提高半湿润地区杂交玉米种子发芽率的有效措施

清水县位于甘肃省东南部,介于34°32′～34°58′N、105°45′～106°30′E之间,属陇中南部半湿润区,年降水量662mm左右,降水主要集中在7～9月份,占年降水量的55%.清水县城关川区中晚成熟玉米品种的生长期是从4月下旬后期到9月下旬后期,大致148d左右.     

Development of Chinese Near-isogenic Line of Rice and Their Differentiating Ability of Pathogenic Races of Blast Fungus

The rice( Oryza L. ) variety, Lijiangxintuanheigu(LTH), is a universally susceptible variety. A set of near-isogenic lines (NILs) of rice which has single resistance gene for each line was developed by use of LTH as recurrent parent and Kusabue,Tsuyuake, K1, PiNo. 4, K60 and BL1, which are from Kiyosawa‘s differential varieties(KDV), as donor parents. Differentiating ability of these NILs to Philippine isolates was compared with that of their donor parents, KDV and IRRI‘ s NILs. The results of comparative studies were as follows: (1) Differentiating ability of Chinese NILs to Philippine isolates was much stronger than that of their donor parents and that of KDV. (2) Chinese NILs had similar ability to differentiate races to IRRI‘s NILs or higher differentiating ability than them. But IRRI‘s NILs almost had no differentiating ability to isolates from japonica rice-growing regions. They can not be used to differentiate races of isolates from japonica ricegrowing regions. Whereas, Chinese NILs can be used to differentiate races of isolates from both japonica ricegrowing regions and indica rice-growing regions. It was concluded that the set of Chinese NILs can be used as international differentials.     

新疆湿地保护管理学习考察体会

为提高我省湿地保护管理工作者的业务水平，应广大湿地保护管理人员的要求，根据省厅2008年工作计划的安排，组织了这次湿地保护管理考察学习。通过考察学习，使参与湿地保护管理的工作人员对湿地有了充分的认识，学习新疆林业厅在各湿地保护区工作中的经验，将学到的经验在陕西各地进行推广，推动湿地保护管理工作迈上新的台阶。     

Changes of myocardial glycogen content and right ventricular function in hypoxia swimming rats

AIM: To investigate the changes of myocardium glycogen content and the relation ship between changes of the myocardial glycogen content and the myocardial function. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were placed in (hypoxia rats) and made to swim in (hypoxia swimming rats) a hypobaxic chamber simulating an altitude of 5 000 m above sea level. The content of myocardium glycogens was determined by colorimetry. RESULTS: The myocardium
glycogen content of rats significantly reduced along with the prolongation of hypoxic exposure and approached to control level in hypoxia swimming rats. The myocardial function of right ventricule was improved significantly compared with control group.CONCLUSION: Moderate exercise (swimming) is beneficial to hypoxic adaptation of rats under the condition of chronic hypoxia.     

Effect of sodium nitroprusside on activation of nuclear factor κB

AIM: To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on activation of nuclear factor κB. METHODS: The techniques of culture of human T lymphocytes, Western blot and RT-PCR were applied. The effects of NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) at different concentrations on mRNA and protein expression of IκB_α in human T lymphocytes at 30 min or 120 min after stimulating with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA-P) were observed. RESULTS: SNP at middle or high concentrations reduced the degradation of κIB_αprotein 30 min after stimulating with PHA-P,and increased the re-expression of κIB_αmRNA 120 min after stimulating with PHA-P significantly.CONCLUSION: The mechanism of inhibitory effect of SNP at middle or high concentrations may be due to the decrease in degradation and the increase in re-synthesis of κIB_α.The regulatory mechanism of SNP at low concentration may not be through κIB_α.     

不同光质LED光照对草菇菌丝生长速度、菌丝分支与生物量的影响

通过探索LED光源在草菇栽培上的精准化应用,为工厂化草菇栽培提供理论依据.以草菇V23为材料,设置LED光质6个处理:对照白光(CK)、红/蓝=1:1、红/蓝=1:2、红/蓝=2:1、单红光、单蓝光,研究不同光质对草菇菌丝生长的影响.结果发现,红光与蓝光的比为1:1菌丝长势表现为较强,对其他指标影响不明显.不同LED光...     

硫酸溶液中聚天冬氨酸对铜的缓蚀作用

目的 对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在0.5 mol/L硫酸中对铜的缓蚀性能进行了测试.方法 采用电化学稳态极化法和交流阻抗法.结果 PASP同时抑制阴阳极过程,室温20℃时缓蚀效率随着聚天冬氨酸浓度的增加而增加,当PASP质量浓度达到8 g/L时缓蚀效率达到87.4%;PASP在铜表面的吸附作用符合修正过的Langmuir等温式形式.结论 PASP对铜具有一定的缓蚀保护能力.     

日粮中添加植物多酚调控肉色稳定性的作用机制

肉色是衡量肉品质的重要感官指标,直接影响消费者的购买意愿。植物多酚是天然的抗氧化剂,日粮添加植物多酚可通过影响肌红蛋白氧化还原状态、脂质氧化程度及肌纤维类型来改善肉色及其稳定性。为进一步明确日粮中添加植物多酚调控肉色的作用机制,本文对植物多酚介导肉色稳定性的信号途径进行了综述,以期为今后通过在日粮中补充植物多酚调控机体抗氧化能力、促进肌纤维类型转化进而改善肉色提供理论依据。     

秸秆连续还田对苏打盐碱水稻土养分及真菌群落的影响

为探明水稻秸秆长期还田对苏打盐碱土养分状况以及土壤真菌群落结构的影响,采用盆栽试验,设置0(CK)、3.0(RS1)、7.5(RS2)、12.0(RS3)、16.5(RS4)t·hm-25个梯度秸秆还田量,于连续还田5 a后测定土壤的pH值、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效养分含量以及真菌的相对丰度、Alpha多样性和群...     

纳米纤维素水凝胶的制备与表征及其对猪肉的保鲜作用

水凝胶因具有低毒性、高生物相容性和可降解性而常用于食品保鲜,但其机械性能和抗疲劳性有待提高。为了探究大豆种皮纳米纤维素对水凝胶机械性能和抗疲劳性的影响,并提高水凝胶的综合机械性能。因此,本研究通过-20 ℃低温循环冷冻-解冻法制备具有可拉伸、强韧、抗疲劳的聚乙烯醇/海藻酸钠/纳米纤维素水凝胶,探究水凝胶对猪肉货架期的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外变换光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪、热重仪和质构仪测定了水凝胶的理化性质和机械性能。研究结果表明,水凝胶内部单体之间以氢键和酯键交联,内部呈现多孔结构,断裂伸长率为230%、压缩强度为70 kPa、拉伸强度为17 kPa,经过多次循环拉伸仍具有良好的机械性能和较高的抗疲劳性。猪肉保鲜试验表明,水凝胶维持了猪肉色泽的稳定性,防止内部水分流失,并且将猪肉的保质期延长至10 d。因此,该水凝胶可用于食品包装以延长冷藏肉制品的保质期。同时,本研究为构建一种可拉伸、强韧、抗疲劳的多功能水凝胶提供了一种新的视角。
