我国农村居民收入水平与幸福感关系研究综述

通过对国内外涉及收入水平与幸福感关系的研究进行元分析,研究了收入水平与幸福感间的关系。结果表明,收入水平和幸福感之间的关系呈类似于倒＂U＂型曲线,且可以从适应、社会比较和心理预期3方面进行解释。最后,就如何在提高农村居民收入水平的的同时能提高我国农村居民的幸福感提出相应的政策性建议：缩小城乡居民收入分配差距;淡化人们对金钱和物质地位的竞争;完善农村社会保障体系;努力创造农村居民各尽其能的条件。     

努力提高农科院所党的建设科学化水平

该文结合中国农科院及其所属研究所党建工作的情况,按照提高党的建设科学化水平的新要求,以科学发展观为指导,深刻理解和正确把握党的建设的科学化内涵,进一步深化对党的建设和执政规律的认识。此外,该文联系实际,分析农科院所党建工作的新特点,找准党建工作着力点,坚持以人为本,加强组织建设,深化创先争优,构建和谐院所,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用等方面提高党建工作的科学化水平。

对重庆市涪陵区城镇化化发展和金融发展现状进行综合分析,并对当下金融支持城镇化发展中出现的困难提出了相应的对策建议。     

Effects of Dietary Crude Protein Levels on Growth Performance,Digestion and Metabolism,and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Super Merino Lamb

The experiment aimed to find out the effects of dietary crude protein levels on growth performance, digestion and metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of Super Merino lamb after weaning.According to the dietary crude protein level, 64 Super Merino weaned lambs were divided into four groups, which the crude protein levels were 13.25%(group Ⅰ), 14.33%(group Ⅱ), 15.53%(group Ⅲ) and 16.60%(group Ⅳ), respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days, 30 days for the early stage and 30 days for the later stage;And on the 30th and 60th day, blood samples were collected from one head sheep chosen from each replication, and at the end of the feeding test, 3 lambs were randomly selected from each experiment group for a 15 days digestion and metabolism experiment.The results showed that ADFI and ADG in the early and total trial period were significant differences(P<0.05), ADFI and ADG of group Ⅲ were higher than others.The apparent digestibility of nutrients and ME/DE were not significantly changed(P>0.05).In the detection of serum biochemical indexes, there was no significant difference in the earlier stage(P>0.05);At the end of the test, PK and CK showed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).PK presented a rising trend as the protein level improved, CK of group Ⅰ was higher than other groups.In Super Merino lamb early weaning diet, 15.53% protein level in the diet could significantly improve ADG, the apparent digestibility of nutrients, metabolic energy digestibility.At the end of the test, PK and CK were affected by dietary crude protein level significantly.     

The influences of ambient temperature and crude protein levels on performance and serum biochemical parameters in broilers

This study was undertaken to investigate the effects of ambient temperature, crude protein levels and their interaction on performance and serum biochemical parameters of broiler chickens. A total of 216 Arbor Acre broiler chickens (108 males and 108 females) were used in a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement and randomly reared at two temperatures (normal temperature: 23 °C; daily cyclic high temperature: 28–32 °C) and fed on three diets with different crude protein levels (153.3, 183.3 or 213.3 g/kg, with constant essential amino acids) from 28 to 42 days of age. Daily cyclic high ambient temperature decreased final body weight, average daily weight gain, average daily feed intake and serum total protein contents (p < 0.001, p < 0.001, p < 0.001, p = 0.008 respectively), but increased feed/gain, mortality, respiratory rate, rectal temperature, serum uric acid contents and serum creatine kinase activity (p = 0.008, p = 0.003, p < 0.0001, p < 0.0001, p < 0.0001, p = 0.003 respectively), irrespective of crude protein levels. At the ambient temperature, reducing crude protein levels resulted in an increase in feed/gain (p < 0.001), but a decrease in serum total protein and uric acid contents. Only serum creatine kinase activity in broiler chickens was interacted by daily cyclic high ambient temperature and dietary crude protein levels (p = 0.003). These results indicated that daily cyclic high ambient temperature had a great effect on performance and serum biochemical parameters in broiler chickens, whereas dietary crude protein levels affected them partially.     

海河二道闸和防潮闸优化调度研究

汛期为腾空海河河道并保证二道闸下咸水不致上溯，二道闸闸下水位应控制在1.0m左右。利用一维非恒定流模型对海河自西河闸至入海口河段进行数值模拟，研究了西河闸分流量为80、100、120m3/s3种情况下，海河防潮闸和二道闸优化调度结果。     

用层次分析法决策喷灌规划设计方案

在喷灌工程规划设计过程中,正确地选用规划设计方案,实际是一个综合分析决策的过程。主要应考虑的因素中,有些可定量,有些则是无法定量的。如何对非定量因素作定量分析,进而对整个喷灌规划设计方案作出评价决策,层次分析法是解决这类问题简洁、有效、实用的方法。     

Review on the measurement theories of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China

The implement of enterprise knowledge management gives rise to extensive research on its measurement. Based on the existing measurement theories and evaluation index systems of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China, this paper analyzes the problems in measuring target and designing the evaluation index system in the existing research findings, and explains detailedly why measurement target of enterprise knowledge management should be "level evaluation" instead of "performance evaluation", and definitely points out the meanings of enterprise knowledge management level and significance of its evaluation. This paper also indicates that the design of the evaluation index system should be complete, reasonable, proper and operable.
