本研究分别以鲢全鱼及鲢鱼糜加工中的废弃物为原料发酵鱼露。测定了发酵过程中pH1T-VBN以及氨基酸的变化情况,分析了产品的理化成份并比较了氨基酸组成。结果表明,以鲢全鱼和废弃物发酵鱼露过程中pH、T-VBN以及氨基酸总量的变化情况基本相同。产品的感官评价结果无显著差异;全鱼发酵产品的氨基氮、总氮比由废弃物发酵的产品高,但是后者的氨基酸转化率、脂肪、红色指数以及呈鲜味的氨基酸占氨基酸总量的比例比前者高。 相似文献

The pear cultivar ‘Osa-Nijisseiki’ (S2Ssm
4; sm = stylar-part mutant) has been used as a parent to breed self-compatible cultivars that produce excellent fruits. However,
determination of the self-compatibility of ‘Osa-Nijisseiki’ offspring requires a lot of time, 6 years or more, by conventional
cross breeding. We have designed a rapid reliable method for the identification of self-compatible varieties of ‘Osa-Nijisseiki’
offspring based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) with S-allele specific
restriction endonucleases. By using this method, 8 self-compatible varieties were selected among 16 selections resulting from
a cross between the self-compatible cultivar ‘Osa-Nijisseiki’ (S2Ssm
4) and the self-incompatible cultivars ‘Niitaka’ (S3S9), ‘Whasan’ (S3S5), ‘Chuwhangbae’ (S4S6). The S-genotypes of 16 ‘Osa-Nijisseiki’ offsprings were also determined.

Excess cyclin E-Cdk2 accelerates entry into S phase of the cell cycle and promotes polyploidy, which may contribute to genomic instability in cancer cells. We identified 20 amino acids in cyclin E as a centrosomal localization signal (CLS) essential for both centrosomal targeting and promoting DNA synthesis. Expressed wild-type, but not mutant, CLS peptides localized on the centrosome, prevented endogenous cyclin E and cyclin A from localizing to the centrosome, and inhibited DNA synthesis. Ectopic cyclin E localized to the centrosome and accelerated S phase entry even with mutations that abolish Cdk2 binding, but not with a mutation in the CLS. These results suggest that cyclin E has a modular centrosomal-targeting domain essential for promoting S phase entry in a Cdk2-independent manner. 相似文献

In Sri Lanka, irrigation reservoirs (tanks) are usually connected sequentially and form cascades along the landscape. A study was carried out in the Anuradhapura District in the dry zone of Sri Lanka to understand the role of return flows in such tank cascade systems. The water balance of a tank cascade system was estimated using hydrological data collected over a one-year period. The system was extended about 25 km along a river composed of three small reservoirs having the command area of 31, 55, and 55 ha, respectively. In this system, about 46% of seepage water from tanks entered the paddy fields of the command area. The crop consumed part of the water and the rest returned to the downstream tank through the drainage canals. Percolation loss in the command areas was low (3.6 mm/day) since a considerable portion of the percolation returned to the downstream tank. These results showed that return flows, which are generally disregarded in the water budget, contributed considerably to the water supply of the tank cascade system. 相似文献

Growth and water quality for growing-out of juvenile spotted Babylon, Babylonia areolata, were determined at three water-exchange regimes of 7-, 15- and 30-day intervals in large-scale operation of earthen ponds
over a 5-month period. Results showed that growth was significantly different among the water-exchange treatments (P < 0.05). The higher body weight gains and shell length increments were observed in snails held at water exchange of 7- and
15-day intervals when compared with those held at water exchange of 30-day intervals. At the end of the experiment, average
body weight gains were 4.22, 3.73 and 2.77 g for snails held in water-exchange treatments of 7-, 15- and 30-day intervals,
respectively, and 16.63, 15.04 and 13.78 mm for those of shell length increments, respectively, The average final survivals
were 83.60, 80.90 and 74.20% for snails held in water-exchange treatments of 7-, 15- and 30-day intervals, respectively. Seawater
temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrite–nitrogen and ammonia–nitrogen had gradually changed throughout the culture
period for all water-exchange treatments. With one exception, the total alkalinity showed the greatest changes during the
culture period for all water-exchange treatments ranging from 58.67–97.50 mg/l. 相似文献

The market for wood-fiber plastic composites (WPCs) is expanding rapidly in many countries including Japan, where WPCs are
mainly used for exterior products. In such applications, WPCs undergo undesirable color change, chalking, and shrinkage and
swelling, and accordingly there is a need to better understand the mechanisms responsible for the weathering of WPC and develop
methods of improving their weathering resistance. In this study, weatherability of WPC was assessed by natural and accelerated
weathering trials. Discoloration (whitening) of WPC during exposure was caused by degradation of both wood and plastic. Darker
color pigments as additives improved the color stability of WPC; however, chalking on the surfaces still occurred. The color
stability of WPC was improved by application of exterior coatings. Preweathering of WPC (before coatings were applied) increased
the absorption of coatings by the WPC and had a positive effect on the color stability and prevented chalking of the composites.

Based on paper of “Theoretical derivation of risk-ratios for assessing wind damage in coastal forest“,wind damage in the pine coasteal forest,which was thinned at four levels in December of 1997,was investigated for four successive growing seasons.Besides wind damage,the wind profiles outside and inside the coastal forest stand and the distributions of optical stratification porosity (OSP) were also observed.Based on these data,risk-ratios of wind damage for both individual trees and stands were estimated according to the methods developed in “Theoretical derivation of risk-ratios for assessing wind damage in a coastal forest“.The results showed that risk-ratios of wind damage,which were calculated from the meen height and diameter only and from the combination of wind and stand sructure profiles,accurately predicted wind damage in the plantation.Relationships between different thinning ratios and incidence of wind damage showed that stand stability decreased soon after the thinning.This was due to the immediate effects of thinning on increasing the canopy roughness and wind load,and on decreasing the sheltering effects from surrounding trees.However,thinning strategies could improve the stability by long-term effects on growthand development of trees against extreme wind.Only canopy damage was recorded during the experimental period,no stem damage was found,even though the maximum 10-min wind speed outside the coastal forest attained 30.2m s^-1.The results obtained in this study indicate that thinning is the most effective silvicultural strategy available for managing coastal forest despite the increased probability of wind damage soon after thinning. 相似文献

In many countries, irrigation water is usedfor several purposes other than irrigatingfield crops. In Sri Lanka, irrigationwater from canals, wells, and reservoirs isused for domestic purposes, industry,livestock, and fisheries, and it alsocontributes to sustain the environment. However, policy makers and water managersin irrigation systems only take intoaccount water used for irrigating the fieldcrops and sometimes water used for domesticpurposes. Owing to the failure torecognize the different uses and users ofwater, the water in irrigation systems hasbeen undervalued. This paper presents theenvironmental impact of irrigation and aframework for valuing water for itsmultiple and often competing uses,especially focusing on water uses forecological services, in this case wetlands.The south coastal area of Sri Lanka wasselected as a site for a case study, including2,610 ha of irrigated area and adownstream wetland area of 2,250 ha whichhas five lagoons. This wetland areacombines coastal, marine and freshwaterecosystems in a tropical environment inwhich distinct plant and animal speciescoexist in a delicate balance.
