本试验旨在探究不同饲粮粗蛋白质水平对槟榔江水牛泌乳性能的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机区组设计,将21头健康、年龄[(6.33±2.75)岁]和胎次[(3.14±1.56)胎]相近,且上胎产奶量相近的槟榔江水牛随机分为3个组(每组7头),分别饲喂低粗蛋白质水平(9.5%)、中粗蛋白质水平(12.5%)和高粗蛋白质水平(14.8%)的全混合日粮。预试期7 d,正试期273 d。结果表明:随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高,槟榔江水牛泌乳性能相关指标均有一定变化,其中14.8%粗蛋白质组泌乳期日均产奶量、平均产奶量以及乳蛋白、乳非脂固形物和乳尿素氮含量均显著高于9.5%粗蛋白质组(P<0.05),而9.5%和12.5%粗蛋白质组间上述指标差异不显著(P>0.05);随着泌乳时间的增加,12.5%和14.8%粗蛋白质组乳脂含量基本都呈现为先降低后升高的变化趋势,9.5%粗蛋白质变化规律不明显,但3组泌乳末期乳脂含量都比泌乳初期高,且12.5%粗蛋白质组乳脂含量最高,为7.84%;3组平均泌乳天数、乳脂蛋比以及乳脂、乳糖和乳总固形物含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),且乳脂蛋比、乳糖和乳... 相似文献

为了解决云南亚热带地区优质牧草资源匮乏及提高秋冬闲田利用率,试验对灌浆期冬牧70黑麦和云青2号青稞的营养成分含量进行测定并计算各营养成分产量,计算三倍产奶净能(NE_(L3X))、三倍维持净能(NE_(M3X))、三倍增重净能(NE_(G3X))和相对饲喂价值(RFV),测定农艺性状,并采用邓氏灰色关联分析方法进行综合评价。结果表明:青稞的粗蛋白含量为11.11%,比黑麦高1.84百分点;青稞的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量为43.31%、25.66%,分别比黑麦低15.31和9.23百分点;青稞和黑麦的RFV分别为150.29和98.71;青稞和黑麦的NE_(L3X)、NE_(M3X)、NE_(G3X)分别为6.50,6.93,4.38 MJ/kg和5.99,6.15,3.68 MJ/kg;青稞、黑麦的干草产量分别为9 131.32,10 346.53 kg/hm~2,鲜干比分别为2.93和2.30;灰色关联分析模型,得出各指标的权重顺序为粗蛋白粗脂肪粗灰分磷鲜干比钙NDF干草产量株高鲜草产量ADF酸性木质素(ADL)中性洗涤不溶蛋白(NDICP)酸性洗涤不溶蛋白(ADICP)酸性不溶灰分(AIA),青稞的等权关联度和加权关联度都高于黑麦。说明青稞可作为优质牧草在云南亚热带地区冬季闲田时种植。 相似文献

The assay was aimed to establish a rapid, sensitive and specific method of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) for the detection of Salmonella. According to the highly conserved STN gene of Salmonella reported in GenBank, we designed a set of primers, and then followed by a series of LAMP optimization of reaction conditions, specificity test, sensitivity test, stability test and enzyme test. The sensitivity of LAMP and conventional PCR were compared.The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature of LAMP was 65 ℃, when only amplification of Salmonella, the minimum detectable concentration was 101 CFU/mL, which was more than conventional PCR detection by one order of magnitude. The results showed that LAMP method had the qualities of specificity, high sensitivity, short time-consuming and convenience for the detection of Salmonella, which was expected to develop into an effective method 相似文献
