在实验室用土柱对发育于片麻岩的砖红壤进行磷肥淋溶特征研究。结果表明:随着施肥量增加,PO4^3-累计渗漏量相应增加,但不是简单的线形增加关系,在施P量为106.1kg/hm^2与70.7kg/hm^2之间,P累计渗漏量存在一个“跃变”点:磷素在砖红壤中移动性弱,当施P肥水平为141.5kg/hm^2时,活性磷未能穿透12cm土层;在低灌溉量下,磷的渗漏量与灌水量几乎呈线形增加的趋势,但高灌溉量下,则无显著差异,且在等量灌溉下,多次灌溉比单次灌溉更能促进磷肥的运移。  相似文献

大别山茶区乃至整个长江以北茶区,由于纬度偏北,早春气温偏低,寒冻与晚霜危害频繁,致使新茶上市偏迟,产量不稳定。江北茶区为绿茶主产区。名优绿茶品种多,目前从该区选育出的品种中产量、品质、抗性兼优的品种较少;从外地引进的品种,相当一部分仍存在一定程度的适制性和抗性(尤其是抗寒性)上的不适应性。为此,进行了适宜在江北茶区栽培的早生、优质、扰寒茶树新品种(尤其是适制名优绿茶的新品种)的选育。经过11年的试验研究,从大别山腹地岳西县石佛茶园群体种中采用单株选种法选育出了早生、优质、抗寒,适制名优绿茶的新品种——石佛翠、石佛香。  相似文献

A pineapple protease, bromelain, was used to improve the dyeing properties of protein fibers such as wool and silk. The optimal condition for the activity of the pineapple protease was about 60 °C at pH 7. The wool and silk were treated with the protease extracted from a pineapple and the K/S values of the dyed wool and silk were measured using a spectrophotometer in order to compare the dye uptake. The protease treatment enhanced the dyeing properties of protein fibers without severe changes in mechanical properties. The surface appearances of protease-treated fibers were observed by microscopy.  相似文献

Phytohormones have an essential ability to adapt to abiotic stresses, including drought stress (DS), by mediating physiological and molecular processes. Arbuscular mycorrhizas (AMs) can enhance tolerance of DS, but the information regarding phytohormone changes in AM plants exposed to DS is little known. Trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata) seedlings colonized by an AM fungus Funneliformis mosseae were subjected to DS and well-watered for 6 weeks. Plant growth performance, gas exchange, indole-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellins (GAs), brassinosteroids (BRs), abscisic acid (ABA), methyl jasmonate (MeJA) and zeatin riboside (ZR) were determined. The 6-week DS treatment strongly restricted root mycorrhizal colonization. Mycorrhizal inoculation significantly increased plant growth parameters under DS, as compared with non-mycorrhizal treatment. Mycorrhizal treatment also induced significantly higher leaf-relative water content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance but lower intercellular CO2 concentration and leaf temperature under DS, compared with non-mycorrhizal treatment. Mycorrhizal plants under DS condition represented significantly higher leaf ABA, IAA, GAs, BRs and ZR levels than non-mycorrhizal plants. The study, hence, suggested that mycorrhizal inoculation induced the changes of gas exchange and endogenous phytohormone levels to enhance drought tolerance in trifoliate orange.  相似文献

海冰水盐分浓度及灌溉次数对土壤水分和棉花产量的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了探讨环渤海地区海冰水灌溉技术,于2008年采用微区试验,研究了海冰水不同盐分浓度(1、3、5、7、9 g/L)和不同灌溉次数对土壤水分及棉花产量的影响。结果表明,采用海冰水灌溉能明显提高土壤水分含量,尤其以播种前灌溉和苗期灌溉效果最佳,当每次灌溉量为450 m3/hm2时,与不灌溉相比,土壤含水率增幅为22.85%~31.32%,可以有效缓解棉田春季旱情。不同处理的棉花,以盐分质量浓度1 g/L海冰水、灌溉3次的处理的产量、平均果枝数以及单颗棉桃质量3项指标均为最高,比不灌溉处理增产38.63%;其次为盐分质量浓度3 g/L海冰水灌溉2次的处理,增产率为 29.8%。随灌溉水矿化度增加,产量呈现递减趋势,盐分质量浓度为9 g/L、灌溉3次的处理与不灌溉处理相比出现显著减产,减产率为28.48%。综合考虑海冰水长期灌溉效应及海冰脱盐技术,建议采用盐分质量浓度3 g/L海冰水进行棉田灌溉,降雨正常年份以播种前和苗期2次灌溉为宜,每次灌水量450 m3/hm2,并要注意配合必要的灌溉和排水措施。  相似文献

Rapid contrast injection is recommended for triple‐phase helical computed tomography (CT) of the liver. However, a large‐gauge catheter is needed for faster contrast injection and this is not practical for small breed dogs or cats. The purpose of this crossover group study was to evaluate applicability of a lower injection rate with a small‐gauge (G) catheter for triple‐phase hepatic CT in small dogs. Triple‐phase CT images were acquired for six beagle dogs using three protocols: an injection rate of 1.5 ml/s with a 24 G catheter, 3.0 ml/s with a 22 G catheter, and 4.5 ml/s with a 20 G catheter. Enhancement of the aorta, portal vein, and hepatic parenchyma was measured in each phase (arterial, portal, and delayed) and image quality was scored subjectively by two observers. Injection duration, time to scan delay, and time to peak enhancement were also recorded. Contrast injection duration decreased with a higher injection rate (n = 6, P ≤ 0.01), but time to peak enhancement and time to scan delay were not significantly affected by injection rates and catheter sizes. Contrast injection rate did not significantly affect aortic, portal, and hepatic enhancement. In addition, separation between each phase and quality of images was subjectively scored as good regardless of injection rate. Findings from the current study supported using an injection rate of 1.5 ml/s with a catheter size of 24 G for triple‐phase hepatic CT in small dogs (weight < 12 kg).  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of Barodon, an anionic alkali mineral complex, on growth, feed utilization, humoral innate immunity and disease resistance of olive flounder. A basal experimental diet was used as a control and supplemented with 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, or 0.5% Barodon. Triplicate groups of fish (26.4 ± 0.2 g) were fed one of the diets to apparent satiation twice daily for 10 wk. The growth performance was enhanced (P < 0.05) linearly and quadratically in fish fed diets containing Barodon compared with that in fish fed the control. Feed utilization was significantly improved by Barodon supplementation. Serum lysozyme and antiprotease activities were increased quadratically in Barodon fed groups. Also, significantly higher superoxide dismutase activity was found in Barodon‐fed fish. Dietary supplementation of 0.1–0.3% Barodon resulted in significant enhancement of fish disease resistance against Streptococcus iniae. The findings in this study indicate that dietary supplementation of Barodon can enhance growth, feed utilization, innate immunity, and disease resistance of olive flounder and that the optimum level seems to be 0.1% in diets.  相似文献
