河南油田注聚井聚合物堵塞机理及防治技术

为解决河南油田聚合物驱油注聚井堵塞导致采收率严重下降的问题,采用物理模型试验及扫描电镜(SEM)的方法对堵塞位置、堵塞因素进行研究.聚合物注入性试验结果表明,注入阻力越大,注入压力就越高,确定堵塞位置为近井地带,结果与实际矿场结果相符;扫描电镜结果表明,高渗岩心以吸附堵塞为主,低渗岩心以机械捕集为主;静态吸附试验显示防吸附剂质量分数、聚合物相对分子质量、矿化度、温度均对聚合物吸附有不同程度影响,为此研制出一种使砂岩表面润湿反转以减少吸附的防吸附剂(代号5807),并对注入参数进行优化:防吸附剂最优注入质量分数为0.5％;该防吸附剂耐盐性较好,不同矿化度(1500～10000mg/L)对该防吸附剂体系的防吸附率影响不大;防吸附剂注入体积数越大,聚合物防吸附率越高,最佳注入体积为0.6PV;防吸附剂处理地层的时间越长,聚合物防吸附率越高,处理时间在12h以上防吸附率大于70％;防吸附剂的最佳注入方式为:顶替液+0.6 PV防吸附剂段塞+1PV清洗剂.该研究对油田后续现场施工及动态调整具有重要指导意义,同时也可为河南油田提高聚合物驱技术应用效果提供理论支持.     

New Polyketides from the Antarctic Fungus Pseudogymnoascus sp. HSX2#-11

The species Pseudogymnoascus is known as a psychrophilic pathogenic fungus with a ubiquitous distribution in Antarctica. Meanwhile, the study of its secondary metabolites is infrequent. Systematic research of the metabolites of the fungus Pseudogymnoascus sp. HSX2#-11, guided by the method of molecular networking, led to the isolation of one novel polyketide, pseudophenone A (1), along with six known analogs (2–7). The structure of the new compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic investigation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Pseudophenone A (1) is a dimer of diphenyl ketone and diphenyl ether, and there is only one analog of 1 to the best of our knowledge. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited antibacterial activities against a panel of strains. This is the first time to use molecular networking to study the metabolic profiles of Antarctica fungi.

GIS在生态土地分类中的作用

This paper depicted the physiographic landscape features and natural vegetation situation of study area (the eastern Jilin Province), and expatiates the definition, basic characters and its development of Ecological Land Classification (ELC). Based on the combination of relief map, satellite photography for study area and vegetation inventory data of 480 sample sites, a 5-class and a 15-class ecological land type map was concluded according to 4 important factors including slope, aspect, vegetation and elevation. Ecological Classification System (ECS) is a method to identify, characterize, and map ecosystems. The Ecological Land Type (ELT) was examined and applied initially in eastern Jilin Province. 埋地管道新型预应力抗滑桩的应用

介绍了埋地输油管道新型预应务抗滑桩的构成和抗滑原理，并对其受力状况进行了分析。以某油加库外滑坡地段埋地输油管道的实际应用为例，表明采用新型预应力锚索抗滑桩保护滑坡地段的埋地输油管道不仅是可行的，而且具有较好的经济性、实用性和可靠性。     

湖羊生长性状遗传参数的估测

对湖羊生长性状的表型参数和遗传参数的估测表明，性别对这些生长性状有极显著的影响，在遗传参数的估测中剔除性别的效应可提高估计的正确性。初生重、断奶重、三月龄重、六月龄重、周岁重和日增重等性状都属于高遗传力性状，遗传力分别为０．４１９０，０．３０４２．０．６０２３，０．６０７７，０．３９５６和０．６９４５．根据相关分析结果，为提高湖羊的生长速度和肉用性能，把日增重和三月龄重作为主要选择性状，预期可获得较好的效果     

AN OBSERVATION STUDY ON BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERS AND MATING BEHAVIOR OF DAHURIAN CASEBEARER(COLEOPHORA DAHURICA FLKV.)ADULTS

Through rearing tests and observations under laboratory conditions,biologicalcharacters and mating behavior of Dahurian casebearer(Coleophora dahurica Flkv.)adultswere studied in this paper.Results discovered that the time of emergense of male adultswas 24h to 36h earlier than that of female adults.The peak of sex pheromone secretion ofthe female adults appeared of 24h to 42h after the emergence.The reaction of male adultson the sex pheromone was most sensitive during 30h to 48h after emerged,so the earlieremergence of the male adults was favorable to mating.The phenomenon of repeatedmating did not exist in female adults,but the male adults could mate for several times,with maximum of 4 times.There was a definite behavioral reaction during the matingperiod of male and female adults,and the certain period of feeding and mating times couldaffect the adults longervity to a certain degree.     

测定石膏性盐渍土水溶性盐的适宜水土比

土壤水溶性盐的含量与组成随制备浸出液的水土比例不同而异,对含石膏的盐渍土测定结果的影响尤为显著。为了正确反映田间水溶性盐的实际状况,作者进行了三种不同水土比例制备浸出液的对比试验。结果表明,适宜水土比为1:1,其测出的盐分含量与饱和泥浆法按近,且操作简便、快速,在我国一般土化分析实验室均可采用。     

苹果果皮细胞膜结构变化与虎皮病的关系

国光苹果在贮藏过程中,果皮内α—法尼烯不断积累,60天左右达最大值,后随共轭三烯的迅速增加而下降。与此同时,果皮中丙二醛积累,组织相对电导率增加。抗氧化剂二苯胺能显著降低果皮中丙二醛积累,阻止相对电导率的上升,减少发病率。对膜结构变化与虎皮病的关系进行了讨论。     

山羊痘疫情的诊断及防制效果

1 疫情经过 2002年11月至2003年3月我市有两个乡的山羊饲养户10户,饲养的895只山羊,发病56只,发病率63.13％,死亡241只,死亡率26.93％。该病发病急、传播快,个别场在2—3天即在羊群中传播开,发病率高达100％,死亡率高达77.5％。2 临床症状 病羊体温升高至41—42℃,食欲不振、减退或废绝,呼吸困难,眼、鼻有脓性分泌物,皮肤长出大小不一的结节状物,突出
