Derivation of a predictive model for production of tree species composition maps at small scales using discriminant function analysis

Functions for the prediction of tree species composition category were estimated by means of discriminant function analysis. Five tree species composition categories were defined, and the functions were calibrated using the National Forest Inventory sample plots from two counties in eastern Norway. The independent variables were site index, altitude, and slope, which can all be derived from spatial databases. Tree species composition category was predicted for the calibration data and independent test data. The prediction was based on a deterministic and a probabilistic approach. About 30–60% of the observations were correctly classified. The deterministic approach gave large systematic errors for the individual categories. The probabilistic approach gave no such errors. Tree species composition category can be predicted within a GIS environment for production of small scale thematic maps. Although the classification accuracy was rather low, the functions might be used for map production in the absence of better alternatives.     

4045铝合金热变形行为及其加工图

采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对4045铝合金在变形速率为0.01~10 s-1，变形温度为300~450 ℃条件下进行等温热压缩实验，研究了该合金的热变形行为及其热加工特性.结果表明：4045铝合金热变形过程的流变行为可用双曲正弦模型来描述，其平均激活能为189.93 kJ/mol.基于动态材料模型(DMM)获得了4045铝合金的热加工图，并结合热加工图和金相显微组织分析得到了该合金在实验参数范围内较优的热加工工艺参数范围：加工温度为380~450℃，变形速率为0.1~0.3 s-1.

用2个不同来源的DNA探针构建水稻RFLP连锁图谱(英文)

基于籼稻品种圭 6 30与粳稻品种台湾粳杂交产生的一个包含 111个株系的加倍单倍体 (DH)群体 ,构建了一个水稻 RFL P连锁图谱 .该图谱 (记为 DH图谱 )含有 175个 RFL P座位 ,全长 12 2 4 .6 c M,相邻标记间平均距离 7.0 c M.用于 RFL P分析的探针选自分别由日本水稻基因组计划 (RGP)和美国康耐尔大学 (CU)构建的 2个水稻图谱 .9个染色体区域发现明显的偏分离 ,但 DH图谱与 RGP和 CU图谱之间仍表现出较好的共线性 .因此 ,DH图谱可以作为那 2张图谱之间遗传信息相互沟通的桥梁 .本图谱还可用于对水稻中控制重要农艺性状的数量性状基因座的定位和分析

Evaluation and mapping of relative sensitivity of the terrestrial ecosystems to acidic deposition in Fujian

Based on the semi-quantitative approach, four environmental factors of sites (i.e. bedrock lithology, soil type, land use, and rainfall) were categorized, weighted and combined to determine and assess the relative sensitivity of the terrestrial ecosystems to acidic deposition in Fujian Province. Then the factors have been digitized and combined to assign an overall value for each mesh square (16.77 km×18.39 km) by using the geographic information system (GIS) The results indicated that the most sensitive area in Fujian was mainly located in the southeast, and the least: ensitive area was distributed sporadically in the east along the coast. Due to slow weathering rate of siliceous rocks, acid to weakly acid reactions of the soils, along with the greater percent of coniferous forests, more than 80 percent of the total area exhibits higher sensitivity classes (4–7). Construction of a genetic linkage map for witloof (Cichorium intybus L. var. foliosum Hegi)

A genetic linkage map based on an intraspecific cross between two inbred lines of witloof‐chicory (Cichorium intybus L. var. foliosum Hegi) has been constructed. In total, 129 RAPD markers were scored in 565 F₂ plants. Grouping of these markers at a LOD of threshold 4.0 resulted in nine linkage groups, which is equal to the chicory haploid genome. The nine linkage groups covered 609.6 cM. All 129 RAPD markers were linked to one of the nine groups. Three RAPD markers could not be mapped. Out of the 126 remaining RAPD markers, 18 showed segregation distortion with significance value of P < 0.01.     

几种鸟类mtDNA限制性酶切图谱的比较研究

本文用５种限制内切酶（ＨｉｎｄⅢ，ＢｇＬＩ，ＰｓｔＩ和ＢａｍＨＩ）初步建立了头鹅、白鹅、火鸡和鹌鹑的肝脏线粒体ＤＮＡ的内切酶图谱。结果表明白鹅和狮头鹅的ｍｔＤＮＡ的酶切图谱极为相似。山鸡、火鸡和鹌鹑的ｍｔＤＮＡ限制性性内切酶图谱之间的差异是很大的，以上事实说明驯化中的鹅类的不同品种间ｍｔＤＮＡ差异不在。而鸡形目中的不同物种间的ｍｔＤＮＡ是有很大的差异的。     

广域差分GPS与AFS产量监测系统在棉花精准收获上的应用

通过在采棉机上安装AFS产量监测系统及建立广域差分GPS基准站，绘制出棉田产量空问分布图，为精准农业的实施提供田问基础数据。
