The process of volatilisation of solvents and active ingredients from solid and liquid formulated products has been investigated. Plotting the amount of active ingredient volatilised from a carrier against the square root of time resulted in a linear curve. A simple method of determining the volatility of an active ingredient from layers of its formulated product is also described. 相似文献

The plasma cholesterol level is influenced by the quality and the quantity of the dietary fat. In regard to vegetable fat one has to distinguish between the opposing effects of saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. If the normal diet, which contains predominantly saturated fatty acids is changed to a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids one can observe a fall in plasma cholesterol. This phenomenon has been confirmed by many observers. A satisfactory explanation for the lipidlowering properties of polyunsaturated fats has not been found so far. Three theories are discussed: a. increase of cholesterol and bile acid excretion in the feces. b. decrease of the capacity of lipoproteins to carry lipids. c. redistribution of cholesterol with transport of plasma cholesterol to the tissues. 相似文献

Floristische Untersuchungen von 1987 bis 1990 zeigten, daß die meisten Gräser der im Jahre 1982 etablierten Bestände den extremen Umweltbedingungen (Überschwemmungen, Nässe, Trockenzeiten u.a.) nicht standhielten. Auch Beregnung vermochte den Rückgang der standortgemäßen, tragenden Saatpartner (Basisarten) Alopecurus pratensis bzw. Phalaris arundinacea nicht zu verhindern. Ohne Beregnung erwiesen sich nur Bestände mit der Basisart Bromus inermis als stabil und ausgeglichen. Kombinationssaaten mit unterschiedlicher Reihenweite des konkurrenzstärksten Saatpartners und Breitsaat der anderen Arten führten zu einer vorteilhafteren Entwicklung aller Partner als die Breit‐ und insbesondere die Drillsaat. 相似文献

An automatic apparatus is described for the determination of the crystallisation temperature of liquid pesticide formulations. Its purpose was to reduce possible errors in such determinations. Depending on whether or not seed crystals were added, different crystallisation temperatures were obtained; an automatic pneumatic seeding device was therefore developed. The influence that the varying times of adding crystals had on the crystallisation temperature is illustrated by examples. Depending on the rate of temperature drop chosen, different crystallisation temperatures were obtained. The lowest rate of temperature drop came closest to the ‘true’ crystallisation temperature. A simple method is also described that allows the simultaneous determination of the crystallisation temperatures of a large number of samples. 相似文献
