JEV、PPV、PRRSV、PRV多联PCR的应用研究

用 JEV、PRRSV二联 PCR,PPV、PRV二联 PCR以及这 4种病毒 4联 PCR对来自内蒙、广州、广西、天津、北京、吉林病料进行检测 ,共检了 1 4 6份病料。其中 PRRSV阳性 7份 ,PPV阳性 1 2份 ,PRV阳性 2 1份 ,PRV和 PPV混合感染 4份。并对 5份人工接种 JEV小鼠病料检测 ,其中 4份为阳性。随后对部分阳性 PCR扩增产物进行点杂交和核苷酸测序鉴定 ,证实了 PCR扩增准确性。对内蒙 PRRSV阳性扩增带测序结果显示 ,我国流行 PRRSV为美洲型 ,在扩增片段的核苷酸序列上有 3个碱基差异     

Analysis of Radial Forces on the Seal Block in a Compound Gear Pump with 3 Idle Gears

By analyzing the pressure distribution between gears and sealing blocks in compound gear pump with three idlers,the resultant hydraulic forces acting on seal blocks are obtained.The conclusion is the unbalanced resultant hydraulic forces are relatively small in magnitude.In the pump,the inner sealing edges are long and so it s Sealing effect is good,but the outer sealing effect is relatively poor because of its short sealing edges.The little unbalanced force pushes the sealing block to te pumping chamber,therefore it is advantageous to meliorating the pump's sealing effect,thereby to improving it's volumetric efficiency as well.     

Application and Advancement of Reinforced Earth Technique

In this paper, the application of reinforced earth technique, principle and calculation method, new reinforced materials developed and produced are introduced. A few of key technical problems in reinforced earth application is discussed, such as reinforced earth behavior, calculation method, durability of reinforced material, amendment and complement of the current standards. Then, the reinforced earth technique development and advancement were introduced.     

Torsion Vibration Test and Analysis of Main Transmission System of 1450 Rolling Mill

The torsion vibration of main transmission system of 1 450 rolling mill is tested:The torsion vibration frequency and amplification coefficient of torque are obtained.Basing on part of the measured date and theoretical analysis,the measure is developed for preventive method;it is of important theoretic sense and high engineering practical value for reducing accident and controlling torsion vibration.     

Discussion about the Agent- Construction System of Governmental Project in China

The agent - construction system, as a new public project management mode, has been practiced in some cities and attracted attention from the society. This paper firstly studies the features and operation modes of agent - construction system, and discusses the agent - construction system from the viewpoints of promoting competition, nourishing agent -construction enterprises, setting up a supervisory and encouraging mechanism, and its connection with the governmental project procurement system etc.     

设施番茄灰霉病气象指标及其生态防治措施

设施番茄灰霉病是由气象因子影响的一种重危害、高损失的真菌性病害。通过多年的观测调查发现：当连续10日及以上设施内日平均气温≥14.8℃、相对湿度≥90%、出现连阴或者连续多云寡照天气时,番茄就会出现灰霉病。番茄灰霉病不仅会导致番茄果实腐烂落果,造成减产甚至绝产,还会影响番茄品质。结合病虫害防治调查及农业气象试验,提出了选用抗病毒品种、改善设施内气象条件等减少番茄灰霉病发生的生态防控措施。     

Development of Researching the Synthetical Application of Compound Microorganisms

This article summarized that compound microorganisms had many advantages compared with single strain such as symbiosis, co prosperity co culture, so it can cut down the cost, unchain the feedback repression in fermentation and improve the efficiency of production. It described the resources, constitutes and physiological characteristics of compound microorganisms with examples, which displayed its superiority farther. It is showed that the application of compound microorganisms to the agriculture,industry,medicine and environment variable analyzed etc. The problems lying in the application of the compound microorganisms technology and some views on solving these problems. Compound microorganisms are expected to serve all the fields more and achieve more economic and social efficiency.     

广西贺州地区温室内空气湿度时空变化研究

以温室为研究对象,探讨研究了晴天、阴天、雨天3种不同类型天气条件下温室内空气相对湿度与绝对湿度的日周期时空变化规律以及整个冬季空气相对湿度与绝对湿度的时空变化规律。为合理调控温室内空气湿度以控制作物病虫害、提高产量和改善品质提供科学依据。     

黄土高原小流域植被特征及其季节变化

植被作为影响水土流失的一个重要因子一直受到广泛关注 ,黄土高原的植被特征随季节发生很大的变化 ,从而对土壤侵蚀发生深刻影响。选择陕北安塞县大南沟小流域 ,于 1998年、1999年和 2 0 0 0年的 5～ 10月 ,每 2周1次对其植被盖度、植被高度和叶面积指数 (L AI)及其季节变化进行了测量和分析。在大南沟流域 ,一半以上的土地是农地 ,种植了玉米、糜子、谷子、马铃署、荞麦和大豆 ,其它土地利用方式有荒草地、休闲地、灌丛、林地和果园。对于农地 ,叶面积指数、作物高度和盖度随季节发生很大的变化 ,农地盖度在春天增长缓慢 ,一般在 8月份才达到其最大值 ;非农地的盖度从 4月份开始增长 ,一般 6～ 7月达到其最大值 ,并保持至 9月甚至 10月份。年降雨总量对植被有很大的影响 ,而单场大降雨对植被特征也有很大的影响     

粉煤灰施入砂姜黑土对麦田重金属元素分布影响的研究

采用盆栽试验方法 ,研究了粉煤灰施入砂姜黑土的改良效果及Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg和As等重金属元素在小麦各部位的积累与分布。结果表明 :粉煤灰施入砂姜黑土可以降低土壤容重、比重及土壤粘粒含量 ,增加孔隙和土壤渗透系数。被吸收的重金属元素主要分布在根系中 ,其次是叶片 ,在茎杆、叶鞘及籽粒中的分布极少。根系对Cd和As具有富集作用 ;籽粒中Cd、Cr、Pb、As随用灰量的增加而增加 ,Hg则减少 ,但在 3 6× 10 4kg/hm2 的用灰量范围内 ,5种重金属元素在籽粒及土壤中的含量均在安全标准之内
