Dietary Lipid Levels Affect the Growth Performance,Lipid Deposition,and Antioxidative Capacity of Juvenile Scaleless Carp,Gymnocypris przewalskii,on the Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau

A 56‐d growth trial was conducted to evaluate the growth performance, lipid deposition, and antioxidative capacity of juvenile scaleless carp, Gymnocypris przewalskii, on Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau. One‐year‐old juveniles (initial weight: 15.99 ± 0.02 g) were fed practical diets with different lipid levels of 4, 5.5, 7, 8.5, and 10%, respectively. Results showed that the best specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion rate, and total antioxidative capacity (T‐AOC) in hepatopancreas were observed in fish fed the diet with 7% lipid level. Fish fed with high lipid diets (8.5 and 10%) had significantly higher condition factor and viscerosomatic index as well as lipid in muscle, intestine, mesenteric fat tissue, and whole body. Highest level of hepatopancreas lipase and lipoprotein lipases activities as well as malondialdehyde content and the lowest level of feed intake and T‐AOC content in hepatopancreas and intestine were also observed in fish fed with high lipid diets (8.5 and 10%) (P < 0.05). In conclusion, based on SGR and hepatopancreas T‐AOC content, dietary lipid requirement of juvenile G. przewalskii was estimated to be 7.35 and 7.39%, respectively.     

论城中村农民的现代化改造

针对当前我国城中村改造中存在的一些问题,以系统论为基础,对城中村改造工作的方向和改造工作应遵循的基本原则予以一定的分析,提出城中村改造工作的重点和关键所在是对城中村农民的现代化改造。进一步阐述了城中村农民的现代化改造对于推进城中村改造的重要意义。     

Net depth response of a depth-controllable (towed) gillnet for fish sampling

SUMMARY: Flume-tank experiments were performed to examine the depth response of a new type of depth-controlled gillnet. Variations of net depth were investigated as the warp was paid out and wound up for different changes of warp length, main sinker weights, and winch speeds. In most experiments, when the warp finished paying out, the net continued to descend and then ascended slightly to an equilibrium depth (overshoot phenomenon). The overshoot distance was nearly constant when the warp was wound up and increased linearly with increasing winch speed when the warp was paid out. An increase in winch speed reduced net settling time, which converged on a constant value for both paying out and winding up.     

奶牛布鲁氏菌病的病原分离鉴定及血清学研究

通过细菌分离、动物试验、细菌学与血清抗体之间相互关系、温度与感染动物之间相互关系等分离一例奶牛布鲁氏菌。发现细菌学与血清抗体呈平行关系，试管凝集反应与补体结合反应存在一定差异，感染动物14天出现波浪热，持续到剖杀前(31天)。     

干巴菌（Thelephoraganbajun Zang）的研究Ⅰ．干巴菌与其生境因子的关系

本文研究了干巴菌的分布及其在分布区内的植被类型，查清了干巴菌主要分布于针叶树林中，尤以云南松林内分布最多，但也分布于纯的栗树林中。通过对于巴菌生境中土壤微生物的分析，结果与宏观调查一致：其生长土壤较为贫瘠，是一种菌根菌。     

澳洲坚果引种试种研究初报

澳洲坚果无性系从１９７９年开始引入中国，并在南亚热带作物研究所（南亚所）试种，现已在南亚热带地区七省扩大试种达２００ｈｍ＾２，各地生长均良好，已有少量结果。南亚所植区澳洲坚果１３龄树平均单株年产已达６ｋｇ（壳果），抗寒性良好，在－４℃时仍未受害，病虫害不严重（曾发生过花序枯萎病、速衰病、茎干溃疡病），但风害严重。澳洲坚果的适生温度在１０℃－３０℃，以最冷月（１）平均气温≤１０℃，年降雨量在１０００     

斑点免疫吸附试验诊断羊脑多头蚴病的研究

以原头节可溶性粗抗原经Sephadex G-200层析纯化抗原为包被抗原，兔抗羊IgG-HRP结合物为显色剂，建立检测羊脑多头蚴病血清抗体的Dot-ELISA，并以ELISA作平行对照。结果，粗抗原和层析纯化抗原检测86头份羊脑多头蚴病阳性血清，其敏感性分别为94．18％和93．02％，两种抗原的敏感性无显著差异；检测122头份绦虫蚴病阴性血清，18头份棘球蚴病阳性血清，35头份细颈囊尾蚴病阳性血清，其特异性分别为90．29％和95．43％。两种抗原的特异性差异显著。Dot-ELISA和ELISA两种方法的符合率为100％。层析纯化抗原比粗抗原的特异性有了明显提高，而敏感性没有降低。层析纯化抗原和操作术式都具有良好的重复性，Dot-ELISA和ELISA对比试验结果相近，且具简便、快速及不需要复杂设备等优点，是一种检测羊脑多头蚴病血清抗体的理想方法。     

全乳固体微波滤纸快速测定方法的研究

将微波加热干燥技术和滤纸水分蒸发强化技术应用于全乳固体的快速测定．比较了该方法与GB5409-85减重法的差异和对乳中热敏物质乳糖稳定性的影响及测定结果的差异。经t检验得出了两种方法对乳糖的含量变化的差异不显著，全乳固体含量的测定结果相同，将测定时间由240min缩短至37min，可以满足生产对全乳固体快速测定的时间要求。     

天麻田间高产栽培措施试验

为提高天麻栽培产量，扩大天麻栽培地域，提高山区有限土地利用率，笔者将影响天麻田间高产栽培的几个关键因子进行比较试验，总结出天麻田间高产栽培的有效措施，为大力发展天麻生产提供了科学依据。     

原发性纵隔肿瘤及囊肿71例分析(附1例罕见胸腺瘤并发症)

71例原发于纵隔的肿瘤及囊肿,其中胸腺瘤占35.2％,畸胎瘤占23.9％,神经源性肿瘤占18.2％,其他肿瘤占22.7％。三类常见肿瘤中,以胸腺瘤恶性率最高(32％),神经源性肿瘤次之(15.4％),畸胎瘤无1例恶性。术前正确诊断25例,未能分类25例,误诊21例。本文分析了误诊原因。此外,报道1例罕见的胸腺瘤并发症。
