州市级动物疫控机构兽用生物制品储运管理应注意的问题

[编者按] 从实际工作需要出发,以保山市动物疫病预防控制中心的工作实践为基础,本文较系统地分析总结了州市级动物疫控机构兽用生物制品储运管理应注意的问题.它具有较强的可操作性和实用性,对保证疫苗质量、提高免疫效果至关重要,为州市级动物疫控机构加强兽用生物制品储运管理和从事该项工作但缺乏工作经验的专业人员提供了可操作的参考意见.     

禽流感与人类健康

本文就禽流感病毒的特点，人感染禽流感的机制，禽流感病毒的检测方法，动物模型的建立，抗禽流感药物的研制方向等方面展开综述，旨在加强人们对禽流感的认识，为更好地预防和控制禽流感提供理论知识。     

两种取样方法检测盐酸环丙沙星注射液中盐酸环丙沙星的方法比较

盐酸环丙沙星注射液是兽医常用药物,笔者根据<兽药质量标准>第一册(一九九六版),用两种取样方法检测了盐酸环丙沙星注射液的含量,发现用标准上的取样方法操作存在较大误差.     

鸭瘟活疫苗生产工艺改进试验

利用尿囊腔接种法替代绒毛尿囊膜接种法生产鸭瘟活疫苗,收获的胚液和绒毛尿囊膜及胎儿的病毒含量(ELD50)均高于<中华人民共和国兽用生物制品规程>2000年版中的病毒含量标准,而且降低了早死率,提高了鸡胚利用率.     

磷酸泰乐菌素颗粒剂生物效价测定方法的建立及验证

建立了磷酸泰乐菌素颗粒剂的生物效价测定方法，并对新建立的测定方法进行了验证，验证内容包括：方法对照试验、精密度试验、线性及线性范围试验、回收率试验。验证结果证明新方法能准确测定磷酸泰乐菌素颗粒剂的效价单位。     

miRNA and piRNA expression profiles of breeder cock testes detected by next‐generation sequencing

miRNAs are small non‐coding regulatory RNAs that play key roles in diverse biological processes. In this study, we used the Solexa sequencing technique to profile miRNAs in breeder cock testes to illustrate their functions. A total of 663 co‐expressed miRNAs and 3,180 co‐expressed piRNAs were detected in three libraries. Based on Mir‐X^? miRNA qRT‐PCR, three miRNAs representing low, medium and high expression levels according to the sequencing results were selected randomly to validate the miRNAs' expression profiles. Results suggested that the miRNA expression profiles data could represent actual miRNA expression levels. Moreover, target genes prediction of the co‐expressed miRNAs and further Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses were performed, which revealed that some candidate miRNAs were involved in the regulation of the spermatogenesis process, spermatozoa function and testicular metabolism. In conclusion, we provided a useful resource for further elucidation of the miRNAs' regulatory role in spermatogenesis, contributing to a preliminary database for functional and molecular mechanistic studies in testicular metabolism, spermatogenesis and other testes functions.     

Compromised neutrophil function and bovine E. coli mastitis: Is C5a the missing link?

During early lactation, dairy cow are prone to developing severe mastitis in responses to intramammary Escherichia coli infections. These severe inflammatory responses have been correlated with reduced neutrophil function during the periparturient period. However, the causative mechanism of neutrophil dysfunction has not been elucidated. Studies in murine sepsis models have shown that during sepsis neutrophils are functionally paralysed due to the presence of high concentrations of complement factor 5a (C5a). In this review, we hypothesize that C5a as a critical early mediator in the development of severe E. coli mastitis. Furthermore, preliminary data suggest that crosstalk between C5a and TLR4 signalling in neutrophils may provide a positive feedback mechanism that may be involved in the pathogenesis of a severe mastitis response. Finally, we focus on the therapeutic potential of disrupting the C5a signalling pathway as an important strategy for treatment of severe E. coli mastitis in dairy cattle.     

管碟法测定生物效价影响因素的探讨及改进

《中国兽药典》（2005年版）收载的兽用抗生素药品效价的微生物检定包括两种方法,即管碟法和浊度法。目前多数使用者仍以管碟法为主。管碟法作为抗生素效价测定的经典方法,具有它的优点,但此方法操作步骤复杂,试验影响因素多,需要从每个环节严格控制,才能得到与真值更为接近的结果。笔者结合日常工作实践,对管碟法测定抗生素生物效价过程中的多种影响因素进行探讨及改进,使测定条件得到了较好的控制,有利于提高效价测定结果的精密度和准确度。
