The pharmacokinetics of furathiocarb were studied in vivo in male Sprague-Dawley rats following dermal treatment. HPLC and post-column derivatization were used for the analysis of furathiocarb and its metabolites (carbofuran, 3-hydroxycarbofuran and 3-ketocarbofuran). Carbofuran and 3-hydroxycarbofuran were detected in plasma and urine rather than furathiocarb. 3-Ketocarbofuran, another potential metabolite, was not observed in any sample. The concentration of carbofuran was higher than that of 3-hydroxycarbofuran in plasma, but the reverse was the case in urine. The corresponding area under the plasma concentration-time curve, Tmax, and Cmax values of carbofuran and 3-hydroxycarbofuran for 1500 mg kg-1 doses were 2.4-8.0 mg equiv hml-1, 12 h and 0.1-0.4 mg equiv ml-1, respectively. T1/2 was calculated only for 3-hydroxycarbofuran (28 h). Two metabolites were excreted in a dose-dependent manner without saturation. 相似文献

Junctions consisting of two crossed single-walled carbon nanotubes were fabricated with electrical contacts at each end of each nanotube. The individual nanotubes were identified as metallic (M) or semiconducting (S), based on their two-terminal conductances; MM, MS, and SS four-terminal devices were studied. The MM and SS junctions had high conductances, on the order of 0.1 e(2)/h (where e is the electron charge and h is Planck's constant). For an MS junction, the semiconducting nanotube was depleted at the junction by the metallic nanotube, forming a rectifying Schottky barrier. Silk fibroin (SF) nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and their application as an enzyme immobilization support was
attempted. By varying the concentration of SF dope solution the diameter of SF nanofiber was controlled. The SF nanofiber
web had high capacity of enzyme loading, which reached to 5.6 wt%. The activity of immobilizedα-chymotrypsin (CT) on SF nanofiber was 8 times higher than that on silk fiber and it increased as the fiber diameter decreased.
Sample SF8 (ca. 205 nm fiber diameter) has excellent stability at 25°C by retaining more than 90 % of initial activity after
24 hours, while sample SF11 (ca. 320 nm fiber diameter) shows higher stability in ethanol, retaining more than 45% of initial
activity. The formation of multipoint attachment between enzyme and support might increase the stability of enzyme. From these
results, it is expected that the electrospun SF nanofibers can be used as an excellent support for enzyme immobilization. 相似文献

《农产品质量安全法》的颁布和实施,标志着我国农产品质量安全监管工作进入新阶段,兽药作为保障动物性产品安全的农产品生产过程中的重要投入品,其监管工作尤其令人关注。作者曾在基层挂职从事兽药监管工作,对我国兽药监管体系建设,尤其是市县级兽药监管现状十分担忧。特撰文阐述了兽药及兽药监管工作的重要性,分析了目前我国兽药及监督管理体系现状、面临的任务及存在问题,指出了我国市县级兽药监管系统存在监管主体不明确、监管体系不健全、行政管理和执法能力较弱、经费保障机制不到位、队伍素质不高、宣传培训不够等问题,并对此提出了解决问题的建议与对策。各级农牧部门应借兽医管理体制改革的东风,加强监督管理体系建设,进一步加强兽药监督队伍建设,加大兽药监督工作的经费支持力度,切实加强兽药监督管理工作。[编者按] 相似文献

Development campaigns designed to scale up effective agricultural solutions often rely on media. Information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D) proponents argue that increased media penetration is necessary for such campaigns to succeed. Interviews of 63 extension agents and 200 farmers in Burkina Faso about their disparities in media ownership, access, skills, and preferences suggest that agricultural development campaigns should account for the different media environments and preferences of target populations within countries.
