饲养试验时进行葡萄糖灌注试验，观察赖氨酸采食量对早期断奶仔猪生长发育和胰腺内分泌的影响。结果表明：早期断奶仔猪体增重与赖氨酸采食量为强正相关，根椐体增重指标，21～42日龄阶段，仔猪的赖氨酸采食量不应低于3．16g／d，日粮赖氨酸含量不应低于1.40％。赖氨酸严重缺乏(采食量小于1．45g／d)时，胰岛素的分泌量下降，对高血糖应激的反应能力降低。     

不同刈割强度下羊草转录组研究

刈割是一种重要的草地管理措施,刈割留茬高度直接影响草地生产力及群落结构,在牧草生产中具有重要意义。为研究羊草在不同刈割强度下的转录响应,利用Illumina HiSeq-PE150高通量测序技术,对不同刈割留茬高度(0,2,4,8,12 cm)处理下羊草再生叶片进行了转录组测序。共得到139767803条读长(reads),41.94 Gb原始数据。经过过滤、质控与从头组装后,总共得到转录本270207条,总长度为191.6 Mb。通过与多种数据库比对得到48097条单基因簇(Unigene)注释结果。筛选出了所有刈割强度处理与不刈割对照组显著差异基因共2579条,经过生物信息分析,将其定位到碳水化合物代谢、损伤应答、过氧化氢分解、植物激素信号转导等功能与代谢通路。利用聚类方法得到了随着刈割强度增强,表达量规律变化的基因,分别富集到了过氧化物酶体、光合作用等代谢途径。对羊草在不同刈割高度下的转录组进行了研究,为草本植物分子生物学研究提供了宝贵的数据资源,对于解析羊草响应刈割的分子调控机制及相关基因挖掘具有重要指导意义。
