Investigation of the In Vivo,In Vitro,and In Silico Wound Healing Potential of Pinctada martensii Purified Peptides

Previous studies found that both oral and topical administration of enzymatic digestion products < 3 K Da ultrafiltration fractions of Pinctada martensii mantle (PMPs) had pro-healing effects. Thus, we further purified them by Sephadex-G25 and screened them by cellular assays to obtain Pinctada martensii purified peptides (PMPPs). In this study, we explored the mechanism of PMPPs on wound healing by in vivo, in vitro, and in silico experiments. LC-MS/MS results showed that PMPPs consisted of 33 peptides with molecular weights ranging from 758.43 to 2014.04 Da, and the characteristic peptide was Leu-Asp. The results of cellular assays showed that PMPPs promoted the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts (HSF) (135%) and human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells (125%) very significantly at 12.5 μg/mL. The in vivo results showed that PMPPs could achieve scarless healing by inhibiting the inflammatory response, accelerating the epithelialization process, and regulating collagen I/III ratio. The optimal peptide sequence FAFQAEIAQLMS of PMPPs was screened for key protein receptors in wound healing (EGFR1, FGFR1, and MMP-1) with the help of molecular docking technique, which also showed to be the key pro-healing active peptide sequence. Therefore, it may provide a therapeutic strategy with great potential for wound healing.     

紫茎泽兰五种挥发性物质对木霉和灰霉的化感作用

紫茎泽兰Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng是一种世界性恶性入侵杂草[1-2],化感作用是其种群竞争扩张的重要策略[3].次生物质通过器官表面的挥发是化感物质释放的主要途径之一,3-己烯-1-醇、水芹烯、2-蒈烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯是紫茎泽兰的挥发性化感组分[4-5].植物挥发物不仅影响本地植物的生长,而且也影响微生物的生长和发育.为从微生物学的角度进一步探讨紫茎泽兰的入侵机制,本试验以木霉Trichoderma harzianum和灰霉Botrytis cinerea为研究对象,研究了紫茎泽兰的5种挥发物对木霉和灰霉孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响.     

土壤速效磷浓度对白三叶构型及能量分配的影响

土壤速效磷浓度对白三叶地上部的垂直分布影响显著。结果表明,白三叶构件密度、分枝密度、分枝角度及总能量均与土壤速效磷浓度呈极显著正相关,节间长度则与之呈极显著负相关。叶片和匍匐茎的能量与土壤速效磷浓度呈正比。花序的能量则随着有效磷浓度的增加而减少。茎能量分配随着有效磷浓度的增加呈铃形曲线型变化。     

A unified approach for estimating population size in capture-recapture studies with arbitrary removals

A unified approach is suggested to estimate the population size for a closed population in discrete time. Individuals can be removed after capture at any time during the experiment. The usual recapture and removal experimentsare shown to be particular cases of the general formulation. The capture probability is assumed to have a logistic function that depends on individual covariates and can be time dependent. The unified approach involves a two-step procedure. A conditional likelihood function is used to estimate the covariates coefficients and a Horvitz-Thompson type estimator to estimate the population size. The asymptotic and small-sample properties of the resulting estimators are in vestigated. A real example is given.     

长吻鮠精子保存液在人工授精中的应用试验

分别在安徽长江流域的无为和淮河流域的滁州进行长吻鮠的人工繁殖,使用LRH-A2、PG、混合激素B型、DOM 进行催产,从长江捕获的亲鱼立即催产,其催产率为66．67％,受精率80％-85％,经培育选择后催产率为83．33％,受精率65%- 87％。在滁州经多年培育的亲鱼催产率为100％,受精率78％-95％。精子保存液在精子保存和人工授精中使用效果良好。在冰桶内保存,20-30 h仍能保持良好的受精能力。     

不同日粮对泌乳奶牛干物质采食量及消化率的影响

本试验旨在研究在不同日粮条件下对奶牛干物质采食量(DMI)及养分消化率的影响。用4头安装永久瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的泌乳奶牛(体重为483±21kg,泌乳日龄为175±6天)通过4×4拉丁方试验设计,日粮包括30:70CW组(粗料仅由羊草组成)、30:70CCA组(粗料为玉米青贮+苜蓿+羊草)、50:50CCA组和65:35CCA组,共设4期试验,每期23天。30:70CCA组干物质采食量与有机物采食量极显著低于其它日粮组(P<0.01),30:70CCA组能量采食量显著低于其它日粮组,30:70CW组DM、OM在瘤胃消化率(P<0.05)及全肠道消化率(P<0.01)均显著低于其它日粮组;NDF、ADF瘤胃及全肠道消化率均无显著差异。65:35CCA组产奶量极显著高于其它组(P<0.01)。     

Guided bone regeneration with beta-tricalcium phosphate and poly L-lactide-co-glycolide-co-epsilon-caprolactone membrane in partial defects of canine humerus

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of beta-tricalcium phosphate and poly L-lactide-co-glycolide-co-epsilon-caprolactone (TCP/PLGC) membrane in the repair of partial bone defects in canine proximal humerus. Three adult mixed-breed dogs were used during the experimental period. The length of the defect was quarter of the full length of humerus, and width of the defect was quarter of middle diameter of the lateral aspect of humerus. The humeri of each dog were divided into treatment (TCP/PLGC) and control groups. The defect was covered with TCP/PLGC membrane in treatment group. To evaluate regeneration of the bone, computerized tomography (CT) and histopathologic examination were performed. The radiopaque lines were appeared at the original defect sites in TCP/PLGC group but below the original site in control at 4th week. Radiopacity and thickness of the defect sites, and radiopaque lines were more increased at 8th week than those of 4th week. Histopathologic findings revealed fibrous connective tissue migration into the defect and the migration inhibited the structure of new cortex to be placed in the original level in control whereas new cortex growth was found in the level of original line in TCP/PLGC group. However, the new cortical bone in the TCP/PLGC group was thinner and less organized than the adjacent intact cortex, and the amount of new cancellous bones were also scanty. The result suggested that TCP/PLGC membrane is a good guided bone regeneration material to restore the original morphology of humerus in partial defect.     

新疆兵团昭苏垦区家畜包虫病防控情况调查

为了解新疆昭苏垦区包虫病防控工作近况,对新疆生产建设兵团农四师76团和77团饲养的家犬和家畜进行包虫病调查。结果表明,两个团场分别饲养犬1 004条和620条,养殖家畜58 253头(只)和64 848头(只);犬感染细粒棘球绦虫感染率为9.76%(98/1 004)和15.98%(81/507);77团家畜感染包虫病感染率26.45%(338/1 278)。     

Molecular cloning and expression analysis of a CXC chemokine gene from large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea

In the present study, we report the cloning of a CXCL12 chemokine gene homologue from the large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea (LycCXCL12). The complete cDNA of LycCXCL12 is 678 nucleotides (nt) encoding a protein of 97 amino acids (aa), with a putative molecular weight of 11.1 kDa. The deduced LycCXCL12 contains a 22-aa signal peptide and a 75-aa mature polypeptide, which possesses the typical arrangement of four cysteines as found in other known CXC chemokines. It shares 57-68% and 32-36% aa sequence identities to known CXCL12 chemokines in fish species and other vertebrates, respectively. The LycCXCL12 gene was constitutively expressed in all tissues examined although at different levels. Upon induction with poly(I:C) or inactivated trivalent bacterial vaccine, LycCXCL12 gene expression was significantly up-regulated in gills, liver, kidney, spleen and blood at 24 h after stimulation. Time course analysis using real-time PCR showed that LycCXCL12 gene expression reached peak level in spleen and kidney at 12 h or in gills at 24 h post-induction by poly(I:C), while its expression increased to the highest level in kidney at 24h or in gills and spleen at 48 h post-induction by bacterial vaccine, indicating that LycCXCL12 gene expression was differentially regulated by poly(I:C) and bacterial vaccine.
