试论工科院校大学生的审美教育

工科院校在强调专业教育的同时，没能同样重视审美教育。加强对工科院校大学生的审美教育，有助于培养正确的审美观，提高审美能力;有助于完善知识结构，提升人文精神; 有助于形成独立完善的人格，提升人格境界;有助于培养个性和谐、德智体美全而发展的高素质人才。     

Spatial structures of copper,lead, and mercury contents in surface soil in the Shenzhen area

Eighty-three surface soil samples were collected from the Shenzhen area for determination of copper, lead, and mercury contents. The nature of spatial dependence of the measured results was quantified using variogram analysis. All variograms show well-defined structure with zero nugget and distinct sills and ranges and can be fitted by a spherical model. The range scale and the geometric anisotropy of the variograms suggest that the spatial structures of copper and lead relate closely to the distribution of parent material in the area. The variogram of mercury appears to be isotropic with a relatively small range, indicating significant influence of geographical distribution of paddy soil fields that have been severely polluted by agricultural practice.

胚培杏新品种———山农凯新1号

 ‘山农凯新1号’是以丰产性强的‘凯特’杏为母本, 以品质优良的‘新世纪’杏为父本进行有性杂交, 结合胚培技术育成的新品种, 具有成熟早、香味浓、品质优、自交坐果率高、丰产性强等特点。     

钙及其拮抗剂对苹果果肉质膜透性的调节作用

采用培养果肉圆片的方法,研究了Ca2+及其拮抗剂对苹果果肉质膜透性的调节作用。结果表明,CaCl2(1、10mmol/L)降低果肉膜透性和溶质外渗速率(Js);细胞膜Ca2+通道阻塞剂Verapamil(100μmol/L)的影响不显著;细胞外Ca2+螯合剂EGTA(5mmol/L)、CaM的拮抗剂CPZ、TFP(100μmol/L)明显提高果肉膜透性和细胞溶质外渗速率。培养24h时,CaCl2能明显维持较高的SOD活性和ACC向乙烯的转化能力,EGTA、Verapamail、CPZ和TFP的作用相反。这些说明Ca2+对果肉细胞膜具有保护作用,而减少细胞外Ca2+和抑制细胞内Ca2+-CaM功能对果肉细胞膜具有伤害作用。     

Antitumor effect of chlorophyllin in vitro

AIM: To study the effect and mechanism of chlorophyllin (CHL) inhibiting HT29 cells. METHODS: IC₅₀ value and growth curve of HT29 cells were detected with MTT method. Apoptosis was detected with Wright-Giemsa staining, FCM and DNA electrophoresis. Telomerase was detected by PCR-ELISA, and protein and mRNA expression of COX-2 gene were detected through RT-PCR and Western blot. RESULTS: CHL inhibited the growth of HT29 in a dose-dependent manner. CHL blocked HT29 cells in G₁ phase but did not induce apoptosis. Different concentration of CHL inhibits the expression of telomerase and COX-2 in HT29 cells. CONCLUSION: CHL inhibited the growth of HT29 cells by inhibiting the expression of telomerase and COX-2 and blocking cells in G₁ phase.     

低温胁迫对细茎柱花草与TPRC2001-1柱花草抗寒生理指标的影响

为了探究柱花草的抗寒性,本研究以细茎柱花草(Stylosanthes guianensis var.intermedia)和TPRC2001-1柱花草(S.guianensis‘TPRC2001-1’)营养期叶片为材料,分别进行时长为0(对照)、24h和48h的低温处理,然后对其相对电导率、丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖以及可溶性蛋白的含量等指标进行测定与分析。结果表明,两种柱花草叶片的抗寒性生理指标随着低温处理时间的增加逐步上升。低温处理后,细茎柱花草的相对电导率和丙二醛含量显著低于TPRC2001-1柱花草(P0.05),而脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量显著高于TPRC2001-1柱花草(P0.05)。综合各项生理指标可得,两种柱花草的抗寒性强弱为细茎柱花草TPRC2001-1柱花草。
