不同裂荚特性箭筈豌豆裂荚力数字化评价

以美国种质资源库(NPGS)提供的541份箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)种质为基础,经过连续3年裂荚率评价,共筛选出高、中、低裂荚种质33份。以这33份箭筈豌豆种质作为本研究的试验材料,利用艾德堡HP-50数显推拉力计结合裂荚率对箭筈豌豆荚果水平放置时的裂荚机械力和垂直放置时的裂荚机械力进行分析,为选育箭筈豌豆抗裂荚种质提供精确、快速的评价方法。结果显示,1)箭筈豌豆高裂荚种质荚果裂荚机械力极显著低于低裂荚种质荚果裂荚机械力(P0.01)。2)箭筈豌豆荚果水平放置时的裂荚机械力极显著低于垂直放置时的裂荚机械力(P0.01)。3)箭筈豌豆荚果在水平放置下裂荚机械力大于9.286N的为低裂荚种质,裂荚机械力小于2.163N的为高裂荚种质。研究表明,利用推拉力计测试水平放置的箭筈豌豆荚果裂荚机械力可准确反映箭筈豌豆不同种质的裂荚特性,并为箭筈豌豆裂荚特性的标准化测定提供了重要的参考依据。

Real-time Infrared Image Acquisitionand Processing System Based on PCI Bus

In the system of infrared imaging acquisition, it is necessary to improve data transfer to satisfy the characteristics of high speed and real time. So,this paper introduces PCI bus and PCI inerface to imaging acquisition. The protocol of data transfer of PCI local bus and the structure of PCI9050 are studied in detail, and the IRFPA data acquisition system are described based on the protocol of data transfer of PCI local bus. The system adopts frame buffer to make slow transmission between peripheral circuit and PCI bus.CPLD is also used as a master of logic time control?     

Numerical Analysis on Stability of Rock in Sijiaotian Tunnel

The Sijiaotian Tunnel in Yunnan Dabao Highway lies in the narrow defile landscape,and the engineering geology condition is complex,with plenty of cienega.According to the actual situation of the Sijiaotian Tunnel Project in Yunnan Dabao Highway,the stability of the surrounding rock mass is studied by using a 3-D non-linear FEM.The Drucker-Prager criterion is chosen as the failure criterion of the rock.The relatively dangerous zone and the monitoring points in the tunnel are determined.The numerical results show that the Sijiaotian Tunnel is relatively stable.The conclusion has some significance for guiding the construction of similar projects.     

Application of ANSYS to Finite Element Analysis for Nonlinear Masonry Structures

ANSYS has become an effective tool for finite element analysis of masonry structure, but there is few common conclusions for reference. According to the characteristics of ANSYS and the essence of the analysis, some key problems in finite element analysis of masonry structure with ANSYS, such as structural modelling, material constitution, the damage criterion, iterative algorithm, convergence criterion, simulation of prestressing force and so on, are discussed in this paper. Based on the test results of typical masonry structures, the applicability of ANSYS to masonry structural analysis is studied and some suggestions for the application of ANSYS are presented.     

Stiffness optimization of vehicle engine magneto-rheological fluids mounts

As important tool for engine semi-automatic isolation system, the magneto-rheological fluids (MRC) can’t achieve tunable stiffness but damping. Therefore, the MRC’s initial stiffness affects the performance of isolation system. To obtain the better isolation effect of MRC in wide frequency, it is necessary to optimize the initial stiffness. As motor unbalanced force and isolation damping are not considered in traditional mount optimization, the feature of semi-automatic control can not be reflected. For a four-cylinder four-cycle in-line diesel engine, a new method which is suitable for stiffness optimization on vehicle engine isolation is presented by using Genetic Algorithm. The optimal isolation system has small absolute force transmissibility in abroad frequency range and small vibration intensity with impact load by using the new method.     

新化合物ZJ3265对5种鳞翅目害虫的毒力及田间防效

ZJ3265{(E+Z)-2-[2-(4-氰基苯)-1-(3-三氟甲基苯)亚乙基]-N-(4-二氟甲氧基苯)联氨酰胺}是由浙江省化工研究院有限公司自主开发的缩氨基脲类新型杀虫剂。采用浸渍法测定了ZJ3265对粘虫Mythimna separata、小菜蛾Plutella xylostella和斜纹夜蛾Prodenia litura的室内杀虫毒力。结果表明,ZJ3265对粘虫、小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的LC50值分别为1.37(1.16~1.62)、18.53(15.13~22.10 )和15.40(11.98~18.85) mg/L。在田间用24% ZJ3265 悬浮剂处理3 d(有效剂量120 g/hm2),其对小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua和菜青虫Pieris rapae的防效分别达74.9%、76.7%、70.3%和84.4%;在试验剂量下,未观察到对作物产生药害。
