测定了环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、单诺沙星、红霉素、罗红霉素、泰乐菌素、泰妙菌素、四环素等8种药物对羊肺炎支原体两个标准株Y-98和Y-goat的体外抑菌浓度以及红霉素与氧氟沙星、泰乐菌素对Y-goat和四环素与氧氟沙星、泰乐菌素对Y-98的联合药敏作用.结果表明,这8种抗菌药物对Y-goat和Y-98的MIC(μg/mL)分别为:环丙沙星0.223、0.002 23,氧氟沙星0.281、0.014 0,单诺沙星0.136、0.014 0,红霉素0.021 8、无效,罗红霉素0.032 7、无效,泰乐菌素0.042 2、0.039 0,泰妙菌素0.021 7、0.052 0,四环素0.195、0.052 0.红霉素与氧氟沙星的联合药敏指数为1,是相加作用;红霉素与泰乐菌素对Y-goat的联合药敏指数为1.5,是无关作用;四环素与氧氟沙星、泰乐菌素对Y-98的联合药敏试验指数均为0.375,是协同作用.  相似文献

Development of new semen cryopreservation techniques improving sperm survival and ensuring availability of viable spermatozoa for a prolonged time‐period after AI is promising tools to reduce sensitivity of timing of AI and enhance overall fertility. The SpermVital® technology utilizes immobilization of bull spermatozoa in a solid network of alginate gel prior to freezing, which will provide a gradual release of spermatozoa after AI. The objective of this study was to compare post‐thaw sperm quality and in vitro sperm survival over time of Norwegian Red bull semen processed by the SpermVital® (SV) technology, the first commercialized production line of SpermVital® (C) and by conventional procedure applying Biladyl® extender (B). Post‐thaw sperm motility was not significantly different between SV, C and B semen (p > .05). However, sperm viability and acrosome intactness were higher for SV than C and B semen (p < .05). Small differences in DNA quality were observed (p < .05). Sperm viability after storage in uterus ex vivo was higher for SV than for C semen (p < .05). Furthermore, sperm survival in vitro over time at physiological temperature was significantly higher for SV semen than C semen as well as B semen during the incubation period of 48 hr (p < .05). In conclusion, the SpermVital® technology is improved and is more efficient in conserving post‐thaw sperm quality and results in higher sperm viability over time in vitro for SV than for C and B semen.  相似文献

An enzyme immunoassay (complex-trapping-blocking ELISA, CTB ELISA) for the detection of antibodies against classical swine fever virus (SFV) has been developed. The CTB ELISA employs two monoclonal antibodies directed against different antigenic sites of SFV. A set of 2545 pig sera was tested in the CTB ELISA and in the neutralizing peroxidase-linked assay (NPLA) for neutralizing antibody to SFV. The CTB ELISA and the NPLA confirmed each other in 97% of the sera. The CTB ELISA detects low-level antibodies that can be found early after infection with low-virulent SFV strains or in postvaccination sera or sera with maternal antibodies. The CTB ELISA scored no false-positive results, whereas the NPLA scored 9 sera positive for SFV on a set of 81 pig sera that had antibodies against bovine viral diarrhoea virus.  相似文献

This mini-review highlights new information on various research aspects presented by specialists from all over the world at the 4th Pestivirus meeting held in Giessen (Germany) from March 15-19, 1999. Especial attention is paid towards differences in humeral and cellular immune response of naive and persistently infected calves with BVDV, and towards BVD eradication programmes in the Scandinavian countries. The development of techniques for an early diagnosis of CSF in live pigs and the progress on both sub-unit and MLV marker vaccines against this disease are reported.  相似文献

Forty-seven suspensions of type A virus grown in surviving bovine tongue epithelium (Frenkel) cultures were compared in a quantitative complement fixation test (CFT) and an antibody combining test (ACT) to evaluate the antigenic mass of the 140 S component, and with three assay methods for infectivity titration.The cultures were then converted into vaccines and the potency of these was measured with a guinea-pig PD50 test and again with the ACT. The relationship between the results obtained with different methods used for titration of infectivity, i.e. baby mice and plaque counting in BHK cells in monolayer (BHK-M) or suspended in agar (BHK-S) was poor and, with the exception of the BHK-S technique, showed little correlation with the results of the serological tests.The correlation coefficient between values obtained by the CFT and the ACT on virus cultures was 0.82 and that between CFT and ACT on vaccines 0.88. The guinea-pig PD50's of 19 vaccines were compared with the ACT and with the CFT and ACT of the corresponding cultures yielding r values of 0.74, 0.62 and 0.62 respectively. Regression lines are presented for the different relations.An accurate cattle PD50 was determined for two vaccines of the series, using groups of 20 animals per vaccine dilution. The relationship between guinea-pig PD50 (X) and cattle PD50 (Y), expressed by the regression formula Y = 1.05 X + 0.84, showed that differences in cattle PD50's are of the same magnitude as those observed in the guinea-pig test, provided that sufficient numbers of animals are used for both tests.The results of the quantitative CFT and ACT were in good agreement with the guinea-pig test and as such these tests can provide valuable information on the quality of Frenkel cultures.  相似文献

Cryostat sections of lambs with Border disease (BD) were stained with the direct fluorescent antibody technique and examined by fluorescent microscopy. In young lambs fluorescence was observed in almost every organ, demonstrating a generalised infection with BD-virus. Although the number of fluorescing tissues decreased with age, fluorescence was still present in a lamb examined at 22 weeks of age. BD-virus was isolated in tissue culture from six out of seven lambs and was shown to persist for as long as five months.  相似文献

We compared the proportion of body fat in mice as measured by chemical analysis with that estimated from the proportion of body water. First, we measured the proportion of fat by chemical analysis in 78 mice that had a proportion of body fat in the range from approximately 5 to 20%. Then, we constructed a regression line that described the relationship between the proportion of body water and the proportion of body fat by using data from several other published studies in mice (% body fat = -1.20 x % body water + 88.07, r = 0.9597, sy.x = 2.75, p < 0.001). With this regression line, we estimated the proportion of body fat from the proportion of body water that was measured by drying the carcasses at 60 degrees C for 3 days. Body fat data obtained from this regression line were similar to those obtained by chemical analysis. Thus, these results suggest that reliable values for the proportion of body fat can be derived from the proportion of body water and this method provides a tool to rapidly measure the proportion of body fat in mice.  相似文献
