对山西菜田捕食性食蚜蝇优势种及对菜蚜的控制效果进行了研究,菜田常见捕食性食蚜蝇有黑带食蚜蝇,大灰食蚜蝇,斜斑鼓额食蚜蝇,野食蚜蝇,四条小食蚜蝇,短翅细腹食蚜蝇6种,以黑带食蚜蝇种群数量最大,平均占全年发生总量的36.3%,通过对食蚜蝇产卵量,卵化率,幼虫期捕食量和羽化率测试,筛选出的黑带食蚜蝇,大灰食蚜蝇,斜斑鼓额食蚜蝇幼虫对菜蚜均有较强的捕食能力,其中黑带食蚜蝇为山西菜田菜蚜捕食性食蚜蝇优势种,用黑带食蚜蝇三龄幼虫对菜蚜进行防治试验,结果以1:180防效最佳,72h后控制效果达93.5%。 相似文献

Detection of Colletotrichum coccodes and Helminthosporium solani in soils by bioassay 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The sensitivity of a bioassay in detecting soil inoculum of Colletotrichum coccodes and Helminthosporium solani was examined using potato minitubers and microplants. Tests were conducted on soils which were collected from fields in which the interval after a previous potato crop differed, and which were also artificially infested with conidia or microsclerotia. For C. coccodes , determining plant infection based on the occurrence of infected roots after 9–12 weeks was a sensitive method for detecting and quantifying the amount of inoculum in soil. Infestations of less than 0·4 microsclerotia per g soil were detected in artificially infested soils. A semiselective medium, developed for isolating C. gloeosporioides from pepper, detected soil infestations by C. coccodes as low as nine conidia or one microsclerotium per g soil in artificially infested soil. For H. solani , infection on minitubers was a sensitive measure, with soil inoculum of fewer than 10 conidia per g soil being detected. Soil infestation could be quantified by assessing the percentage surface area of minitubers covered by sporulating lesions, which was strongly related to the amount of soil infestation. The results of these bioassay tests were compared with published results for real-time quantitative PCR assays on the same soils. Genetic variation among asexual progeny of Phytophthora infestans detected with RAPD and AFLP markers 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6
Genotypic variation among 32 single-zoospore isolates (SZI) of Phytophthora infestans , derived asexually from two hyphal-tip parental isolates (PI-105 and PI-1) of the US-8 genotype, was assessed with 80 random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) primers and 18 amplified fragment length polymorphic DNA (AFLP) primer pairs. In previous investigations, the SZIs from parental isolate PI-105 showed high levels of virulence variability and were differentiated into 14 races, whereas the SZIs from PI-1 showed identical virulence to the parent. The purpose of this investigation was to determine if phenotypic variation observed among SZIs of P. infestans could be detected at the DNA level in these isolates. Polymorphism was detected with 51 RAPD primers and with all 18 AFLP primer pairs in PI-105 SZIs. In SZIs from PI-1, polymorphism was also detected with 25 RAPD primers and 17 AFLP primer pairs. Cluster analysis using the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) separated the SZIs from parent PI-105 into six virulence groups, 11 RAPD groups and three AFLP groups. Cluster analysis of PI-1 SZIs, which all belong to the same virulence group, differentiated them into four RAPD groups and six AFLP groups. No close correlation among RAPD, AFLP and virulence groups could be established within the two progenies of SZIs. Results of this study suggest that there is a considerable level of inherent genetic variability among SZIs derived asexually from the same parental isolate. The possible mechanisms and implications of this genetic variation are discussed. 相似文献

The presence of a begomovirus in potato plants with yellow mottle symptoms was determined for the first time in Cuba. The
incidence of typical begomovirus-like symptoms in potato plants in some regions of Havana province (Güira de Melena, San José
de las Lajas, Güines and Boyeros) during the growing seasons from 1992 to 1998 was in general low. However, in some cultivars
belonging to the National Program for Potato Genetic Improvement, the incidence reached 100%. Yield losses, determined in
1992 and 1994, ranged as high as 19% to 56.33% depending on the cultivar. Characterization of the causal agent was done by
light microscopy, host range (graft and mechanical transmission), DNA hybridizations, polymerase chain reaction, and restriction
fragment length polymorphism analysis. Nucleotide sequence of the amplified fragments revealed the presence ofTomato mottle Taino virus. The virus was transmittedvia tubers and has been detected in mixed infections withPotato virus X and withPotato leaf roll virus.

Rice seedling growth, estimated by plant height and root development and discoloration, was better in pasteurized soil than
in unpasteurized soil obtained from a flooded rice field. Rice seedlings also grew better in sterilized soil modified by adding
roots harvested from the pasteurized soil than in soil modified by adding roots harvested from the unpasteurized soil. The
results demonstrate that seedling growth in the rice field soil was inhibited by soil microorganisms, even though no typical
symptoms such as seedling blight or damping-off appeared. Pythium aristosporum is suggested to be involved in the inhibition. Thus, it appears that inconspicuous restraint of rice seedling growth could
occur in soils of rice paddy fields.

Infection of potato plants with Tobacco rattle virus by its nematode vector can have different outcomes, including the development of spraing symptoms in progeny tubers. A novel syndrome described here comprises a generalized mottle in leaves on all stems, together with virtually total failure to produce daughter tubers. The outcome of infection depends partly on the potato genotype, but field trials with 15 varieties showed that the incidence and severity of spraing symptoms at three sites differed. There was no evidence that this was due to differences in virulence among the virus isolates at the sites, but it was probably the result of environmental differences that influenced the numbers and activity of the vector nematodes. At the most severely affected site, spraing symptoms were found in all varieties tested, except Record, including several that were not affected at the other two sites. Taking both severity and incidence of symptoms into account, the ranking of varieties was similar at each site. The incidence of spraing symptoms was greater in larger than in smaller tubers, and increased with later harvest dates, but did not increase when early harvested tubers were stored. Tobacco rattle viruswas detected in the roots of many of the weeds growing at one of the sites and in the roots of a few plants of the subsequent barley crop. 相似文献
