小鼠血清抗磺胺二甲氧嘧啶抗体的研制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将磺胺二甲氧嘧啶(SDM)与载体牛甲状腺球蛋白(BTG)偶联,构建SDM完全抗原SDM-BTG。用SDM-BTG免疫小鼠,诱导小鼠产生血清抗SDM抗体。ELISA检测表明:SDM-BTG免疫小鼠所产生的多克隆抗体与SDM-BSA包被抗原的结合有较强的特异性和较高的亲和力。  相似文献

【目的】研究不同栽培模式和施氮量对半旱地栽培条件下冬小麦-夏玉米轮作体系中冬小麦地上部氮素累积、分配及利用效率的影响。【方法】在陕西关中地区进行了田间试验,以常规栽培为对照,比较了补灌、覆草和垄沟等栽培模式及0,120,240 kg/hm2施氮水平,对冬小麦连续2年(2004和2005年)不同生长期各部位氮素累积量的影响。【结果】在补灌模式下,2004和2005年成熟期冬小麦叶片和茎秆的氮素累积量较其他模式低,氮素分配率也较低,而籽粒的氮素分配率较高;施用氮肥显著增加了各生长时期冬小麦叶片、茎秆、颖壳和穗轴以及籽粒的氮素累积量,当氮肥施用量由120增加到240 kg/hm2时,除籽粒外,成熟期冬小麦叶片、茎秆、颖壳和穗轴的氮素残留量均随之明显增加。与不同栽培模式相比,施用氮肥对冬小麦不同器官中氮素分配的影响较小。随着氮肥施用量的增加,氮肥利用效率、氮肥农学效率和氮肥生理效率均呈降低趋势。在不同栽培模式中,连续2年补灌栽培模式下冬小麦的氮肥利用效率、氮肥农学效率以及氮肥生理效率均较高,而其他栽培模式下这3个指标年际间的变化较大。【结论】施用氮肥可显著增加冬小麦各生长时期不同器官的氮素累积量,但对氮素在不同器官中分配比例的影响较小;与施用氮肥相比,不同栽培模式对冬小麦氮素的累积、分布无明显影响;冬季补灌有利于提高冬小麦的氮素效率。  相似文献

采用毒性实验方法研究了镉对鲫非特异性免疫力的影响,确定镉诱导免疫毒性效应及其毒性参数。在试验剂量和时间范围内的结果显示,镉对鲫白细胞数量(WBC)、中性粒细胞的吞噬率(PR)和补体50%溶血活性(CH50)均有剂量-效应关系、时间-效应关系和Hormesis现象,1.25mg·kg-1注射染Cd2+胁迫时对WBC、PR和CH50有激活作用,2.5和3.75mg·kg-1注射染Cd2+胁迫时对WBC、PR和CH50有抑制作用;WBC顶点所对应的时间为染Cd2+后4d,PR顶点所对应的时间为染Cd2+后2d,CH50顶点所对应的时间为染Cd2+后1d。所以Cd2+对鲫具有明显的免疫毒性。  相似文献

We analyzed photometric measurements and images of comet C/LINEAR before perihelion and after its breakup. Results from our photometry data include a lower limit of 0.44 kilometer for the radius of the nucleus before breakup, and a determination that it was depleted in carbon-chain molecules relative to most other comets. Our imaging and modeling results, which include a constraint on the rotational state of the nucleus, indicate that the disintegration likely started on 18 or 19 July 2000. The total mass detectable in the dust tail after the breakup was 3 x 10(8) kilograms, comparable to one of the fragments in the Hubble Space Telescope images; we therefore infer that most of the comet's original mass is hidden in remnants between 1 millimeter and 50 meters in diameter.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to characterize follicular dynamics in pre-pubertal, pubertal and post-pubertal periods, as well as the effect of high-energy intake on follicular development and age at puberty in heifers. Thirty-one Nelore (Bos indicus) heifers, 6 months old, were randomly assigned to receive two different diets: one of low (GI) and other of high dietary energy intake (GII). Animals were evaluated in relation to body weight gain by being weighed every 21 days. Heifers were evaluated every other day by real-time linear ultrasonography to characterize ovarian structures development from weaning to post-pubertal period. Blood samples were collected to determine plasmatic concentrations of progesterone by RIA method. The ovulation was determined when progesterone concentrations were >1 ng/mL in three consecutive samples, and by ultrasound images of corpus luteum; and oestrous behaviour in some animals. Age at puberty differed among heifers of GII (17.00 +/- 0.46 months) compared with heifers of GI (19.87 +/- 0.47 months; p < or = 0.05). Maximum size of the dominant follicles at pre-pubertal period was greater in GII heifers than in GI (10.52 +/- 0.33 and 9.76 +/- 0.15 mm, respectively; p < or = 0.05). As heifers approached first ovulation time, size of dominant follicle increased (11.75 +/- 0.37 mm for GI and 12.52 +/- 0.91 mm for GII; p < or = 0.05). Body weight at puberty was not different in both groups (302.33 +/- 27.31 kg for GI and 326.19 +/- 27.78 kg for GII heifers; p > 0.05). We conclude that animals receiving high dietary energy intake attained the puberty earlier and the development of follicles were different than in low dietary energy intake.  相似文献

The aim of the current study was to determine the possible effects of progestagen oestrous synchronization on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression during sheep luteogenesis and the peri‐implantation period and the relationship with luteal function. At days 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 21 of pregnancy, the ovaries from 30 progestagen treated and 30 ewes cycling after cloprostenol injection were evaluated by ultrasonography and, thereafter, collected and processed for immunohistochemical evaluation of VEGF; blood samples were drawn for evaluating plasma progesterone. The progestagen‐treated group showed smaller corpora lutea than cloprostenol‐treated and lower progesterone secretion. The expression of VEGF in the luteal cells increased with time in the cloprostenol group, but not in the progestagen‐treated group, which even showed a decrease between days 11 and 13. In progestagen‐treated sheep, VEGF expression in granulosa‐derived parenchymal lobule capillaries was correlated with the size of the luteal tissue, larger corpora lutea had higher expression, and tended to have a higher progesterone secretion. In conclusion, the current study indicates the existence of deleterious effects from exogenous progestagen treatments on progesterone secretion from induced corpora lutea, which correlate with alterations in the expression of VEGF in the luteal tissue and, this, presumably in the processes of neoangiogenesis and luteogenesis.  相似文献
