氮钾浓度对烤烟苗期生长特性的影响

探究氮钾浓度对烟苗生理生化特性的影响,为烟叶苗期氮钾营养平衡提供参考依据.采用水培法,利用基础Hoagland营养液,设置5个不同氮钾浓度处理,分析处理间烟苗的生理生化指标差异.结果表明,氮浓度对烟苗干物质、叶绿素的积累有显著影响,在相同钾浓度下,随着氮浓度的增加,烟苗干物质、叶绿素含量、根系活力显著增加.不同氮水平下,低钾处理间的根系MDA含量、叶片GS活性差异显著.K+对烟苗叶绿素的合成、根系活力、GS活性有一定的促进作用.高氮水平下,高浓度K+会使根系活力、叶片可溶性蛋白含量下降.     

香蕉新品种‘南天红’

香蕉新品种‘南天红’由‘南天黄’的自然突变选育而成。假茎平均高度2.59 m，幼树假茎外表面暗红色，抽蕾后转绿。雄花苞片外表面常为深红色，花苞卷曲，常不脱落；从种植到收获11 ~ 13个月，单株产量25 kg，品质好。中高抗香蕉枯萎病4号小种，采用配套的栽培技术可在所有香蕉种植区推广。     

菜用加工兼用栗永荆3号选育

一般认为我国南方栗仅宜于菜用，加工极易开瓣和糊化，经过几年的筛选和加工试剂，永荆3号品种可生产B－E级标准的糖水栗子罐头。     

Effect of bFGF on glucose regulated protein 78 expression and apoptosis in human ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells

AIM: To evaluate the effect of bFGF on the apoptosis and the expression of glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells.METHODS: Starvation induced cell apoptosis was conducted. After treatment with bFGF, the cell cycle and apoptosis were determined by FACS analysis and Annexin V/PI staining, respectively. The expression of protein kinase B (PKB) and GRP78 were detected by Western blotting and RT-PCR. RESULTS: Compared to starvation group, the cells treated with bFGF were still viable and increased activation of PKB and high expression of GRP78 were observed, which were prevented by PKB inhibitor wortmannin effectively (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: bFGF plays a critical role in anti-apoptosis and proliferation in human ovarian cancer through PKB signal transduction pathway, partly by upregulating the expression of GRP78.     

Characterization of ovine strains of Mycobacterium paratuberculosis by restriction endonuclease analysis and DNA hybridization.

Restriction endonuclease analysis and DNA hybridization revealed five ovine strains of Mycobacterium paratuberculosis from South Africa had identical DNA patterns to an ovine strain from Canada. Genetically this strain type has features in common with the two major groups of M. paratuberculosis.

外源复合酶对移地保护圈养马来熊日粮营养消化率的影响

利用外源复合酶对移地保护圈养的 9只马来熊日粮营养物质及能量消化率进行了测定 ,经单因子方差分析结果表明 ,在圈养马来熊日粮中添加一定量的外源复合酶 ,能提高马来熊对日粮营养物质的消化率 ,其中 ,添加 0 3%饲料量的酶能显著提高日粮粗蛋白的消化率(P <0 0 5) ;添加 0 5%的酶 ,能显著提高日粮粗纤维、粗蛋白质消化率 (P <0 0 5)。此研究结果可应用于马来熊的饲养中 ,提高其饲料报酬     

氟砜霉素和氯霉素与抗菌增效剂的体外联合抑菌效果比较

应用试管二倍稀释法测定了氟砜霉素、氯霉素、TMP和OMP对15株畜禽常见病原菌的最小柳菌浓度（MIC）。结果表明，氟砜霉素的体外抗菌活性强，优于或等于氯霉素；TMP和OMP的体外抗菌活性偏低，但OMP优于TMP。氟砜霉素和氯霉素与TMP、OMP对14株细菌的联合药敏试验经肉汤稀释棋盘法测定，结果表明，氟砜霉素和氯霉素分别与TMP、OMP体外联合，抑菌效果相同，呈协同作用的均占50%与28.6%，即TMP或OMP对氟砜霉素和氯霉素的增效作用相等，但TMP优于OMP。在14株细菌对氟砜霉素和氯霉素分别与TMP、OMP的总共56组体外联合试验中，呈协同作用的占39.3%，主要为大肠杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、沙门氏菌及金黄色葡萄球菌；无关作用的点60.7%；无拮抗现象。故临床联合用药前，仍需进行联合药敏试验，呈协同作用者才可联用。     

A Tremor Syndrome With a Central Axonopathy in Scottish Terriers

A central axonopathy in 2 male and 1 female Scottish Terrier puppies from 3 different but related litters is reported. Clinical signs consisting of severe whole-body tremors and ataxia were first detected at the age of 10 to 12 weeks. They worsened with activity and excitement and diminished during rest or sleep. Two dogs also had paraparesis. In 1 dog the neurological deficits progressed over several months. Neuropathological examination revealed widespread axonal changes, vacuolation, and gliosis in the white matter of the central nervous system.
